Came in today needing help with getting two key blades cut for a 2018 Ford Ecosport I just purchased for my daughter. While another Ford Dealership could not help me, I was in and out in a jiffy. James & Tyler(as well as the entire parts team) could not have been any more friendly, professional and eager to help me out! I am truly impressed.

I was traveling through and stopped in with an issue. Derek Dinkle was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone who stops by or that lives in the area. 5 Stars easily, excellent service Derek!!

This was my very first time coming to Kelly Ford to look for my first car on my own as a young mom of 2. I was very overwhelmed coming to the lot and when I met ANDRE it literally saved my life. I knew I was in great hands he was so kind and really pushed to get what I was looking for. It was such a easy experience and overall I'm extremely happy with the service he gave me and the car I purchased. I had to bring my toddler with me and they catered to him throughout process. I recommend anyone to go see ANDRE, he's the best! Thank you Kelly Ford !

Helping my mom putting some wipers and filters in her car and caught Shawn right before closing. Not only did he help me but he put a big smile on her face without making a stink. Thanks Shawn for being a bright spot in a rather dark world

Kelly Ford replaced all the gears in the rear end of my Rv 1 Year ago and has been working great. A little pricy but was done right and on time.

Went to have oil change with (to me) need for rear brake pads & turning of rotors..... They were ok, got tire rotation, new wiper blades, oil change & brake ck. and was out of there in an hour.
