This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Service Center. Natashia was especially helpful and went above and beyond, both making sure the repairs were made as well as consistently communicating with me throughout the entire process. As this was an RV repair, they repaired an AC issue which was actually the responsibility of the RV manufacturer. This was to save us an additional trip to the RV Center. I am beyond grateful.

A Kelly Ford person greated us at the service entrance. He asked very necessary questions to make sure the work to be done was what we expected. He made a reservation on the Kelly Ford shuttle to take us home. Kelly Ford kept us informed all day long via text messaging. Kelly Ford made something I hate to do a pleasant experience.

I bought three new vehicles there in the last 2 years. I had some severe issues with service in December/Jan of last year. The issue was settled and some of the warranty work was completed. My sales person told me to contact him if there was ever an issue again. In April I reported a strange noise that my vehicle was making from stop to start. He told me at the time there was no other vehicles like mine on the lot and that he would contact me when there was. As time went on, more issues arose. In June I reported a few other minor issues that I wanted remedied before the warranty runs out. Since the beginning of December I have been calling the service department an average of 3 days a week. To be fair, I have had two missed calls from Kelly Ford service but when I called them back immediately I have not been able to speak to a service advisor. Most recently, Christina Kelly had told me she would ensure that Steve or a service manager would call me back. Still no resolution. To date, I have 12 things that I would like addressed between two of my vehicles. One of the issues was reported the end of March 2022. Service after the sale is NOT a selling point at Kelly Ford. I'm VERY glad I didn't purchase the extended warranty

***Edited to change to 5 Stars***Although my experience was incredibly frustrating overall, Jeremy helped make it right in the end. Our backup camera is still going strong. Hoping it lasts now that we have moved out of state.**Original**I don t even know where to begin. We took our Ford Edge in, I want to say back in July or August, due to a backup camera issue while it was still under warranty. This began a series of events that have left us quite displeased with the service at this location, as well as a still broken camera.Long story short, we ve had to take our only vehicle back multiple times, because the camera would only work for a short while before breaking again. It would sometimes intermittently work, and if we took it in while it was working , they d give us our car back after a few days while claiming they could not recreate the issue. Within hours of us picking our vehicle up, the camera would break again.This last time, they kept our vehicle for well over a week, told us they could not recreate the issue, and that management was requiring the ticket to be closed. I will say, this is the longest stint our camera worked more often than not. However, it started going out again, went out completely 2 days ago, and has not worked since.We are moving out of state in less than 2 weeks and don t have time to be jerked around by this location anymore.I do want to add that I feel Talyn did her best during this situation, and I place zero blame on her. Otherwise, this was a horrible experience that has made me never want to own another Ford.Thanks for nothing!

We used the mobile service for an oil change and are very pleased with the experience. The technician was prompt and very courteous. He completed the job and gave us a thorough explanation of all that he did. Great and easy experience!!

Great place to have my F150 platinum serviced. Service rep is very attentive and accommodating. Got in and out quickly this last time with a part that has to be ordered. Kelly Ford is top notch dealer for sales and service.

Wilson Vazquez and everyone in the service department are top notch. The customer service is beyond 5 stars. They understand the problem and fix it!!!Waiting room is clean with provided popcorn, cold bottled water, coffee and two message chairs

Made use of Kelly Ford s Mobile Service today for the first time. The tech arrived exactly on time and completed my oil change, tire rotation, and check-up in about 30 minutes. Will definitely be using this service again.

It was a great experience. I was supposed to bring my car in for service but it would not start! They sent the mobile service van. The technician arrived and was very polite and after that explaining our issue he grabbed his battery tester and confirmed our thoughts. Battery is dead! He jump started it and did everything outside our house.. the Works! He was great and very efficient. Lucky I live in the 12 mile radius , but highly recommend them.Services: Auto battery replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Had a really great experience today when bringing my vehicle in for service. My service advisor Talyn J. was super helpful, giving regular updates, and seemed very quick, efficient, and friendly for all of her customers. Very happy with the service i received today!

Too busy of a shop to properly diagnose your vehicle. If there is no check engine light on they don t have the time to diagnose it the old way. They will tell you to come back when light is on.New generation of mechanics. They lean on technology to tell them what s wrong with your vehicle. Even worse if your vehicle is older.

If I could give 10 Stars I would! Tyler the parts manager and his team are absolutely awesome! My key fob died ( my only one, and I have not even had the car for a month) on my 2017 mustang which has a push button start. First I brought it to Gary Yeomans Ford went to the parts counter told him I needed a battery he looks at my key fob and asked if it's an aftermarket start and I said not to my knowledge because he said the key fob was not a Ford key fob. Then he proceeded to open it up and out of his mouth comes I should have never touched this because I've never seen one like this. My heart went into my throat because again it was my only key and the only way I was starting my car was putting the key fob in the backup system for the push start. After he figured out how to put it back together it worked for a second and then nothing so I paid for the battery and went on my way. Stopped at Kelly Ford today after calling them and telling them my issue ( spoke to James who said come by and we'll take a look at it worst case scenario another key fob for my vehicle would run about $350), I went to go see Tyler and explained to him what happened he proceeded to open up the key fob, I of course got worried but he assured me he got this, changed the battery AGAIN by the way which was complimentary from this dealership the other one charged me 16 bucks for.. put it back together when it lit up he said go try it out.. AND IT WORKED!!! I cannot thank them enough because they saved me $350! Thank you again to the parts department!!!

I brought my car in for realignment and the service was done quickly!Lee Mercie, the service advisor, was great - polite and accommodating. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The WORST dealership SERVICE you can possibly go to!I bought a brand new 2021 Mustang Ecoboost at Kelly Ford, Melbourne, FL on January 2, 2022. A year later I took the car in for a light clicking noise when turning the steering wheel to the left, and they first determined that it was a strut mount, so they replaced it. Stated that the vehicle was tested and the noise was completely gone . I tested the vehicle and I heard obnoxiously loud scraping noise - turned out that the mechanic pushed a part of the alignment against the rotor and it would scrape it as the wheel would move. They pushed the part back, but the clicking noise was still present. Changing the strut mount didn t solve the issue. After approximately a week or so they determined that it was the steering shaft that was causing the clicking. They replaced the shaft, but damaged my brake booster and back up camera. After replacing 3 parts (strut mount, brake booster, and back up camera) that were functioning properly when I took the vehicle in the dealership, they also scraped my windshield wiper arms and scratched the paint lightly on the side. That the interior was all dirty and covered with oil is not even worth mentioning. When I requested for the windshield wiper arms to be replaced, my advisor - Wilson Vasquez started raising his voice on the phone saying the following you re straight up being petty right now, what do you expect that s gonna happen when you take the car to the shop, we don t have a red carpet here, of course things are going to get scratched and damaged . This was discussed with the Steve, service manager who asked me to not leave the negative survey as it hurts everyone there and not just Wilson. Steve agreed to communicate with Ford to buy back my vehicle as it was under warranty since I bought it brand new, and at this point I didn t want to keep a 1 year old car with 15,000 miles on it with so many damages that were caused by the dealership. I didn t leave a negative survey but Steve never kept his word, so I ended up being stuck with the car since Kelly Ford offered to buy it from me for $24,000 - the MSRP for the vehicle in 2022 when I bought the car was just under $42,000. In addition, my tire pressure sensor came up when I drove off my car from the dealership, they checked it out and said that nothing is wrong with the tire, but the tire has been leaking pressure ever since then and the wrong (front left) sensor comes up, but the tire that leaks air is the front right.Keep in mind, this process took approximately 3-4 weeks, I ended up going back to the dealership many times, wasting my time as they would have me wait for hours. I also spent money on gas every time I had to drive back to pick up the car, and return it as they would damage additional parts on my vehicle.

Had a great experience with choosing Kelly Ford to service my vehicle all went fine, hard shifting problem with transmission was resolved after relearning procedure. All is great picked up and drove home 25 miles no more hard shifting and other noises nice smooth shifting. The Service team could not have been more helpful Talyn my adviser was very helpful and professional about the whole process and explained very well at pickup of all work preformed. She is an asset to your team you should be proud at Ford for her knowledge and excellent job performance. Even stepped into the parts department and bought one of there many nice hats for sale cashier couldn t have been more helpful. Many thanks to all at Kelly Ford for work performed on my 2020 F-150 this is a 5 Star Dealership.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Wiper blade installation

Wilson Vazquez really made my experience at Kelly Ford great. I had to bring my car in for service and Wilson made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He took extra time to explain to me what was wrong and why, and offered several solutions to the problem. Everyone at Kelly Ford was professional and courteous and I look forward to working with them again.

Great communication with Talyn, my Service Advisor! She was in constant contact letting me know what was going on throughout the diagnosis and repair. Ford Kelly always delivers fast, and more importantly, trusted service to my Ford Expedition. They value my time and try their hardest to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. Highly recommend Kelly Ford Service!!

I had a couple of concerns regarding my 2018 Ford Explore and after Lee Mercier was able to handle my issues and explained in detail what I needed to get done for my 60,000 mile maintenance. They were able to do the work on the same day I had come in however I scheduled the services for the next morning, first thing. Lee was excellent in making sure all of my vehicles needs were addressed and worked with me and went above and beyond to help me with a savings coupon.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

It is always difficult to decide whether to bring your car to the dealer or an independent shop for repairs. There was a minor recall repair needed so we decided to have other service work performed as well at the dealership. The service greeters were prompt and friendly. The service writer was also attentive and professional. We anticipated the service would take about half a day so we elected to drop off the car. It turned out they were much faster than anticipated and completed the work in about an hour, including a complementary car wash. Everything was great, so the only item would be to provide an estimate of time to repair only so a decision could be made to drop or wait. I know this is being a little picky, but it does not detract from an overall positive experience.

Service Advisor Tatyln Johanesen was very helpful on keeping me updated on what was going on and what part had to be ordered and when it would be In and when the car would be ready for pickup. Went out of her way, it was raining out , to retrieve my insurance card from the vehicle. Which was in the far back lot. The card was needed for the rental.Very good Service Advisor.

Shortly after my father's memorial service, the AC in my parents' 2006 F250 began to act up. One phone call and an appointment was scheduled, with an explanation of the current situation. Traci Daly and Raphael Martinez both went above and beyond, making a difficult time in our lives just a bit easier with their professionalism and efficiency. Appointment process was easy. Drop off and write-up were seamless, along with providing a rental. Diagnosis and Repair were done in a timely matter and my mom was able to get her truck back within 1 business day. Plus, it had been cleaned/detailed without even requesting it. Thanks to all who were involved!!
