Top notch service!I made an appointment for an oil change at 8am in the morning for the afternoon. I came in and got exactly that. Great customer service from the owner who was manning the counter, managing his employees and showing patience to all his customers.He greeted everyone who came in the store and was very friendly.Just to be clear, I am referring to the African American gentleman who thought I looked like Vince Staples. If he's not the owner, he carried himself like he's the one in charge.

Wow, again great service. I walked in told them the situation that I have been having with my oil pan at a previous location. They understood the problem and acknowledge if they could not fix it I would have to get it towed. No problem they checked it out and everything was fine. Got my oil change the tires rotated and went about my day. The guys at the desk are super nice they wait and listen to your story and they help you out the best they can giving you all options possible.DO NOT!!!!! Go to the Merritt Island store location there s a unhappy old man name aka Grumpy Grandpa Greg he has a bad attitude and is not nice.Melbourne store is the way to go.Thanks guys I ll definitely be back.

Firestone in Melbourne has been servicing my cars for about 20 years or more and have always been helpful, friendly and reliable. They give me options to all needed service and the six month payment promotion makes it affordable.

Outstanding deal on "lifetime" vehicle alignment. I didn't have an appointment, but the Team worked me into their schedule and I had my car aligned in about 2 hours. Could not have been better!

My first visit with my new mechanic was a good experience. My second visit when I had one tire that was losing air. They said they couldn't fix it because of that was in the side of the tire. But my other tire was good. But I went ahead and got two new ones on the back. To match the other two tires that I put on a couple months ago.. this morning when I went out there they didn't match the front and no little caps on. so I went in this morning and they gave me two caps on them and asked why didn't they match the front tires that you just put on a couple months ago. And he said oh we didn't have any in we have to order them why didn't he tell me that I would have waited a couple more days. He act like me spending my money in there was something I have to No I don't. Being an older woman I keep my vehicle maintained. But I'm also not dumb and a friend told me to go to Geico across the street. So after this experience that's where I will go.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Great service . Took an appointment immediately without check-in even though the service guy had their time off. Done alignment and mount new tires. Thank you Dana- They replace tires if we get the tires online , but should be mandatory new .

I took my car in a couple of weeks ago to get 4 new tires since I had a flat. James took my car in and helped me immediately, I was out the doors within an hour to a couple. Not only was he knowledgeable, but his customer service was OUTSTANDING. I will be coming back for future services and I will be requesting him! I tried to use this business, drove 12 miles from Palm Bay to do so, only to find out that my appointment request (by phone one day before) "did not go through". The specified location did not even have me in the system, although I did speak to an actual person. When making an appointment is so automated and goes through so many channels channels that it gets lost in the shuffle, it doesn't help the consumer. The mgr intervened, but rather than offering an apology for the mix-up and showing willingness to get the minor task on the car done, I heard the opposite: "Not sure if we can get the issue taken care of, we are fully booked today, not enough staff, etc etc." Not getting the positive impression that my car was left in good hands, I left, never to return again. Keep going like this, Firestone, and your ratings will be at 1-star very soon.

Customer service was excellent on this visit - my contact was Will. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fit me in and provided me a much better tire than what I was looking for was at a cheaper price with a double the mileage warranty of the tires that I was asking for. Will also informed me that a part of my steering linkage was damaged and bent. This defect hindered them from aligning my car correctly and showed that the shop which fixed my car after an accident had not fixed it correctly. I can count on Firestone in Melbourne to provide me with the tools I need to maintain my car at peak performance. I would recommend this Firestone location for the best service, knowledge, and quality workmanship anywhere in Brevard County.

This Firestone does very good work! I've been there twice now; first for tires, second for alignment, rotation and oil change. Staff was pleasant and technicians were quite competent, work was completed more quickly than expected. I will still use my own mechanic for major work, but this Firestone is good for quick, general maintenance. The only suggestion I have is for the addition of a snack machine in the waiting area. Currently there is only a drink machine (people sometimes like to nibble when they're waiting!).Update: I was last here June 2023. I will not come here again. The manager (a new one, apparently) tried to sell me work I neither wanted nor needed. He claimed the engine was falling apart! I know my van (as does my personal mechanic). If there was a problem, he would've mentioned it.Sorry, Firestone! You've got to do better!

They took care of my issue quickly, even though my appointment was at a different location. Will was friendly and helpful, was upfront about a wait time, kept things moving, and made what is usually stressful a experience even kind of enjoyable

I took my care here on Wednesday 2/22/23 for 2 new back tires and an oil change. A mistake was made and the technician placed the tires on the front on my car. I made them aware of their mistake. They immediately rectified the situation beyond belief by providing me with two new back tires at no cost on Friday 2/24/23. (I did opt to pay for the labor $30 because they did take the time to put them on). They were absolutely fantastic to work with and I ll be taking my car there for maintenance moving forward as this was my first experience with them. James the Sales Specialist was amazing to work with and even offered pizza to me and my 2 year old. 10/10 recommend.Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been going to the same Firestone for over 10 years. They have a great selection of tires, and if they don't have them, they'll find them for you. Great neighborhood auto maintenance shop for oil changes, brakes, suspensions, and more. Will, one of the managers, always looks for discounts so I can save.

Short version--thought I needed four new tires. The guys in the shop measured and assured me the existing ones had plenty of life. I told them one tire had a slow leak, and I was assured by another place it had been fixed. Well, found out today the leak had not been patched. In fact, two small metal splinters were embedded inside.I was fully prepared to spend over a thousand dollars today and instead, spent almost nothing. These guys are great, friendly and honest, and when the time comes to actually make a purchase, I am going here!

I got there about an hour before closing. I needed 4 new tires on my truck. They took me in and I got my tires. The manager on site said a customer is a customer. The technician that did my tires stayed to do them . So I gave him a $50.00 tip. I will definitely going back to that firestone for all my needs. Melbourne Florida

Their prices are too high. I needed a front headlight replaced on my van. The light cost $40 something dollars, but to put it in cost $70 something dollars for a total cost of $119 to replace one front van headlight. Friendly staff or not, that is ridiculous in all honesty.

Manny, is not the brightest crayon of the box and it's definitely not customer service friendly. Someone needs to really evaluate how he speaks to customersMaybe replace them with somebody that's more customer focused. He also doesn't seem to understand how warranties work

Asked them to check my brakes during a scheduled oil change because they were a squeaking very loudly. They stayed they did and they were at a 8-9 each. Less than a week later they were grinding and I needed pads and rotors because of it. They clearly did not check my pads when I dropped it off.
