Worst experience I've encountered in my many years with dealerships.It started from the beginning with having to ask to see my Service Advisor waiting over half hour. I was having my a/c checked for blowing warm air and driver side window being slow to go up. I never get a call saying they need to keep the car another day. After leaving a message with the receptionist and 2 voicemails. I get ahold of the SA and he tells me they haven't been able to look at my car.The worst customer service and they act like they don't care. Spoke to Service manager and he totally dropped the ball on customer care too. I get there and the guy has to walk the lot to find my car.Don't go there....look for another place!

Trying to speak to someone in service is an absolute nightmare. You are put on hold for what seems like forever by the receptionist. When you finally get put through to service and speak to someone, they always have to call you back with pricing but they don t actually call you back. I ve dealt with 2 different advisors and neither returned calls after I left messages for them. Today when I called in and asked for the advisor I left a message for yesterday, I was told they are on vacation. I m blown away at the lack of professionalism from a business that makes money by providing services no one really wants to spend money on. I mean seriously, who looks forward to saving up $800 so you can have your timing belt replaced?! You would think, that they would try to make the process a bit easier on the customer. So disappointing.Also, I get it lots of places are short staffed and that is normally the token excuse to justify the poor experience. It is management s responsibility to step up and take calls to write service tickets, hire more people, check messages or whatever else is necessary to get through these times. You guys are charging $180 an hour for service, take some of that money and find a way to up your customer service game.

We were on a trip and hit some road debris, breaking a protective engine cover. Even though it was late on a Friday and the service department was not taking any more customers, Jason (pictured) fixed the problem so that we could continue on our way. Awesome service!! If you are in the area, ask for Jason. He will treat you right!

There s always an issue scheduling or waiting on getting my car back at this service center due to lack of communication on the staff. Ive used this location 3 times for my leased car 2/3 ive had issues with getting it serviced. Once I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and rotation with an appointment first thing in the morning- at most I would expect to wait a few hours , I didn t get my car back until after 3-4 in the afternoon and when I called to check on the status of my vehicle (around mid-day) they hadn t started on it. When I asked why they hadn t started as I dropped it off at my appointment time first thing , his response was they were behind for the day prior, but why not communicate that when I dropped it off and/ or after when you realized would take longer than expected? This time when I called to schedule the same service they failed to mention a recall on my vehical, which to this accosiates credit this am she did mention, however being that I have to make an appointment over a week out and I malready took time out of my day and gas to drive out of my way to get there? To find out I have to comeback another day for my service because you failed to mention it when scheduled and again today your behind? Unfair at best to the customer.Ive used other hyundai service centers for my car and never had these issues until I started using this one for convenience/proximity either I got find a different location, or i gotta trade in coz its ridiculous the amount of time and effort to get an oil change?

I've been going here for oil changes for a while. I even asked before if they would have a problem with my car since it's lowered and have custom splitters installed on it and they never had a problem until today. The rep said they couldn't do it and I have no idea why cause they've always did them. She also went from friendly to having an attitude quickly when I was trying to figure out why. She just turned her back and walked away. They lost me as a customer. I won't be coming back.
