Excellent service. Picked up a nail and was in the area. They were quick to help even though it was near closing. Owner is extra friendly and we had a good chat while the crew got me patched up. Will come back for future business!

I'm a domestic violence victim from out-of-state after countless places that I've called to get a cheap or discount attire. I had called diamond auto repair and I'd spoke to somebody named jay He was able to give me a used tire and get me back on the road. So I could continue to be safe for me and my child It was never about money. This is true customer service and if you guys ever need tire auto repairs You need to go there they will treat you with respect dignity and compassion To everyone it might have just been But to me it literally save my life.They're cheap Not many people care Nowadays, it's all about money, not with diamond auto so if you need any auto repairs or tires You won't be disappointed with the price or the service. Came in to see Jay because my radiator fan wouldn t shut off. He took me as a walk in and I was in and out. Ended up being the coolant temp sensor and he fixed it right away. Thanks Jay for helping me out! And it was affordable!

Horrible I would never go back there I went there as we were new to the area and got our exhaust manifold done here and a month later it was making the same sound and you can smell the fumes of the car coming into the car which is what was happening before we took our car there. Spent a lot of money and the car drives worse now than when we brought it here I do bit recommend. It also appears that the manifold looks really old and not new at all. They also broke a bolt off and never bothered to tell us or fix it

They did a good job on my front end. But when I had a problem with my truck not starting, J charged a bloody fortune to get it back running poorly . The following day my truck failed to start again because of the same problem J failed to fix. Thanks to a good Samaritan who pointed to the actual problem and how to fix the problem J failed to do.

Jay and his team at Diamond Auto Repair are not only knowledge about all vehicle makes and models, They are honest, more than fair, and extremely friendly; going above and beyond in all that they do. I recently needed tires changed at the last min and didn t realize how close it was closing time. They paid no attention to the clock and worked past the business hours to ensure what I needed got done. They also took the time to diagnosis a separate issue with my truck that other repair shops had no answers for. Fixed that issue as well.They truly set the bar when it comes to customer service. Big thank you to Jay of Diamond Auto Sales.We were on Eau Gallie Blvd. last night with a flat tire and AAA said they would be 90 minutes. Along came Jay. He pulled over to check on us and jumped right in, changed the tire, added air and got us on our way. It was the driver of the cars 91st birthday. We were coming back from his birthday dinner. Jay was an amazing birthday present for Ed.Thanks again. What a great guy!

I was extremely happy with Diamond Auto Repair. I was on vacation and my brakes needed repair. I saw that Diamond had excellent reviews so I call to make an appointment. He took me right away. He showed me the issue before doing any work and gave me a very fair price. Diamond is efficient honest and fair. He was also extremely nice and very easy to talk to. Fast, professional and great pricing! Very happy the New Suspension installed in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Alignment was perfect! Got new leafs, rear and front shocks and a e-brake riser bracket from FOX Racing, TRD PRO installed. Love the feel of the ride now! So much better now when driving around with the motorcycle loaded in the back!

Came In since I needed a new tire and alignment. Wanted payment ahead of time and were hesitant to take credit cards. They couldn t mange to get an alignment done in two days and told me to come back the next week.They also tried to give me my car back with low tire pressure, as if it doesn t show in bright red on my screen that tire pressure is low. They also over-torqued my front right wheel so bad several people could not get it loose. Don t know how this place has such good reviews avoid it!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Jay and the rest of the Diamond Auto team were absolutely fantastic in getting my Toyota Rav4 running like new again. I initially came in for a broken lug on my front tire and for my spare to be plugged where after a speedy and great priced repair, Jay showed me issues with my front control arms and rotors that were in very poor condition explaining my steering pulling to the right and shaking while braking. After a quick discussion and quote for repair, I returned 2 weeks later where Jay and the team had my Rav4 running like new in about 4 hours and at an outstanding price. Excellent customer service and the fastest oil change and tire replacement I've ever received! They gave me a much lower price for the two tires I was needing replaced compared to the quote I had previously received from Pep Boys. Great service! Always fair and precise with what exactly I needed! Service was quick and wait time was as close to what he suggested as possible! Prices are beyond compatible with other quotes. Had my front brakes and rotors replaced in my 2015 Ram 1500, first time any maintenance done on my truck outside of the dealer. Outstanding!!!

Since I bought my car I haven t taken it to any other mechanic. Jay and his staff are amazing!! I love this place! I ve unfortunately had the issue of taking my car to a previous shop where I got the car back with more problems and was not fully explained if there was anything wrong with it. I was so scared to take it to any other place and waited months till I had the money again to take it somewhere. My mom recommended me this place and I had the best experience ever! They told me everything that was wrong with the car right away and got it all fixed in such a timely manner. I have been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for the longest time and I am happy to say that I have finally found one! The team at Diamond Auto Repair & Tire Service is hard working and does an excellent job. They get the job done in a timely manor and efficiently. I will defiantly be referring anyone that I know to them for any future mechanical and repair needs. If you are looking for a mechanic in the Melbourne area I highly recommend that you stop in and try them out!

SOMETHING HAS CHANGEDI've known Julio for years, given him tons of business and referred him to friends and family. He has usually been professional and done good work, however he has always taken longer to complete the work then promised. Recently Julio has taken on a new attitude. He is short with customers and is now ignoring those folks (like me) that made his business successful.I recommend finding another mechanic. I happened to stumble across Diamond Auto on a weekend emergency. I never go to anyone but the dealership but not anymore. Jay was great and it was a very pleasant surprise. This is the type of place you tell family members to use.. very highly recommend!
