A friend recommended Christian Brothers automotive to me about three weeks ago. So I took my 2003 GMC Yukon to have the drivers side door motor replaced along with front/ rear brakes. All work was completed in one day and I m completely satisfied with the work performed. Christian Brothers is now my go to automotive repair shop.

I was on vacation in Florida when the transfer case in my 2500 suburban decided to eat itselfI guess it's kind of a common occurrence in that particular model of transfer case. I'm what they referred to Christian Brothers as part of the 25% crowd which is to say that 25% of their business is generated by people like me who are from out of town and on the road.I thank goodness I was lucky enough to find them when I needed repairs to my suburban.They were very courteous and made absolutely sure I was fully aware of what would happen, and how much it would cost for repairs.Intrude their word once the part was received, which had been delayed in shipping, I was back on the road again and bidding farewell to a truly professional group of people at Christian Brothers With a warranty that far exceeded my expectations. I found that they even have locations near me in my hometown in case I had concerns or any other needs develop later on.Thank you, Christian Brothers for doing an outstanding job at a fair price

Amazing experience! I know you all know how inconvenient sitting at the shop can be waiting for your car or even dropping it off, just to go back and pick it up.Worry no longer, Christian Brothers has you covered and they will come to you and service your vehicle. How amazing is that? Everything was complete at a good time and finished everything that i needed to get done. Right at my homeWill for sure continue with them moving forward

My service advisor was friendly, expedient, and explained the entire process in an easy to understand way. They also worked around my schedule, offered me a shuttle home, and took excellent photos of every issue that required attention, along with a short description of the problem & resolution. Their prices were reasonable for the level of service, also! I enjoyed sitting in their lobby during their morning rush - the technicians & service writers were laughing and joking over donuts and coffee, and were compassionate about customer situations. I ll be back for service when my vehicle requires it again.

This was my first time at Christian Brothers automotive. It was a breath of fresh air not having pesty salesman from other dealerships constantly trying to talk you into a new car while you wait for your maintenance. We are very impressed with the way they take clear photos of something of concern to bring it to our attention. You get a very good family atmosphere feeling amongst the employees. It won't be my last time there. I'm glad I found them.

Had a problem with our car (BMW X5) while visiting from Toronto. This shop is super amazing. They quickly assessed the problem and gave us a full report on our vehicle. Did the work very quickly and efficiently. They were very honest and didn t try to upsell us on work we didn t need. Everyone we dealt with there was fabulous. Wish I had a repair place like this near my home. Thanks so much!

This automotive company is hands and shoulders above all others in the Melbourne, FL area! They repaired and did maintenance on my vehicle and also helped me to understand other issues with my vehicle!They are kind and professional and are very much customer oriented and they want your business therefore want your return business!Honest, trustworthy people n company!

I bought my daughter s car in for a second opinion. Mike was a doll. He communicated with me about everything. He was honest and upfront. His work is professional. Great 1st time experience with Christian Brothers. Was having an issue with my AC. Was able to get in the schedule a few days later for their mobile service. Greg, the Service Technician contacted me when he was on his way. He was professional & kind. They kept me updated throughout the service via text which was very convenient. My AC currently is working well.

Had an unexpected flat tire. Luckily I was close to Christian Brothers. Slowly rolled in. They were so kind and helpful and replaced the tire with the spare because the tire was not fixable. They took care of us so quickly, we made it on time to our appointment that was in the local area. I will be using Christian Brothers again. They are fare in price too!

I have a 12 year GMC car that has been very grumpy and wanting a lot of attention this past year I ve had it in and out of Christian Brothers 6 times for various issues and I ve had a great experience each time! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they ve expediently fixed each issue (correctly the first time!) and since they have a GM certified tech I never worry that something will crop up that they can t fix safely (they ve even had to rebuild parts of my engine which another local shop said they were not equipped to do prior to me bringing my car to CB). The shuttle adds a lot ofConvenience and I really like their online analytics and quote system because they show you pictures and a great description of the problems the techs encountered and you, as a customer, can easily choose which ones they should fix at that appointment and which ones you ll defer if possible. It s a great system. Overall, I can t recommend this company enough! I truly appreciate their dedicated knowledge and superior service.

I brought my car in needing new brakes, James was there, took excellent care of my needs. He showed me how bad the situation was. You did an excellent job, I am still baffled over the price. I just didn t say anything. Also, I had mentioned having my oil changed. Mike had it done yesterday free since I had already spent so much money. My boyfriend in Knoxville asked me how much it was? I told him. He said he just had his replaced on his SUV and it was $450. Thank you!!

One of the best experiences I've had with an auto repair facility!! Extremely professional and courteous!! They found the issue I was having and took the time to walk me through all of the details behind the repair. Tyler went above and beyond to insure complete satisfaction. This was my first time at Christian Brothers and all I can say was the experience was top notch. They provided a full blown inspection of my vehicle identifying everything that needed to be fixed with pictures and an estimate.James was great at explaining everything and the customer service is 2nd to none!UpdateI've been back a couple times since my first review and highly recommend Christian Brothers for all your car care needs. Tyler was very helpful, and as always great customer service!

Super knowledgeable and helpful establishment. They're not trying to nickel and dime you. They're not trying to do work that doesn't need to be done. They are honest. They obviously need to get paid for their work but they do very good work and they only do the work that's needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend

April 10, 2024.Christian Brothers Automotive [CBA] services are the best I've experienced. My hubby of 33 years died March 1st; tried finding the auto place my hubby had utilized...couldn't locate it. Son, Gary, recommended CBA when a dealership was way overpriced, in my opinion, and I am very happy W/CBA. Have recommended CBA to friends who have inquired; highly recommend CBA...for any auto issues. Staff is efficient, knowledgeable and reliable.

Christian Brothers automotive in Viera provides superior customer service and technical expertise. They charged me for exactly the estimate amount that I approved before hand. After some tedious computer system troubleshooting on THEIR part and frustration on MY part, the issue was solved. They allowed me access to my vehicle while troubleshooting since I didn't have an alternate vehicle. They charged me only the agreed additional troubleshooting charge after spending many more hours than expected. Again they provided the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them. You can just look at the number of vehicles they have to work on.

My car would not start and I was stuck, I called Christian brothers to see if they could help me. They gave me a name of a reliable, reasonable towing company, and told me that I could have it towed to their shop, and they would look at it that same day. The towing company was able to get the car started and I drove it straight to Christian Brothers. They were able to evaluate, diagnose and fix the issue within a few hours. I was able to get my car back the same day. Tyler was awesome in keeping me informed about everything. I have always liked Christian brothers but now I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Very proffesional They are efficient. The waiting room is wonderful, the only thing I was unhappy with was the $160 charge for diagnostic. I did go there thinking that I needed a timing belt but on the way my car was acting up. I felt that the $160 charge could have gone towards the repair. I would have made me a lot more happy. But other than that I appreciated the call the next day.To follow-up. It was my understanding. They offer a complimentary inspection and indeed they gave me a digital report on everything that was wrong with my car including pictures. But I still feel the 160 could have gone towards the repair But I definitely will use them again. Hopefully not being charged another $160 for diagnostics for I feel that when you bring your car in that should be part of it. Part of the repair process you know to check it out and see what's wrong with it and then fix it anyway. I would recommend them anytime.You can get a 15% discount if you are a Costco member!

I really didn t know who to take my car when it wasn t starting in my area but a co worker highly recommended Christian Brothers Automotive. They fixed my issues going on with my car. Also, inspected the whole car and not just found the issue that was causing it not to start. Then they sent pictures of everything that needed to be done right away and down the road issues too. I really trusted them and will now on take my car back to them for an oil change and anything else that goes wrong in the future. Great place! Good honest mechanics! Tyler was so helpful explaining everything that needed to be done before any major issues happened. Tyler was patient with all my questions too! Very professional place! I have used Christian Brothers twice and was highly satisfied both times. They explained everything and went out of their way to get my old car tended to. They had some recommendations for things that would need to be done in the near future but never pressured me or even suggested that I use them for the maintenance. They gave me all the information from their inspection and then let me decide to have the work done. They were courteous and professional. They also have a courtesy driver if you need a ride while your car is being worked on.

Second time I've utilized Christian brothers services for front end alignments, once for a Lincoln MKX the next for a Porsche Cayman.Both times they impressed me with their professionalism and the way they communicate with the customers.Great place to go, clean and organized!Highly Recommend.

Honest, fair , and fast service. Same day to fix my axel ( low end of price range around $400) with detailed and pictured report sent to phone of inspection. Easy decision to accept or decline what services you d like done .Every staff member was super polite! Thanks Mike and team!!!

When I first called Christian Brothers, I knew I was at the right shop. Their telephone mannerisms are outstanding. I had what I thought was a bad rear wheel bearing. I stopped by and they immediately had one of their mechanics take a ride with me to confirm. They gave me a quote which I felt quite reasonable. They did state that when they got into the job, they'd be able to definitively determine the cause. From my experience with dealerships, this means the price will probably be double as they'd find a lot of other things. Not so at Christian Brothers. They are ethical and will do only what is necessary. The quality of the repair was also done professionally. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for your automotive needs.
