A semi auto merged into my car after a bad accident on the highway and the lanes were condenses to just one. The long spikes of their front passenger tire dug into the driver side of my car as you can see. This company was in network with my insurance and I had to drop it off after hours. They contacted me next morning and maintained communication every other day through call and their email updates. Rachel is the one who I spoke to and she was very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave me the rundown. I didn't know what to expect after the repair - they did an absolute phenomenal job. The pictures can only speak for themselves. Their whole team are experts in the field and. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great at what they do.I took my truck there on a Monday and it was ready by the Friday. I was kept in the loop with the insurance and most of all, my time in the shop was at a maximum total time of 10-15 minutes.The insurance Geico set up the drop off time and all I did was sign the paperwork and within 5 minutes I was out the door, thanks to the nice lady at the front desk. When my car was finished, they called and gave me a pick up time, I got there and the service guy was prompt to show me everything that was done, within 10 minutes I was driving off with my truck looking like bran-spanking new.Ok here is what I did not like, one tiny itsy bitsy thing that struck the smallest ear bone in my body. When I am handed a piece of paper and told that a 10 review is important to the shop, I get a bit cautious. I bout a house (D. R. Horton) and was told the exact same thing and 10 years later I am realizing that everything that was used to build the house was off the cheapest quality and the workmanship was not of the best quality.Your shop however got the 10, because you deserve it.They have CLEAN Bathrooms that smelled good, I know its a new building because it looked great in and out.Thank you guys. You did an outstanding job!

Technician and quality manager lack attention to detail. After having my vehicle for 22 days they failed to paint a section that was documented in post crash pictures, glued the vehicle make on less than square, would not repair a sensor telling me that it could not break due to the result of a crash, and told me the scratches on my paint were due to air flow between the cab and bed. I regretfully had them paint a section that delaminated and ended up with many defects in the paint. Classic Collision paid for my rental car on the second time that they were fixing the paint but did not setup payment for the rental and put Enterprise in a tough spot with me standing in their office, late for work.

This was quoted as an 800.00 repair! The vehicle is less than 2 months old with 1600 miles on it so no paint fading has taken place. I understand trying to do quality work costs money, but you have got to be kidding!

Great company. I ve used other body shops in town who have been wonderful, but this one was able to get me in way more quickly and they did fantastic work. They handled the entire claim with zero drama. Thanks!

I am on my third time using this shop and each time it has been amazing. I get weekly text updates about the status of the repair and even with parts delays and issues I still knew exactly what was happening every step of the way with updates either by text or personal calls from the manager, Chris. The first two issues were major car wrecks that went through my insurance and the third was a small repair from someone trying to break into my car that they handled right away. The customer service is above and beyond and I would recommend their product time and time again. I have had no issues with any of the repairs. In fact car looks better coming out of the repairs than when it went in.Thanks to Chris and the entire team.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I stopped by for an estimate because I had use their services before and I knew what a great job they did.I was greeted nicely by the office staff when I arrived. I was promptly assisted and my information was taken for my quote. They were available to give me an estimate immediately because someone else was late for their appointment. Pat came out quickly and gave me an estimate; I actually already had the replacement part with me. I agreed to the estimate and he asked me to wait for just a moment while he walked to the shop and spoke with the manager Casey. Casey came right out and said it was a very simple fix and that he would do it himself right away so that I didn't need to come back.Once again I am impressed with the quality and service I received here. I would definitely recommend this shop. The quality is outstanding the price is fair and the service is above and beyond.Service: Body & Trim

Mitchco is the best collision repair shop in Melbourne FL by far. I've had my vehicles repaired by other shops in town and no body does it better than them; no one even comes close.. From the moment they greet you their professionalism stands out as a cut above the rest. They looked at my vehicle,, listen to my concerns as they wrote them down; they reassured me that everything was going to be alright and then provide me transportation home. They kept me informed with updates throughout the entire process. When they returned my vehicle to me it looked as though I was purchasing it for the first time and not picking up a repaired vehicle. Excellent work...truly Outstanding repair and restoration. Once you are out the door they don't act like your are not going to be seen anymore. Instead; they make you feel like family that just stopped by for a visit. To the whole Mitchco team I salute you for a job well done, well done indeed. You all are truly the best. This shop is a preferred repair shop for my insurance. I had my Escalade repaired here and the work was very disappointing. All the clips for the bumper are still broken, the broken sensor was never replaced, and they billed the insurance company for these new parts. I now opened a second claim and am having this fixed the proper way. I can only hope my insurance company will handle the fraud they committed. Total waste of my time taking my car there.

Our experience with Classic Collision Melbourne was beyond wonderful. The customer service is an example every auto repair company should strive to achieve. From the time we arrived until our repairs were complete, we were kept informed and treated in a positive , friendly, and courteous manner. We highly recommend Classic Collision. You will not be disappointed.

If you want to get better experience, please don t waste time on this shop, go Oliver or Macco, my insurance sent me there and came to the shop on appointment time spent 30 mins waiting on the guy to do the estimate for a scratch fender. I missed my work shift beacase their poor efficiency! Well, I got the estimate for my car insurance, but I will never come back for repairing my car in their shop. PS: Tina should focus on the professional customer service rather than talking dairy with customers

Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! My car was backed into while I was inside Target and whoever did it was rotten enough not to leave a note. I made a repair estimate appointment with Classic Collision in Melbourne and they were such a blessing! The team was kind, the repair was quick and easy, and I had a wonderful experience with this company! Highly recommend.

They work for the insurance company as opposed for the customer. Simple repair took almost a week with four (each a different day) phone calls telling me my vehicle would be ready the next day. Then they were more interested in collecting the deductible than taking me out to look over the repairs. No better than a shade tree mechanic!!Service: Body & Trim

BEWARE!!!If you think you re going getting the quality of service like Oliver s, then think again. On top of that these people do not look out for the client - they're more interested in doing what the insurance company wants. For instance, instead of replacing a damaged headlight, let's just buff it and see if the scratches go away. Yes - that's what they did and NO, the scratches didn't go away!! Then - the damage is only on one side of the bumper so let s just straighten the bumper and paint half of it!! I'm told all of this at 4:30 pm and they close at 5pm.I call first thing the next morning and tell Patrick Bresnahan that I'm not comfortable with what they are going to do, and I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. He said it's already taken apart and I need to speak to the insurance company. Basically, he's strong arming me. I hang up and start getting ready to go get my vehicle!!Then, the manager called me and told me heard what happened and he would make sure the entire bumper was painted. He made it sound like my truck would be ready in a day or two.Almost a week later...and three days of phone calls telling me it should be ready the next day - I finally told them I needed my truck before a 2pm appointment I had the next day - in Titusville (over 30 miles away). After three phone calls back and forth, I get a call at 1pm that day that the truck is ready.I get there and the woman up front tells me she needs to collect my deductible. Doesn't even have anyone take me out to look over my vehicle. I mention that to her and she said they are shorthanded!!So basically - Patrick tries to strong arm me. They kept my vehicle for almost a week, and they could care less if I'm happy with the work.Just something to think about if you decide to this is where you want your vehicle repaired.

Once again after a slight duel with a curb in stealth mode (I lost) made an appointment with Oliver s Auto Body Shop for an inspection of said injury with Larry for the estimated repair costs.He told me that if I had an hour and a half to wait, he was confident that I would be heading home and to a happy wife.A very happy day as my wife s car was out in front and looking great. She is a happy camper.I ve always received excellent service from the folks at Oliver s over the years. Awesome work and great people.Oliver's gave me an honest quote for the work and went beyond to make sure my car looked better than when it rolled off the showroom floor.Besides the great work the people at Oliver's are very friendly and kept me up to date during my 8 day wait for repairs to be done.I hope I never have to but I will definitely bring any body repair work to Oliver's.

So I ll start with the positive, they got the job done fast. Our accident was a year ago and I mentioned to them. Numerous times about how the alignment felt off. The guy test drove it and said it was fine and there was no issue it was still off but made me think that it was normal and nothing was wrong well almost a year later the alignment that was fine was way off and cost us two new tires, an alignment and balance. Also about 3 months after they fixed the damages out pump for the windshield fluid turned out to be broken. I thought it was just empty but nope! Such a rushed job and didn t take me seriously because I m a female (which is how it felt and because I m not a mechanic) I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. $900 in additional repairs because I wasn t being listened to.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This experience was from a fender bender, not our fault, we were so pleased with the communication and professionalism of Mitchco, they made everything so simple and easy to deal with. We highly recommend them! Speak with Tina, she is absolutely outstanding. She goes above and beyond to make her customers comfortable with the process and explains everything in detail. Should the need ever arise, I can guarantee we will use Mitchco again. We have been singing their praises far and wide. There aren't sufficient words to tell you what a fantastic job they did in both the labor department and in communication with their customers. I took my car in to get door fixed this morning,it would not close, hinge bent. Larry fixed it in just a few minutes. Top notch business and people. Everyone is very nice and I highly recommend them. Great job and thank you for not just fixing my door but for the terrific hospitality. Natalie

OUTSTANDING work! I had my 2012 Honda Civic towed there and it required extensive work due to an accident. The team there was extremely professional. I would also receive phone call updates on how the work was progressing on my car, which was very reassuring. The team there did great work and my car looks brand new. The car was even detailed when I arrived to pick it up. I will definitely bring my car there again if I ever need too. I highly recommend this shop!

Oliver's Auto Body did an outstanding job. The repair was amazing. The vehicle looks better than I ever expected. I am extremely pleased with the final result from Oliver's. The professionalism of the staff was top notch. They kept me informed, all along the process. They made every effort to make sure my wife and I were happy. Car accidents are never a fun process, but Oliver's made us feel good throughout the ordeal. It's really nice to work with companies with such good values and professionalism. I will refer this company to all of my family and friends.

Everyone at Mitchco presented as a professional, courteous, and time conscious business. They went above and beyond even helping me transfer my things from my vehicle to the rental. They helped to make sure I had everything I needed and were very friendly. I BORROWED A CAR FROM MY MOTHER IN LAW! I had to begin with that to explain the seriousness of this repair. I traveled from Georgia to help my parents. I own a dually, so to save gas in my travels, my mother in law offered her car, for me to borrow. SHE REPAIRS EVEN THE SLIGHTEST SCRATCH ON THIS CAR. A relative accidentally sideswiped the car with a boat trailer.I searched for a GOOD place to get the car repaired. As soon as I entered the business of Mitchco Collision Repair, I KNEW that I could trust them with my mother in laws car. Turns out, I made an EXCELLENT choice.The repair was perfect. It was just like new.My only regret is that I was in a great hurry to get things done for my parents, before leaving to return to Georgia. I would have expressed how perfect the repair was and how polished the entire car seemed to be. Did they wash and polish the car? The shine and perfect repair is going to help keep my relationship secure with my mother in law. I kept noticing the shine of the car as I was driving around Melbourne.I will always recommend this business to others when they need car body repair, ESPECIALLY when it is as REALLY important, as my situation was.

I went in to get a quote on a 1979 Chevy blazer complete paint job. I wanted interior and exterior painted if possible. When I arrived at Oliver's I was greeted by a lady working there and she promptly informed me one estimator was at lunch and the other was busy. She offered an appointment the following week if I didn't want to wait. Since the wait time was going to be 20 minutes, I decided to wait. After waiting the estimator (who saw me drive up) asked what I needed so I explained it. He asked the vehicle type, I told him. He immediately said "We are not interested in your business"! When I inquired why he told me "our paint jobs start at $5,000". When I said, I was willing to get the quote anyway, he continued to give me the impression I was not welcomed and was wasting his time. I assume since I came in dressed in shorts and a T-Shirt and had military stickers on my vehicle he must have assumed I couldn't afford their service.Well, their loss as I am actually restoring multiple vehicles (Blazer is first) and was looking for someone to do business with since I am new to Melbourne. My estimate for the work I wanted was around $10,000 and this is the best vehicle (body wise) so I will give my $50K worth of work to another local business.My recommendation: Don't waste your time waiting if you have an older vehicle, are doing restoration work or if you have a vehicle that needs a complete paint job, seems this business is not for that type customer. Also, you may want to dress like you have lots of money, so you are not judged when you walk in.I give them two stars since they were not rude, just not interested in my business.

Accidentally backed into something and dented my bumper and caused it to dent and pop out around the wheel well. I couldn't pop it back out myself so called Oliver's based on their reviews. They were awesome, took me right away and had me back out the door in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, super friendly staff and love that they are Veteran Owned and a USAA Stars repair facility. If I ever need anything (hopefully I won't!) they will be my choice - hands down.

They have worked on a couple of my vehicle's over the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional staff! Kevin Silver is one of the best collision specialist in Florida by far. Also, their prices were extremely competitive. They are very honest and trustworthy too!
