Picking up my vehicle I was surprised by racoon paw prints all in my passenger and back seat and all over my door panel, two missing lug nuts that were also missing the first time I got my car back after them having it over 28 days. Had to drop it off again due to a leak in my fan, after another 2 1/2 weeks when picking it up they were still missing as well as my wheel not being tighten onto the axel. I appreciated Dee working with me and trying to help me put price wise.. very disappointed in the work and care they did for me and my car. I ended up taking it to another mechanic, I definitely won t ever be back. Not to mention I also received my car back with a large bolt in my back tire as well.

Our car was taken to their lot without owners authorization on Saturday after the accident. Towtruck driver handed us their business car. We called Sunday and we were put on hold for an hr. Then told us to call back next day. They could not find the car. Monday when we called, Lisa tried to tell us she was unable to help unless we show up with cash. When I asked if they had the car she threatened on hanging up the call if I was impatient. The total was $457 to return our property but when we showed up, Lisa asked us to surrender the title. We decided to pay the fee to which she then change the total to $522 adding a private fee of $65.00. They pray on honest working people by withholding your property for as long as they can to justify keeping your title. Not a good business model and would like to help the community by sharing our experience. I would never recommend this business again.

Dee has helped me out a few times. Couple accidents with different cars. People ran red lights. Dee was really really cool. Very helpful. Wanted to help out each time. I needed a gas cap that I lost. The lady in the front office said she didn't have time to help me. I said is there anybody that can help me or that would know how much gas cap would cost? She said no I don't have time for this. I'm dealing with a bunch of impounds and hung up!! I understand everybody has good days and bad days. I would say it's either a hit or miss with this place. I don't know I've been helped numerous times. Of course that was by Dee, the lady in the front office. I've dealt with her a few occasions and I think one time was nice and helpful the other times were well. I'll let you decide.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I spoke to two representatives, one named Lisa and I was unable to get the other gentleman s name, both were extremely nasty and interruptive when trying to get clarification. I got hung up on simply for asking questions for clarification being that I had never been in a car accident and never had to go through the process of having my car towed and stored. It s extremely irritating having to go through the trauma of a car accident and then having to deal with severely unprofessional animals like Lisa and her coworker.

the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. she told me they were busy and she got other people to deal with and I need to get to the point. if that's all you got to say you can hold. I understand people get busy but please find you another profession if you don't like your job or like answering phones when it gets busy. I asked to speak with a supervisor she said I am the supervisor. you can't be with that type of attitude. she needs to be fired and I'm sending this to BBB and so should everyone else. the owner will be extremely upset if his business gets shut down. 0 stars I do not recommend. TO NOBODY BEST BELIEVE KARMA IS AROUND THE CORNER. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

I wish I could leave zero stars . Today I encountered the woman at the front desk .. I believe, according to MANY MANY MANY other bad reviews , that her name is Lisa . First my fianc� calls and is very displeased with her tone and attitude over the phone, I know it s a problem when he complains about anything , as he is not one to complain (just goes with the flow). When we arrived to pick up our car, we were met by Ms. Rude at the front . I can t believe they let someone so rude and nasty work for them . I read ALL of their reviews and everyone feels the same way . This lady has been working there for YEARS with such horrible reviews, so I know this review is not going to make a difference; but shame on you guys for allowing such bad customer service. You don t see all those bad reviews on this lady ? She must be an owner, or related to the owner, because no one in their right mind would want someone working for them being the way she is. Shame on her. Do not use this business if you can control it. if not, pick up your car the SAME day by another tow truckcompany.

WOW.. I try to only leave great reviews on here, and rep good people & their businesses, but I unfortunately agree with the other reviews! Besides not even trying to help me get a tow, when asked if they were hiring (bc clearly they need someone) she hung up on me!

I usually do not leave bad reviews especially for mom and pop shops because I do not like to mess with anyone s money. However, I given this multiple chances but the front end lady Lisa is a nightmare. She is truly the definition of rude. She is more than capable of being nice because once I got snippy back and she checked herself and was nice for a brief moment. Trying to get her to do anything is near impossible. Calling in is the worse experience she puts you on hold in mid sentence, hangs up on you and just all around rude. If your car gets towed here do everything you can to get it out as soon as possible. It s really a shame I would have left my car to get repaired there but because of her lack of customer service and their low ratings I decided to go elsewhere.

Showed up to get our belongings out of a totaled vehicle as we were told (and it is noted on the website) they open at 8am, and I get screamed at by the lady at the front desk that they aren't open till 9am and she has tons of work to do and gave me serious attitude and rudeness!! Lacking customer service completely!! I would never use this agency if I had control of where , ever. {Full disclaimer it was through a thin window}The gentleman however was very nice and courteous.Update: she did just apologize and blamed yelling as it's a habit from airplanes and such, but still pset at how I was treated at first during an already stressful time.

What a horrific experience! I have never heard a ruder receptionist in my life! You are in the business of working with clients who have possibly been in traumatizing accidents (as we have) only to be treated so shockingly by your rude receptionist. Please use any other towing company or body shop!

Rudest lady I have ever spoken to in my entire life. She kept hanging up on me and when Id call back shed yell. Ridiculous. So many bad reviews on her and yet she still has this job somehow shes the reason the reviews are so low .

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY: The work the facility does is not just sub-par but actually fraudulent. You will hear nothing but excuses. Deitrick should not be in business if you ask my opinion. Nothing but lies and delays. They caused more damage than they fixed. The insurance company now has to send the vehicle off to get repaired properly. Claimed they put new parts on but everything was from a junkyard or off eBay. Paint was terrible, Body panels not aligned and missing hardware, ABS system not working, SRS system not working. Wires cut in door and black taped together. Rim replaced with wrong color rim and wrong tire. I can not say this enough, Avoid this business. This was a 2017 Caravan. Complete disaster. Also their towing driver towed our car down I95 at between 82 and 87 MPH, on a flat bed as the GPS unit alerted us of the speeding. Safety is clearly not a concern for them.Services: Painting, Steering & suspension replacement, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

I had my car towed after it was totaled and forgot my license plate. Dietrich told me he would have a driver drop it off to me and never did. He also told me about a car he would sell to me. He blew me off several times and the communication was terrible. Called the office and the woman who answered was absolutely rude. She told me she has no idea what I was talking about and that they never towed my car to their lot. Then she hung up on me. Don t use this businesses EVER.

They towed my wife's car from a handicap spot in downtown Melbourne. She had her handicap hang tag clearly visible. The spot she was in, clearly said she was clear to park there. Had to pay 230 cash to get our car back. The kind of place that would tow a handicap car from a handicap space, should get no decent people's business.

Rudest woman I have ever dealt with. My truck had to be towed after an accident. I arrived to be told it's cash only to pick up the vehicle. I went to the ATM to get cash, which was more than I owed, she took all the cash and refused to give me change. She was beyond rude to me and threw my paperwork at me then tried to refuse to give me my registration paperwork that was taken from the glove compartment.

My car was towed there after an accident and and the woman who answers the phone is about as rude as possible and keeps talking over me will not let me get a word in edgeways knows everything there is to know about insurance insurance regardless of the circumstances that she won't even listen and hung up when I said I needed to speak. So RUDE!!!

If i could give them a 0 star i would. So rude and almost ran me off the road trying to go around me in an INTERSECTION!!!!! I wish he would ve hit me so i could literally sue. so rude and learn how to freaking drive lol

Extremely rude I called to get a vehicle picked and the woman who answered Lisa kept putting me on hold, she yelled at me told me she is extremely busy and trying to hurry this along. Kept saying come on what do you need. I ve NEVER dealt with someone so unprofessional and my job consists daily of me working with body shops.

The lady that answers the phone there is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in all of my years of working I own my own business and if somebody acted like that they would be fired on the spot I asked to speak with her supervisor and I don t know why but she would never let me speak to anybody but her she hung up on me three times told me not to call back every time I would call my price for getting my truck out of tow was some other outrageous number she would quote me one price and then I will call back and it would be a totally different price I understand that it cost $23 a day for storage I can add but to hang up on me I live in a different state so I have to find somebody in that state to go over there and pay cash because for some reason they don t take credit cards what legitimate business don t take credit cards she had no answer for that of course just something rude to say so please don t use this place they are horrible horrible people I m just waiting for them to try to sell my truck so I can sue them !!!Service: Auto detailing

At the rate of speed the tow truck driver pulls in the parking lots he's going to kill somebody one day. I would not use this service if my life depended on it

Horrible experience. Took my truck in for repair of the brakes and AC blower motor. They must have damaged the AC system during the install b/c water now leaks all over the floorboard. They charged me 800 to replace 1 rotor and rebuild a caliper, then 3 months after they do all this brake work the pads are so worn I am hearing metal on metal. Would not recommend this place AT ALL

My mini-van wouldn't start when I was out in Palm Bay. I called Dick's and they sent a tow truck, picked up the van, repaired it, and it was able to be picked up the next day. They professionally diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did so at a fair price. Rick is truly someone I trust to repair my cars and trucks! Thanks for the great work!

Funny, I called to ask if he installed engines and transmissions and got cussed out on the phone, he called me every name in the book, things I wouldn't post here in case your kids are reading this. He might be nice to you when you're there but he has a dark side. I've never heard language like that.
