We originally were speaking to another dealer down the street that tried to bait and switch us (the pink building close by-beware they change prices daily). Michelle approached us as we walked by and were looking at a vehicle. She was a pleasure to speak with and confirmed the integrity of their business. Their service was so good and quality of vehicles were so good, that we didn't need to go anywhere else. I am grateful for them making us feel comfortable and confident we chose the right place.

Purchased a Mazda from them, It blew 4 transmissions. Despite the fact that it was a lost cause, They not only put effort into fixing the issue over several times and doing above and beyond and out of their way to get it done the right way.They gave me a good deal, Took care of me They didn t tell me to screw off. They ensured I was taken care of.By far the best dealer ever.

My husband and I bought a 2011 Buick Regal and absoutley love it! We got a great deal...a few thousand less than blue book value. Our car is beautiful we have had it two months now with no problems. Its runs and drives great. Franz & Michelle are great people, very honest and helpful. Very easy to deal with. They have treated us very well. I regret not doing business with them years ago but now that we have i know we will buy from them again. They are also flexible with payment schedule...weekly..byweekly or monthly. I could not have asked for better service and quality and want to Thank Everyone at Franz Brett Used Cars!! We highly recommend!!!Nicole&Allen Johnson

Went to Franz Brett used cars in mid September looking for a good car. Was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales lady. We ended up buying a 2004 Jeep Liberty. Hassle free buying experience and very pleased with our vehicle.Thank you Franz Brett. Will definitely recommend you.

Amazing place! Made us feel like family. We purchased a used vehicle from here. Husband took it to a friend's mechanic shop to start regular maintenance. It was discovered there were a couple of wear and tear items loose on it. We took it back to Franz because we had a 50%, 1000 mile warranty. They did not even blink about fixing the car. Over $600 of replacement parts and services and they charge us $25. They got a repeat customer out of us!!!!

Two weeks ago me and my husband bought our very own first vehicle we searched for over a month and couldn t find something that drew our attention and also met our price! But with Franz we got the car we have dreamed about all in one and affordable to were we are still comfortable! Franz is the place to go if you need a vehicle ! They really work with you and you would definitely be satisfied ! I ll be back in the near future when it s time for a second vehicle !

Was in a rush to get a car and Michelle was really helpful and was able to make it happen no matter the hurdles. She was very nice and understood the urgency. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in search of an economic reliable car.

Their vehicles are in great condition. Lowest intrest rates around for a buy here pay here. Plus we use them as our mechanic as well because they are honest. I brought my car in and told them the motor was blown because 2 other "reputable mechanics" had said so. I brought my car to Franz Brett bc they quoted the cheapest price. I got a call that my engine was NOT blown and it was only a 300 dollar fix. They very well could've charged me for a new motor and I wouldn't have known the difference..HONEST AND REASONABLY PRICED

I have bought a couple cars there. Never had any major issues. Just bought another car a couple months ago. Small problem with a tire and went to them they fixed it with no hassle or problems. Have sent a few friends there and they were happy as well.

Horrible customer service and staff. Purchased a Saturn Vue and not even 3 weeks later the transmission blew. Informed one of the staffs at Franz Brett (Michelle) and was very rude. Didn't seem too care that my vehicle that i purchased maybe 3 weeks ago transmission blew in the streets as i was driving with my infant. Refused to do anything until the owner came back and then refused too give me my money back.

I bought a 1994 Lincoln Town Car with just over 61,000 miles on it and it runs great with no issues. They were great to work with as they helped me finance my car and were really friendly, overall i was very happy with my business with Franz Brett.

Hands down my favorite used car lot. Good prices on the vehicles and no hassle purchases. Easy, affordable financing. I have purchased 3 cars from Franz and my husband has purchased a few too. Also, two years after I bought my 1967 Beetle from Franz, he still helps me with affordable repairs as any 45 year old car comes to need. He doesn't have to, but he does. And the mechanics are very knowledgable and very thorough with their repairs, even going above and beyond the repair you were quoted. I trust driving my old Beetle to Miami, Deland, Orlando, really anywhere in Florida, because I trust the quality car I purchased and the upkeep from Franz Brett Motors.

I went to a lot of places to find a temporary car just to get me by until my Cadillac get fixed. Went in to see if I can test drive a car and let me tell you I walked out with a car the same day. I recommend Franz Brett Used cars.

Michelle is friendly and customer oriented. Once I told her what I was looking for, I was in and out in an hour. I'm happy with the SUV and the customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Has worked with me every step of the way I was skeptical because there was some bumps in the road very early but michelle said be patient with us I been being patient and they been fixing the Issues it's always scary getting a new car but Michelle is very nice
