A friend of mine was in desperate need of car repairs. They were able to get her car in quickly and they repaired everything they could that day. The gentleman who were in the front were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop has some nice nostalgia. I definitely recommend Farlow Automotive Melbourne Florida

Replaced my ball joints, control arms, tie rods and sway bar links myself but still it was driving rough and making a ton of noise because the front end needed an alignment. I considered Firestone for $119.95 plus tax but decided to give Farlow a shot for $89.95... my car is driving perfect, no noisy steering, and a ton more smoothness. Thank you Farlow Automotive!

Farlow is our trusted mechanic shop for everything. We are so grateful they are nearby. We had truck issues that every shop turned down and they not only did it quickly but they were so kind to us and fit us in as it was a time sensitive issue. It s been hard to find an honest shop and we won t go anywhere else now that we ve found them!

These guys rock. They are always pleasant, Chris is very amenable to hearing your issues with your car and the shop is always busy. That's speaks volumes to their work. They were recommended to us by the guys that used to work on hubby's Mini Cooper. We haven't been disappointed.

My Ford Explorer was here for some repairs. They did an excellent job and she is running great right now. Very happy with their service and their pricing. Honest mechanic and highly recommend! We dealt with Chris.

I talk to the guy (Chris) who collects money and checks in the cars and checks out the cars to the customers that come in. However, I was told one price and than when I came to pick up the vehicle, it was a different price which was never discussed then he was like I was able to save you $100, I hope that helps you, like the price is right show but then yet again a day later, my car has the same problems as it did when I brought it in I will be calling Monday first thing when they open highly upset. Never had a problem before with this place I always use this place never had an issue until just recently

Honest, Fair, Great Customer Service, Quick. I needed my Brake Switch fixed and a tire checked due to losing air. I called on a Monday afternoon & they got me in the next morning! I was in & out of there in 45 minutes. Fixed the Brake Switch & Patched my tire.The price was totally & absolutely reasonable. ESP considering I got a price check somewhere else and they wanted me to pay $140 more and that didn t even include the patching of the tire.I felt totally at ease as soon as I walked in. Chris was very welcoming.I will be returning for all of my automotive needs from now on!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

At the beginning of June I had gone to have my coolant and transmission fluid changed. Picked up my car, and then later the same day it almost overheated because they didn t burp the coolant system and fill it. I had to buy another full bottle and put a half gallon of coolant in it. Took it back the next day and they had to fill the reservoir again. The front desk guy was not helpful and said it was an air bubble lol a half gallon size air bubble. The mechanic clearly knew they were at fault when I asked him why I had to put in a half gallon of coolant, he didn t have an answer and looked embarrassed. The irony is before they started they said they quoted the coolant price wrong it was $25, not $12 I used to like this place but after they almost ruined my engine and then acted like nothing happened, thats not good business.

Went in to have a screw pulled from my tire. Got me right in and when they pulled it out there were no leaks. They didn't charge me. Next time I need something done to my vehicle I will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

Service was great! The first time I was there earlier this year, Chris helped me out big time by getting my work van back on the road very quick.This week, Gary was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Other shops would have taken much longer to fix it.We found a safety recall for my van. He ordered a gas tank but then found out about the recall and was able to cancel the order. Now I will go to the Honda dealer and let them fix it for no charge. It runs better than ever now. Thank you Gary and staff for your excellent and prompt work.I only gave you 5 stars if there were more stars, you would deserve them!!! After a huge quote from our dealer on a routine maintenance check up, we were recommended to Farlow by our friends at Pitstop. Thank goodness for great recommendations, Chris took care of our needs and went through everything we needed to get completed in order to keep our Warranty Forever Policy they are ASE certified and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs quality routine maintenance on your car. We got everything we needed and it didn t break the bank, my husband and I were very satisfied with our service and will be returning for future maintenance for our vehicle. As a small business owner ourselves, we know how important it is to spread the word on other small family owned businesses and I m so very thankful to have found a great Auto shop I feel I can trust. Great shop. Speak to you plain and honest, treated me right. Came with a crazy problem, turns out it was just some loose bolts/nuts and they didn't rake me over the coals for it. Thank God for these guys, I had a long road trip ahead and I'm glad I chose them.

Gary, and the entire staff are the best! I've had my son's car worked on there, and now the classic that I'm restoring. They've always done amazing work! I won't take my cars to any other garage! They treat you like family, and have very reasonable prices. To me, you can't beat Farlow's!

This is truly the place to go for any car issues. I was driving back to Georgia and had a radiator issue and they went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I could make it back home safe! Also had amazing customer service and fair prices! So if you are looking for a spot to help with car troubles you should definitely check this place out!!Service: Engine repair

Farlow is great! Definitely my permanent mechanic from here on out. Chris at the front desk is super nice and understanding and VERY professional. Outstanding end up service, flexible work ethic to accommodate for time and transportation needs. Was upfront and honest when they weren't able to diagnose a specific issue with my car confidently, but when Ford with the most likely course of action in regards to fixing it and ended up being spot on correct. I will trust them with any of my vehicles, as well as my wallet.

These guys pulled three broken, mangled bolts and changed a valve cover gasket for an extremely reasonable price with fantastic turnaround time after I called 10 other shops trying to get someone to even look at it. I had problems with my air conditioning and was referred to Farlow by another shop. I called with the diagnosis and was given a quote which I felt was very fair. Come to find out a mistake was made on the owners part and the repairs would take extra time without hesitation an apology was made and the repairs were made at the original quoted price. My air conditioning was replaced by the dealership when I purchased the truck but it did not perform like it does now. I am very pleased with the service as well as customer service. I was even given a loaner truck for a few hours at no additional charge. These people really treated me good and will be seeing all of my vehicles when work is needed. Thank You Gary for being a stand up guy and sticking to your price.

I absolutely love everything about Farlow Automotive. They have worked on both of my Durango's. I absolutely trust them and know that they have my safety financial best interest at hand. Most importantly, they are personable. Last year, I was there for service. My job is across the street. I was attempting to cross the street after leaving and was pulled over by West Melbourne Police Department and given a ticket for crossing the street! The guys there were all over it. They recorded the stop, called the wmpd, created a fb post and all. The citation was dismissed!!! They had my back personally and mechanically. So they're not just concerned about fixing your ride...they're concerned about fixing the problem with the community. Because of that, they'll always receive my business!Thank you Guys!

Gary Farley runs this place and he's an awesome guy. I've known him for years and he's worked on many different cars of mine and my family's. They're not too expensive and they're not too cheap. One thing I can tell you is that they do good work and they take pride in that and that they are honest.

Mr. Farlow has been the only one to service our 13-year-old Hyundai for the past 7 years, and it shows. The car has never left us stranded...except for that one time I knew we needed a new battery but didn't bother to get one. Hah! Joke's on me, but Gary's service is no joke. Fair prices, good service, always gets done on time or early. Thumbs up!

This shop is wonderful. I have five cars including a collector car and I am extremely happy with the work done by Farlow Automotive. I have been bringing my cars here for repair for about 12 years. The owner communicates clearly with me upfront with what I need and he calls me for approval if anything changes after he is under the hood. I would definitely recommend this place for quality work and fair prices. He has even stayed open longer to accommodate me picking up a vehicle and given me a loaner car to use when the repair took longer than a couple hours. Thank you.

So happy I stopped in there yesterday. My air conditioning has never worked properly even after being serviced. Last week it stopped working completely. I randomly stopped in on my way home and they not only got it working again, but it's working better than it ever has! Not to mention they were super friendly and fast. I will definitely use them again!

Farlow Automotive is well-established in Melbourne with a great location at Wickham and Ellis. Expect highly professional service, a very clean lobby with comfortable places to sit, and coffee. We were referred to Gary and his team almost eight years ago. It is the only place we have our vehicles serviced. You can be confident that your vehicle will be fixed or maintained correctly - the first time.

Got my brakes and rotors replaced at a reasonable price. Gary was even willing to give me a discount for additional work that I needed. Very honest guys and the head mechanic is a wonderful doggo. That's a mechanic you can trust! Will be going again when I need more work.
