Ryan was great! We had no intention of buying that day but he just answered our few questions and was super low pressure! We absolutely love our new Jeep. It s our favorite car ever!

Initially, I did not have good luck with the Gator Dodge Service group. Nonetheless, I had an extended warranty situation arise, and I was pleasantly surprised with their service advisor, Tyler McNicol. His customer service and knowledge were exceptional; he is to be commended. Thank you!

Took my Jeep in for a noise in the front still under factory warranty. After having my jeep for well over 3 weeks, the timing tensioners were replaced. Then there was a check engine light. Basically going back and forth to get my Jeep fixed correctly. Service manager was terrible would not return phone calls and after multiple visits because it was still not working correctly Scott Davis said not to return. So my Jeep is sitting in my driveway with a coolant puddle underneath her as they clamped it too far down. She will now have to be towed to a mechanic that is knowledgeable. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be without your Jeep for weeks and still have issues and more to than what you had to begin with. At least before I could drive it. Now she will sit in the driveway waiting patiently as yard art until she can get an appointment and towed there. I have now added pictures. The hose for the coolant is way off. Engine work was done and the oil and oil filter were not changed. And how much sealant did they go through?

The staff went above and beyond, not only on getting me an awesome deal, to the delivery of a clean beautiful car, and the signing of paperwork in the parking lot of my job, to the follow up questions and concerns I had. They are amazing and I cant say enough about my sales lady, Ana!!! She is the one who made sure I was happy with everything and even checking in with me several times after the purchase. I will definitely be going back to them when i am ready for a truck!! Awesome customer service!!!

Best car buying experience since 1968. Accommodating, knowledgeable, respectful, communicated during waiting period. Felt confidence throughout the order to delivery period. Would rate him an 11 out of 10. My new Hornet named AZUL.

Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend this dealership. 100% PT disabled veterans do not pay certain fees. They kept adding them on to the out the door write-up up.They would not move off the asking price of the truck, even after showing them that car gurus has the truck as High Priced! The sales woman was a sweetheart even though her return calls and texts was minimal. She was nice. They low ball your trade, even after showing Kelly BB true trade value. The sales managers play to many games. Dealerships are a business that's understandable, but you should be pretty fair, especially with your veterans. I can not recommend this dealership at all. Good luck to whoever takes their money here. Watch out for junk fees. They love to add them. Stay away. You've been warned!

Gator is by far the best Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Dealership in Florida! I recently brought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Gator for service after having a terrible experience with a competing local Jeep Dealership. My service advisor's name at Gator was Tyler McNicol and he was just fantastic. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and cost effectively. His attention to detail, thoroughness of explanations and options that he presented were highly customer focused and fairly priced. My Jeep is running like new again! As a result, I will absolutely be purchasing my next Jeep from Gator.

Lee and Will were wonderful to work with! I brought my brother here on a whim to see if we could find something to fit his budget. We pulled in, told Lee what we were looking for, and he took us straight to the section we needed to be looking at. He didn t try to push us at all, and let my brother pick out which car he felt comfortable with. We took it for a spin, filled out the paperwork, and were done. The manager, Will was incredibly transparent about the pricing of the vehicle. Together, both Will and Lee answered every one of our questions and made the process seamless, all without adding even a little bit of pressure. Definitely recommend working with these two gentleman.

A day of just shopping for a used vehicle turned into purchasing and trading in 2 of our vehicles after working with Brandon who made the process painless. Low pressure sales is what I appreciate the most and all from a "keep it in the family" business which I prefer to work with. Thanks for everything Brandon and Gator Jeep.

After telling the dealership of my prior history, dissatisfaction with a local dealership, and advising of my financial situation I was only looking to talk to and get an idea of downgrading to a newer used vehicle with a lower interest rate and payment. I'm very appreciative for my salesman and the sales manager for trying to get me into a used vehicle but that was not an option. They tried other options and really understood my situation and had my best interest in mind. I was able to buy a new jeep renegade with a lower interest rate and payment. Mikah and Johnny were awesome and again I am very appreciative of their assistance. I highly recommend this dealership as they care about their customer and well being which is not common in a car dealership that is pushy and looking to just sell a vehicle.

Just went in to browse around and look at some Jeeps. Lee met us outside while we were looking around. He wasn't pushing and was very knowledgeable with the questions we asked him. At the end of our trip we ended up buying a Jeep on the showroom floor and absolutely love it. It was actually a painless and easy transaction ,even right down to the finance point manager.

What a refreshing car buying experience!!! Brandon was the sales associate we worked with, and he was so nice. ... which was just a bonus because he was also patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful in a way that was never pushy. We are thrilled to be driving off in our gorgeous new Jeep Grand Cherokee and look forward to a long term relationship with Gator Dodge in Melbourne. PS. We had purchased a new car only 5 months earlier so we were fresh off of that experience with the Genesis dealer in Melbourne. Gator Dodge blew them away... such a better experience for us. And sometimes, the experience is what matters most (although our new car is awesome!).

- Follow up to my review below:I received a call back from the Service Manager, Scott, to go over my experience. Scott was professional and took responsibility for the negative experience I had - this obviously does not change that it happened, but I can accept that human error is part of the business and this was likely an anomaly. I'll also accept Scott's invitation to give them another shot and earn back my trust in their ability to meet my needs. Likely some training gaps that will be addressed, based on what I experienced...but the effort made to reach out and take responsibility goes a long way - shows me that they do care about their customers. I'll leave the description of my experience below as a record - but I suspect that I may have just been the unlucky 1 in a 100 that had multiple small errors stack up into a single visit. I'll be back in the future.Just completed my final service experience with this dealership. Every single time I have taken my RAM in for service, I seem to have an issue. This final one was a simple oil/filter service and tire rotation. I chose to stand outside due to enjoy the cool temps and noticed the technician with my truck in the quick service lane using a battery powered torque gun with no torque stick to install the wheels- then following up with a manual torque wrench (which of course indicated torqued - because the uncalibrated torque gun was used first)...so now my wheel's lugnuts are torqued to something north of 200 ft/lb...surprised the tech doesn't know how to do this simple task correctly.Took about an hour (which isn't too bad), but as I drove away I noticed that the indicated tire pressures were not reading correctly (technician forgot to reset tire pressures to factory recommended specs of 55-F and 45-R...he left them as they were so now my pressures were inverted due to the rotation). I returned to the dealer and also noted that the oil life reminder had not been reset and my wheel lock was left in the shop and not replaced where I left it in the vehicle so a service writer had to go retrieve it (he did apologize). I can appreciate that they are busy, but the lack of attention to detail is obvious and begs the question - what else are they doing incorrectly? I'll try the dealer in Cocoa going forward...WAY less convenient, but maybe I'll have a bit better experience.

Mr. Terry was amazing through every step of the way. I ordered my Jeep as a custom build and he kept me up-to-date throughout. Once it arrived he made sure I knew how the service department, parts, special offers, discounts, pretty much everything worked. It was by far my best experience yet.

I was discussing a used car purchase with two members of the staff, including getting a quote for my trade in. They sold the vehicle I was interested in right from under me without giving me an option to buy. Extremely frustrating as I now have a hard pull on my credit for no reason.

We brought our new service vehicle into Gator for some warranty repairs. When it got back to our shop we noticed a dent on the high top roof. I called and talked to the service manager Scott he was very polite and said he would find out what happened. He sent us the screen shot from their security cameras of the vehicle and the dent was there when we brought the vehicle to gator! I don t know when or how that happened but it had nothing to do with Gator s service department. The reason for this review is because during the process Scott was professional and didn t automatically go into defense mode like most service managers do! He was polite the entire process. Thank you Scott

Tyler in service is such an asset to Gator. Tyler is always professional timely. Does a great job at communicating to his customers and always make sure that we leave happy and satisfied. Gunner in the shop hands-down goes out of his way to make sure his job is 110% complete I took my jeep somewhere else to get some work done and it was completely completely messed up and I brought it to Gator and Tyler and gunner made sure all of the problems were fixed properly and that my jeep was fixed and the job was done exceptional! Perfection was my entire experience! Professional, friendly, job was complete in a timely manner. Tyler even came in Tyler come on his day off to ensure my Jeep was ready! Exceptional!!

Great dealership! I appreciate being a valued customer. By far my easiest and fastest new vehicle purchase. A sincere thanks to Alec Petschow who delivered my new Grand Cherokee to my front door in Orlando.

I recently had the privilege of purchasing a new vehicle at Gator Chrysler Ram. I had the pleasure of working with one of the most professional teams I have ever dealt with at a dealership. Vinny was our salesman, and he crushes the car salesman cliche. There was no pressure techniques and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Vinny has even contacted me post sale to see if I was satisfied with my purchase and if there was anything he could assist with. I did actually have a question about something, he was able to promptly solve my issue (technology) and even took the time to walk me through the steps to ensure I understood the function. I would recommend Vinny and the Gator dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Have been a customer of Gator on and off for years. The customer service is excellent. The work done is quality. If I had to say anything negative it would be the current situation that getting your vehicle in to service is often WEEKS out. Once you get in though everything is quality.

I had my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited brought to this dealership for service on the electric hybrid battery system from Carmax, where I purchased it. They fixed the issue, but maintenance is not the issue I have with this dealership.Once I received my Ram back, I discovered whoever the technician responsible for my truck decided it was a good idea to dog my truck for 50 out of the 100 miles they "had to drive for testing." I was not notified of this "100-mile test" until CarMax informed me Gator would need to keep it over ANOTHER weekend to "finish drive testing." I immediately requested my vehicle back because I thought it unnecessary for someone else to drive my truck a distance I could do myself and report on results.I noticed immediately when looking at my MPG. In 50 miles, they dogged my truck from 18 mpg average down to 10 mpg. My MPG average was over the course of 2,500 miles driven, so the computer has a lot of data to average. To bring it to 10 mpg in such a short amount of distance amounts only to wide open throttle everywhere they went.I believe Gator Dodge should re-educate their technicians how to deal with customer vehicles, at the least. It is unacceptable the way my truck was treated. I am just happy I retrieved it before they abused it for another 50 miles.

The car the I have had for 8 years decided that it didn t want to work and be reliable for me anymore. Gator Chrysler had a beautiful Jeep on the lot and I knew once I saw it, I had to have it for me and my family. The whole process from start to finish was not only quick but it was incredibly easy and quite pleasant! Jackson in sales was kind and informative and attentive. He made us feel welcome and was able to answer all the questions that not only I had, but also all the ones my 10 year old daughter had (and if you know 10 year old girls, that s a lot!). He got us right in and explained each paper that I had to sign and really knew his stuff! Next we went to finance and had the pleasure of dealing with Joe. He again was pleasant and kind and knowledgeable and made the whole process quick and painless. He had my title printed and my registration transferred in no time! I was in and out in about an hour and when it comes time to buy again, I will absolutely be back. If you or a loved one is in need a new or used car, I would highly recommend the team at Gator Chrysler! They were amazing and really treat you like family!

for the last 2 ALMOST 3 YEARS i have been dealing with this dealership regarding radios that they have installed in my car. I originally came in to get a "NEW" radio because the radio screen went black and wouldnt turn back on. I paid close to $1200 for the "NEW" radio and services. Since then, i have had to go back to the dealership because the "NEW" radios that they were installing wasnt working right in my car. when i start my car, the radio/screen will not turn on which in turn doesnt let the AC in the car turn on and some things on the dash does not read. that will go on for about 10-15 minutes and then the radio/screen turns on. i also started getting "Vehicle phone requires service" message pop up about every 20 minutes or so. NOT to mention the first radio that was installed was not even for our car as the radio had upgraded packages that we did not previously have. just to outline, we NEVER had an issue with the radio/screen not turning on every time we started our car until after the "New" radio was installed by this dealership. fast forward to two years later and 3 "NEW" RADIO INSTALLS, we are still running into the same issue, mind you, it never stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which i have countless time stamped pictures and videos to attest to that. I went back to the dealership on July 7th at 9am, my appointment time. the technician ask me what i was there for and i began explaining everything and he looked up my history and said that from the original radio that they installed, it is out of the two year warranty and i will need to pay for this visit and a new radio once they do a diagnostic. the tech and i had a conversation about the different type of radios because at this point, i hate uconnect because of the connectivity issues i have and i told him that this is stopping me from buying another jeep because this seems to be a running issue.. he begins to explain THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING REFURBISHED RADIOS BECAUSE THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET A NEW OUT OF THE BOX RADIO IS IF I BUY A BRAND NEW CAR!!!! so you mean to tell me that i paid FULL PRICE and been going through this for years because ive been getting refurbished radios that im sure didnt work at one point in time, was shipped off to be fix and then installed in my car. the technician then ADVICED ME to call the customer care line, open a case, because he has seen this countless of times before and there is nothing that can be done on the dealership level. so i followed HIS advise. i opened a case 2 days later and was closed without a call back or email within the week. I called back again, opened a new case and finally got to speak to a case manager JEFFREY and lets just say he got on the phone being VERY short and as if he didnt have the time of day. i began to explain my case and he didnt offer any solution other than telling me that he can call the dealership. he comes back on the phone with the scheduler so we can book a date to go to the dealership at the END OF AUGUST for a diagnostic that I would have to pay for. (I have already been through all of this before countless of times) After going back and forth with the scheduler because the case manager is on mute the entire time not saying anything or offering any help at this point regarding our situation, he says that he is hanging up and will connect with the dealership later on the outcome. fast forward to today, i called Jeffery with no answer, called got someone else, they said hes busy and finally called back and got a women who said the CASE WAS CLOSED!! ALL WE WERE LOOKING FOR was a guarantee that we will not be paying for that visit due to having the same issue for years that hasnt been fixed and having to come out of pocket for flashes/updates/missed days of work, once the diagnostics were done that DID NOT fix the issue along with the multiple radio installs. Where is the accountability? Chrysler is hiding behind the dealership and the dealership hasnt even talked to the case manager Jeffery who closed the case and didnt want to take my call knowing that.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. Waited a month for our appointment to have a water pump changed under warranty. Tech left the coolant bottle dry and coolant was all over the splash shield and frame where the ABS module is. Total negligence. Service was absolutely horrible. The service manager Scott was very unprofessional about the whole situation and never once tried to sympathetic to my wife s feelings or the fact of all the inconveniences we had to go through. If you own a dodge do yourself a favor and never go to gator Chrysler better yet trade it in over a Gary Yeomans ford of Palm Bay and experience what true customer service and values really is.

Zach is a great salesman. He took the time to show me everything that I wanted to see before I made the decision to purchase a Ram 1500 Laramie. Zach made every effort to make sure that our purchase of the truck met every expectation that we had. As a previous customer of Gator, I will continue to recommend them for sales and service.
