* Since I originally posted my comments all the issues with getting my tires taken care of have been resolved. The Management of Discount Tire, up and down the Chain of Command, were very responsive and went all out to get my initial dilemma corrected. I do appreciate the treatment I received from the store manager Jacob.I will continue doing business with Discount Tire and have seen a great deal of integrity as to how they handled my situation. Thank You to everyone as mentioned above!! To begin with, I usually have had a great experience with this business. Yesterday I was very disappointed when the Front Counter Worker I was dealing with told me You re Welcome instead of Thanking me for my business. He knew I didn t say thanks so I find that very offensive.The customer is why the employees get a paycheck! This is the first time I can remember being treated disrespectfully there ever. Every other time doing business there, over many years now, I was completely satisfied.

Lie for no reason other than to try and make a sale! Driving now on 95 from Jacksonville. Headed to Vero Beach had a flat tire, I put my spare on and it was low. Got off the interstate and it was right at discount tire, perfect I thought. If it doesn t take air then I ll just buy a new tire from them. Waited for someone to come out to the Tire field station. When he came out, he told me he was unable to put air in it because it was too low, never heard of such a thing. Then he tells me that all stations are like that if it s below 15 pounds they won t come on. I told him I can go right to the Mobile and put air in it right now, he said no you can t. I went right to the Mobile put air in it and I m back on the road Josh at discount tire lies for no reason! Will not be buying tires from them such a liars, and when I asked what the store location number was, he couldn t tell me told me I had to go in to find out then I asked what what s your name he tried covering up his jacket, but it said Josh

I have been repeatedly impressed by the people who work here and the processes they use to get the work done. They train their staff well. These people are generally very busy. The prices are great and this company now owns Tire rack. Prices are great, workers know what they are doing and treat the customers with respect and give as good an amount of time as is practical given how busy they are. All around great operation with great prices. I highly recommend.

I can't tell you enough how great these people are. You will not be disappointed by going here. They rotate your tires for free, they let you know with no obligation what you need to do professionally and with the latest technology. Their prices are amazing as well. I will not buy from anywhere else when it comes to anything tire related.

Went in Saturday to have tires mounted and balanced. Brought in brand new tires and had an appointment. Checked in and when technician showed me the price, $207 to have 4 tires mounted and balanced, I couldn't believe it. 2 weeks ago I had another vehicle I brought in for exact same thing and price was $120. I asked the tech why so much more and he brought up receipt 2 weeks ago and said, oh they didn't charge you enough. I left and went to another shop for $80 out the door. Called rockledge discount tire and they only charge $120 for all. Won't be back again.

I ve been to this Discount Tire twice and they were extremely helpful and polite. My first visit I bought 4 new tires, they mounted and balanced them for me, I bought the insurance on the tires which saved me today. I ended up getting a beautiful TapCon screw in my tire today, as soon as I pulled up, they came to help me right away. They did a patchplug repair and assured me if the tire was severely damaged, they had a replacement tire on hand which wouldn t cost me anything. From my 2 visits I am very pleased with their customer service and willing to help, the insurance on the tires was also a huge plus.

Have to say this was the only time I've had a pleasant experience at a tire store. Was greeted as soon as I walked store, work order was done quickly, and tire was ready in less time than quoted. Will definitely drive the extra miles to use this location in the future.

Discount Tire's Josh D. at 3 min. till closing Friday night said I'll check if the nail in your tire is repairable. Then Josh waited until I moved my car so he could see the marked nail spot. Josh then offered "Let me pull your car into the bay and put some air in it so you can drive home safely." Be here at 8 am Saturday and Discount Tire will plug your tire for FREE! (Even though my tires were purchased elsewhere!) I think the next time I need tires, Discount Auto will be my go to place for tires and service!PS. I learned of their free plug a hole in tire service when in Aldi's parking lot a couple pointed out the nail in my driver's side front tire saying Discount Tire offers free repair of tires/plug service. Word's getting out Discount Tire a trustworthy business! Lucille

Jacob was a pleasure to work with. On the day of my initial appointment, one of the four tires was not delivered and ready for install. He did what he said he would do, called me when it arrived to reschedule the following day. He assured me that my time was the priority, and he would have me in and out quickly. Upon arrival the following day, Jacob met me in the parking lot, immediately pulled my car into the bay and the work ensued. Four tires installed a half hour later and I was on my way. Jacob s service recovery considering the initial experience was quite remarkable. He emulated the Discount Tire commitment to customer satisfaction and represented them well. For that reason, my continued business remains. Thank you, Jacob for your efforts.

Greatest service ever!!!! No matter how busy any of the employees are, they ALL have the customer in mind. Above and beyond to get me in and out even when I had to go to the dealer to get a new key for my lock nut. I will only ever get tires from here for any of my vehicles.

Highly recommend this tire shop. Dalton greeted me at the door (super friendly and professional), got checked in for my appointment and received a text when the vehicle was ready (which was much quicker than the estimated completion time). We ll definitely be back!

Had a problem with new wheels ordered through Tire Rack. Eric & Jonathan did a great job with helping me get it straighten out. Great communication and customer service. The whole crew at this location are very professional.

Been a customer of this specific Discount Tire office for years, and they're always done a wonderful job. Bought another full set of tires a year ago, with extra coverage (highly recommend, please do yourself a favor and spend the bit of extra money). Have ended up with 2 screws in my tires since then, they got patched up, no problem. Every single interaction is always courteous and professional.

Wonderful! Fast and kind service! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (with appt). Hunter was helpful and explained everything in terms I could understand. Everyone seemed very helpful to all the other customers as well. Highly recommend Discount Tire @Hammock Landing

These people are a godsend! I went in there day before Christmas Eve 30 min before closing with a screw in my tire from the highway I was on driving up to see my family! I googled nearest place and they came up! I went in and spoke with Hunter and Alan who both said they would do there best to help patch it but couldn t guarantee it could be done until tire was off. They did not have a new or used tire for my car as my tires are very small and not an easy to find size. Putting on spare was not option as I had 100 more miles to drive and was told spare should just be used short distance.They kept me calm and reassured me they not here to scam me or take my money. They want to help but weren t sure a patch was possible after a few minutes of waiting I was given the screw that was in my tire as a souvenir lol and told happy holidays you are all set! I was able to get to my family on time. This place is fast and friendly and clean and I would highly recommend

I had a small nail in my tire and went to discount tire. They just wanted to sell me 4 new tires. I said no so they pulled my car in to plug the nail hole, or so I thought. The next morning it was flat again. I took it to my local Walmart and they found the nails hole ( the nail had been pulled out by discount auto but obviously not plugged.)Walmart repaired my tire and I was on my way. I will never do business with discount tire.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Made an appointment online. It took less than an hour for 4 tires to be installed. They also to the extra step the scrub the wheel and hub surfaces, and torqued each lug. I was impressed.

This is my third set of tires from Discount tire and I'll be getting my fourth set from them in the future. Good prices and great customer service. This past service I worked with Jacob. I highly recommend Jacob.

Attention to detail is going down the drain, speed isn t the answer. Asked for ALL of the wheel weights to be stripped off and rebalanced and a portion of the original weights are still on the wheels. And on my way home, I make a turn, and a wheel weight slings off, So what they did replace they didn t even do correctly.

My Family has been going here for years- very disapointed this past visit- service team always kind but boy can they rack up a major one tire fee to a female with her kids who knows nothing about tires,lugnuts and everything else I was charged ( Even took my own old tire home to save funds and just incase old lugnuts also from this place) disapointed sorry folks.

I went here for a flat repair- nail went in the tire, I saw it, I pulled it and tried to plug it but the mail had broken off and was sideways. I had cut a sliver of tread off to try and fix it myself and couldn t. I brought it here simple fix with a tire machine to pull off the rim- I was treated nicely, swiftly, but they refused to repair it in what felt like an attempt to sell me tires. I would ve happily paid, it was free, but that tire was entirely fixable. How do I know? Because I didn t bother talking about my experience with owning a company which we need to plug tires all the time and when I went to the next place they patched it without questionNot a sidewalk or even a large nail, just a weird angleSee the problem with this tactic to get someone new tires with 14k miles on it is stupid because instead of just fixing it and getting me along with my life and business it cost me an additional 5 hours to go somewhere else wait and get the service I actually needed, now I won t buy tires here when I do need themThey must have enough workThey also did a rotation while I was there, also free, but didn t change the TPMS so now they are all in the wrong places3 stars for the nice gentleman at the desk and swift service (90 mins as promised)

Just awful. Had 2 tires installed and it resulted in damage to BOTH rims. The manager tried to pull some bogus one-sided opinion out of thin air. The finish off of my stock rims (clearcoat) was not flawed beforehand. They became damaged when they used the crowbar to removed tire.

Wow! This biz totally honors its warranties. My two-year-old tire got a nail, so they replaced it with a brand new one - no questions asked - after I showed my previous receipt. Staff is courteous, knowledgable, and the wait isn't too long. Two thumbs up!

Needed 3 tires and wiper bladed. Made an appointment for this afternoon. I paid online to make sure tires were available. Had work early had to come in before scheduled appointment. Came in when open. No problem just in and out. Very polite and professional. Great prices on services to.

Been here multiple times and always have superb service! I recently made an appointment for 4 new tires. Upon arrival, I noticed they were extremely busy. Jon came right outside to greet me. And got me inside, cashed out and on my way to go around town while waiting for my car to be done. He told me 1 hour. I honestly didn t believe him when I saw the amount of people there. But, about 40 mins later I had a text my car was ready! Not only is the service extraordinary, but their prices are the best around! Thanks again!
