The guy that runs this place is a scam artist. Don t trust him. Only owed 2500 left too pay off my BMW. He calls and says we are doing an insurance audit send over proof of insurance. I send it over. Then they say we don t accept this insurance I need too have new insurance by the end of the week. That is bogus he tried too take the car back right before I paid it off. I m a hard working law abiding citizen. Trust me don t go too this dealership. Absolutely worst in all of Bernard county. I have no reason too be dishonest guys

So we got a ford excursion. We was lied to from the jump. I got it for my business. We was only allowed to test drive it one block. By the time we got it home we noticed a patch in side wall of tire. Then when it rains it leaks down to fuse box. And shuts off in traffic. It did not have a positive terminal. It had a wire taped to the battery. I asked about it and was told they did not go through the truck. I went through 4 quarts of oil every other day. Joey said that he would credit 500 on a check and credit the other 500 towards a deposit for another vehicle. We received the check. But when going back in, he was saying we did not have a credit. Said he would take 500 off the total cost of the vehicle. But he told me and my fianc� he will take 500 off deposit of another vehicle and that will cover the 1000 I paid down payment on the last terrible truck. But that s what happens when you give them another chance. They go back to lying to you. The owner told me I will go through him the next time, so there s no riffraff But Joey just sat in his office. If you do anything with these people, make sure you get it in writing. And know that you will pay almost $1500 for GPS to be in that vehicle and you got 30 days to get a key. Or Joey s side guy will tell you he will repo it and to hide it much as you can and he ll still find it and drag it out. Just so unprofessional and will lie just to sale a car.

I m not going to bash this place as there was a misunderstanding about the down payment. I thought it was $1500 but was $2500 I took possession of the vehicle and is was a really nice Audi unfortunately I wasn t able to get the other $1000 in the time frame they wanted which is respect in my book. I should have had more down so that s my fault. The sales person was awesome a young guy that has slot of patients and respect. The owner wasn t rude when he surely could have been due to the fact more money was needed down but he wasn t rude. I even helped load the car on the trailer because it was my fault I couldn t come up with more money. I ve seen post and comments so negative people need to understand it s a business they have bills to pay also. I m not mad or sour at them for doing their job. I really liked the car really wanted to keep it but unfortunately for my mistake not being able to come up with the extra money isn t their fault it s mine. PeopleNeed to own up to there mistakes and not blame others.I will say I wish I was able to come up with the money in the time frame given but wasn t able to do I own that and won t bash them for wanting what s owed. I hope maybe one day to be able to get another car or even the same car because I liked it that much. Again don t be negative against them for your faults. The owner could have been extremely rude but he was very professional about everything and wasn t rude like others claim he was. Much respect and no I m not paid they took the car back due to my lack of being able to give them more money down. If there s a misunderstanding try and fix it if not then walk away from the deal. I hope he stands up to his end like promised so we shall see In 2 days when I. Return. Again I m not upset or mad with them doing business they have a family to feed just like everyone else.

Just wanted to say that if you get a vehicle from these people. You make sure you get everything in writing. Me being a business owner never thought I would go some where for another owner to lie to me. Joey told us multiple lies and could not keep his word. Plz plz plz do your self a favor and go else where. So unprofessional

I paid CASH all up front to this dealership 3 years ago and they STILL put a lein on my car, I try to get my title twice which I paid for through them and was told part of the cost of my car would go towards tags tax and TITLE and I couldn t get it after they released the pointless lein. After the second trip to the dmv I call them (galaxy motors) and ask what s going on with my title again and whoever answered said it was above his pay grade to deal w that. So not only do they make careless mistakes that have effected me but the customer service bar is in hell. At the very least have someone who answers the phone and knows what s going on & can provide decent customer service or be more thorough when selling ur cars so you won t have people calling about them. There s no reason I should be going through any of this right now When I paid for my car cash I have never owed them a dime.

Very pleased with the whole buying experience with galaxy. Joe went above and beyond with the repairs that happened after the papers were signed. Most used car dealers would have said ( not there problem.) When I need another vehicle I will return there...

I have now gotten 3 vehicles from here. The staff is very great and accommodating and I have even traded vehicles in and gotten more of what I need. They are all helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Chellcie is great and always so helpful.

Never purchase a car frm these clowns!!!!! I made a $3500 dwn payment here and the car had issues frm day one.They came 30 days later to pick it up and fix. I requested receipts for the repairs they failed to produce them and they also requested for me to pay the car off in full. They dnt want to refund me my money. They owner is a liar and gets very upset when you ask any questions. Stay away frm this place!!!!! Terrible business that steals money!!!!!

Bought my son his first car through Galaxy Motors and couldn t be happier! Joey had me out the door with complimentary temp plates in no time. Rising used car prices had us extremely frustrated searching for something in our price range and Galaxy delivered.Our mechanic was even surprised by the price based on the condition of the car!!

I will never do business with them again. I only had the vehicle for 3 weeks, and on the second week, the owner found it fit to reach out to me and be disrespectful because I was upset my insurance was being canceled because of something his worker failed to do. The staff (not everyone) was rude, and the owner proved just how childish and emotional he was. He intentionally tried to sabotage our usage of the vehicle; he hung up the phone on us and made threats about taking the car and things of that nature. after this, I felt like the owner would do or say anything to get the car back. So much so that I felt like there was a target on the vehicle. I decided a week or so later to return the car because I could not ignore his disrespect. His final words to us were, "next time, be nice to my staff, and I won't be so rude." However, what he failed to think about was what initially happened to cause the sudden interaction. I refuse to work with someone who teaches his staff that it is okay to say whatever you want and that they can get away with it. Once the car was returned to the dealership, I asked numerous times for a return letter and was told he could type on up for me the following day, but I have yet to receive an answer every time I asked for an update. The owner and the staff are not interested in anything but money. The young boy we worked with knew nothing and messed up my bill of sale three times. Do yourself a favor; take your business elsewhere. I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating because that's what they truly deserve.

Do not buy a car from this place. I returned my vehicle after having such an awful experience with the entire staff. They first request that you pay some massive amount to register the car and they also require that you provide a spare key that could possibly be hundreds of dollars (which I have never heard of before). Now when I came to return the vehicle, there was a couple who were debating if they wanted to buy a car and another there complaining about the dealer messing up her bill of sale for the upteenth time. Now, the salesman I worked with knew absolutely nothing about anything and if you're trying to sell an item to someone you would not say things like, " I don't know" or "it should be working." Not only that he made quite rude comments while I was doing the insurance process and all that jazz. The salesman eluded the behavior and mannerisms that led me to believe his only goal was to sell a car. Then I even witnessed the owner get disrespectful with quite a few people. But as rude as he is to customers, he should train his staff to provide excellent customer service and if those behaviors are not carried out then the necessary action is taken. I bought cars at many buy here pay here locations but this one deserved zero stars. If you ask me the owner and his staff need a huge reality check and should take a class in being humble. The entire staff will cost the business to fail. If you looking for a car look the other way.

As a used car dealer for 34 years, now retired, was very picky about what I wanted and who to buy from. Joe made the transaction very seamless and Chelsie was a outstanding sales person. Great communication, had everything ready to go the moment we walked in. I applaud them both. A+ customer service, and Chelsie was a delight to deal with. Just drove the new FJ home with zero issues, just thrilled.

I just was writing this review to let you guys know to never shop with these people they are very rude and very bad with communicating skills and further more I had a vehicle repod and was only owning less than 609$ and I'm a hard worker and take pride and joy in making sure I see what I work hard for.

I have to say we have been going threw them for a while. My daughter's both went there one of my daughters got two cars from them and my other daughter bought a truck from them. They are very nice and very good as far as actually being real. I am very please. Now I am getting a car myself. Joe is so nice and so helpful.

It is very strange that so many people have negative reports. I've found that when people are passionate in their negative reports regarding a business, it is more likely that it's true. The fact that the "owners" responses were rude indicate the veracity of these negative reviews as well. I fully intended to purchase a vehicle from Galaxy, however, experience has taught me to trust the opinions of others regarding shady auto dealers. Also, his comments to the reviewers was mean, rude and without remorse or regret. I'll take my business elsewhere. Regardless of the old cliche' about three sides to every story, the responses of the "owner" provides ample proof to validate every negative review.

Horrible. Believe the bad reviews. I am always skeptical so I went myself. And no way would I buy a car there. The guy working did not even acknowledge me. The cars were dirty, at least wash them. The outside sells the eye. Then the mechanics were all bad. One had a broken window with a door stop to keep it up. Another, under the hood looked like it was rolled in dirt and then put in. The a third... well we were able to squeeze the shocks. Just don t do it.As a responses to the comment below (11 months later)... no it was not a different place. Mechanics and then it mentioned the window so mechanics meaning the practical application of mechanics to a design, construction or operation of machines or tools.Now that we all know the definition. I see you are trying to bump your ratings. And best of luck to you in that endeavor. But I still stand my words and say it was a horrible place, the people working were rude and the cars could have been found in a junk yard.

This place is the WORST car dealership ever !! Do not I repeat Do not get a car from here I lost a job because I was a week behind on a payment and now I m nearly poor these people are scheming the system look up there reviews on the Better business bureau before you shop here also pay attention to how they respond to bad reviews . All the 5 star reviews are bought lol these people need to be put out of business for good what there doing to desperate people is horrible.. I will be filing a report with the BBB

Cars are overpriced junk, clearly the positive reviews are from friends and family or paid for. During our visit the guy spent more time on his cell phone talking about going after someone.

I can't say anything bad about this dealership because I didn't buy the car, because after I saw all the negative reviews and heard some of the same things that other people were told being told to me. I decided maybe everything they said was true, and based on the fact that they talked to their customers any kind of way , in the review's made me want to look elsewhere!!

Best customer service I ve ever had at a dealership. Not pushy and they helped me find something that wasn t over budget but also reliable. 10/10 would buy another car from here. Chellcie helped me a few times before I finally decided on my Car. The owner runs this business efficiently and successfully. Definitely worth checking out!

I had a marvelous experience with Galaxy Motors. My salesperson Chellcie went above and beyond any purchase I've ever had with any big name "stealership" I've dealt with in the past. I had very specific needs and Joey the manager made sure all the bases were covered, this is truly a family run business that is run with heart and integrity. You can tell the owner, Joe, has invested countless hours of blood sweat and tears into making this company a top notch place to make a major investment. I would like to give Joe and all his crew my utmost gratitude for making sure I had the best experience possible. I would highly recommend Galaxy Motors to anyone and everyone in the market for a newer automobile.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!around 30 days ago I purchased a 2007 chevy impala. When purchasing i noticed the signs all over saying "all sales are final" and that struck me as interesting, hopefully they wouldn't sell a car that would just break down, after voicing my concerns I was assured by Bob that he inspects all the cars in and out and makes sure they are great cars before sale. He said if there was a problem with our "new" car that we knew where to find him and he'd be more than happy to take care of it, since he "knew" the car was good. After we brought it home we drove it less than 200 miles and the transmission blew. Our worst nightmare. We called Galaxy and spoke with Mike first thing Monday morning. He told us that all sales are final and maybe he can try and get us a discount on some work at some other place. WTF I was assured a month ago this wouldn't happen and that's not how they do business and blah blah blah. Now we are out a car and they won't help. Not trustworthy.

I cannot believe that they would let a business like this operate in our beautiful town. These guys are crooks for sure. Not only do they sell inferior products defective cars and slick talking paperwork they deployed strong-arm tactics and threats to women. They think it's funny to repossess your car wrongfully when you're all paid up just to show you that they can and make little slide threats these guys are straight trash

I was assured the day of that the vehicle would be mine and available for purchase the next day. I had already taken out a loan and purchased insurance, only to receive a TEXT message the next morning that he sold it a few hours after I had left. I thought I was experiencing a level of professionalism and basic decency I see wasn t actually being offered. Fully fits the stereotypical used car salesman trope.

My brother brought a car from there. The owner and I had a argument about my brother car that he was purchased. My brother wasn't not at my house. He was walking around my house beating on my window and doors. Yes I was in my house I didn't open the door because the car was notthere. So I waiting and hour and went outside. I get outside this man pull up and start blowing his horn.Then I just went up there with my friend and he going say something like you got the crazy one with you. Now I was not going to go to review. And I will be taking this a little further.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! THEY PAY FOR GOOD REVIEWS. I came to look at two trucks today, looked good online and salesman who worked there told me runs great nothing wrong. I show up and i have to call the dealership to tell somebody to come outside and talk to me and he still said just to the back and grab the key and look at it. Thats the first hint of they dont care. 2, i put the key in and it has trouble turning over, so then i give it some gas while in park, and the truck shuts off. So i go to the next truck, go to turn the key over, the truck didnt even start. Terrible cars and they dont car about you, looked like all cars have been in accidents.
