A solid place for automotive repairs. I had the good fortune to visit this automotive repair facility and it blew my mind. I was greeted by the best - most friendly staff at the front counter. My automotive needs were explained to me in the most easy to understand terms. I never felt that they were trying to deceive me. As a matter of fact they had some new software that showed me pictures of my issues and made my experience even more enjoyable. They have a Rockstar mechanic named Steve that didn't talk down to me and explained the whole process. I was happy I visited this location because of the people that work there and the competence they exude. I would trust this location enough to send my wife or daughters in by themselves to have repairs made. Honestly, between Jeremy (the store manager) and Jen (the assistant manager) I have found a new home for my vehicle. It was an awesome experience and wish them both success. There's something magical about this place and I am thankful I found them. So thank you for everything guys! It was spectacular.

Everyone at this garage is very friendly and personable. They listen to you and they are fair with the pricing and were quick to get my car back on the road. As a woman, I did not feel intimidated , but felt comfortable knowing I was being taken care of.I have had my car serviced by them before and I will use them again. Cassels takes care of their customers.

You won't go wrong! My car started stalling on me. Just moved back from being gone a few years. Hector from Auto Zone checked my computer and there was multiple issues. Being a single female I had no clue who to use. Hector steered me too Cassels Auto repair. I went in to a very kind and knowledgeable young man named Jeremy. He took my car in right away and gave me a ride home due to the lenght of time it would take to diagnose and repair. . I had my car back and repaired in the same day. The pricing was fair and cannot thank them enough. Very honest company and have now found my Auto care center. Thank you Cassels.

Great service, friendly people, and competitive prices. I really like the report they text you with all of the details of the inspection, including pictures for any issues or recommendations. I was also shocked that their tire prices were cheaper than any other place I looked. Will definitely keep them as my regular service place.

I have to say that I was severely disappointed with my last experience. I had them install new shocks, struts, tires, and do an alignment. First of all, the work was shoddy. The left rear shock was most likely misinstalled because it had a very bad rattle on any uneven pavement, and the alignment was off, causing a wandering much like driving in a strong wind (bad toe). . I was offended when they said it was correct when I picked it up, but it was noticeable immediately. If the alignment was correct, something was done to knock it out before I got it. But most disturbing was that they charged $145/hr for a half hour to evaluate the vehicle when I brought it in. I was never informed of this charge and only discovered it upon reviewing the bill after I was back home. I can understand such a charge if I had chosen to do the work myself or take it elsewhere after the evaluation but this was a $3300 bill! They refused to consider crediting the charge back to me. They said that the technician had to be paid. I pointed out that my time is valuable also, and returning the car to correct shoddy work took two hours of my time, and transportation cost. And I should also mention that my spare was almost flat after the service. How can a vehicle safety inspection not include a spare tire pressure check? I do not recommend Cassels.

*OUTSTANDING* My experience with Cassel's Garage was easily the most enjoyable and trust-inspiring experience I've EVER had with an auto repair shop. The facility is clean and well-run, they have efficient processes, and their technicians are top-notch. I brought my 2015 Lincoln MKS in for a bumper-to-bumper assessment; they did the work quickly but competently, even taking pictures of the parts needing recommended replacement (rear brake rotors/pads) and provided honest advice about holding off on replacing other parts (shocks); the pictures were part of the electronic invoice they provided me so I could SEE the wear firsthand. I am sold -- Cassel's will be getting my business from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - 5 STARS!

My car is almost 16 years old and has 120,000 miles on it. I've been told Honda Elements can make it to 300k if they're taken care of. I have been searching for a shop that I can trust and is convenient. I must have read 50 reviews on Cassels, and was thoroughly impressed. It also helps that it's literally one block away from where I work. All I needed today was an oil change and a basic "make sure everything else looks good". Communication was fabulous, and I am so happy to know that help is so close by. Friendliness and interest in your customer goes a long way!

Bought a truck from a local dealership that ended up needing head gaskets among other things Cassels crew knocked it out for us and got us back to enjoying the vehicle we bought. I couldn t recommend these guys enough. A big thank you from our family.

Had AC problems in my Honda and my dad referred me to them got on the phone and they were very straight forward with me what all the possible costs could be cause I wasn t certain what was wrong with my AC and got me in and fixed up next day after calling them; and after that they even beat Walmarts price for tire install by 20 bucks and got me new tires next day. Couldn t recommend them more great service honest pricing and solid work.

I came here in October to get all of my brakes replaced. Two weeks ago I started having issues with my car making noises and screeching sounds. I took my car to a different mechanic and had to get both of my rear brakes replaced because Cassel s did a poor job. There should be no reason I have to get my brakes replaced twice in 4 months. I went to Cassel s in October because there were a lot of positive reviews, however that was not my experience at all.

Don't come here unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of. I came here back in October for a simple repair and had a good experience so I came back. Came in here due to a squealing noise coming from my car and they gave me a $1600 estimated cost of engine mounts and new serpentine belt. The reasons for these repairs were vague. I got a fishy feeling so I went to another mechanic and turns out all I needed was new brake pads. They also took a look at the belt that Cassels told me was "worn", showed me it and said it was in great condition for another 40,000 miles. Don't come here if you're a woman or not very knowledgable about cars.

Had the brake rotors and pads replaced on my 2019 Stinger. The stock brakes performed well but I was looking to upgrade when it was time to replace. After much research, I ordered a complete set online. Cassels was a approved installer listed on the website. This was my first time going to their shop.Everything was simple and the experience perfect. The shop is pristine and the employees very friendly. Dropped my car off first thing and it was ready in earlier than promised. Pick up was easy and the brake install was perfect.Based on my this first experience , I ve taken another car in for service and my son has taken his older Explorer. Each time, Cassels has been great. Quality repair, never feeling pressured for unnecessary repairs, reasonable prices.

I try to do most of the work on my vehicles as I can because of all the bad experiences I have had or heard of from friends and family. I have a hard time trusting anyone with my vehicles, but a year or two ago we took my wife's Prius to Cassel's because the repair required was a little outside my comfort zone for a youtube DIY, and it was a great experience. The price was fair and turn around time was efficient. We had such a good experience that I recently took my 4runner there for some work and was happy with the customer service and work the mechanics did. I have also referred family and friends there and they have all had great experiences. If you are researching through dozens of shops in the area trying to find a trustworthy shop with integrity and fair prices, this is the spot. Big thanks to Cassels for providing trust where it is often lost.

I brought my ford focus here after breaking down on the highway. As a mechanic myself I can say this is the most honest mechanic I've ever been to in my life. Not only was my experience here above and beyond but the building itself is amazingly well maintained clean and well thought out. And the staff is all super friendly and easy to talk too as well. This place was the saving grace to a bad day. Thanks everyone at cassels!

UPDATE: The garage has changed hands but kept the name I have had 2 problems with the new team. I had a nail in my tire and they "fixed" it though it wasn't really fixed. My tires had seen better days so I went ahead and got new tires at Sam's. Then my husband had an appointment the other morning for an oil change and some filters changed. They said it would take an hour and a half, 3 hours later, my husband called, they didn't know who he was or where the car was. Finally around closing time, someone called and said the car was ready, we said we'd pick it up in the morning. I dropped him off in the morning and the car was still in the bay with the hood up. We're done with them, I miss the old team.I've used Cassels Garage for 30 years, very professional, honest and they guarantee their work.Service: Oil change

Had my car towed here by AAA, because they recommended this place. The level of professionalism and service was amazing. No hidden charges after original quote, even though they found another small issue. They corrected that issue with No extra cost and had my car completed in just a few hours. No excessive labor cost, And they have better rates than most other garages! This is the place to go in Melbourne!!! THANK YOU!Service: Air conditioning

Cassel's was very quick and thorough with conducting needed repairs to my car. They took my car in, quickly analyzed the issue and promptly contacted me with the recommended repairs. They changed both sets of brake pads and rotors and had my car ready to go in just 2.5 hours. Very good service and highly recommended.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I've lived in Melbourne for 79 yrs., my dad owned a gas station back in the 50s on US-1, it was spotless, if someone's car leaked oil near the gas pumps dad would clean it up right away. So I really appreciate the way Cassels is kept. When I get my vehicles back from Cassels I sometimes wonder if anything has been done because there are no greasy finger prints evident! Just had my Roadtrek Class B motorhome there for new sparkplugs, AC work and other service work. Now this vehicle is on a van chassis and it's a real pain to get at the sparkplugs and things in the cab have to be removed to get at the engine...I know a mechanic named Joe did the work and kudos to him! I went to Cassels Garage before the new year due to an unfinished job the month prior by another company. Was appreciative that I was able to get my car into the shop and it was pretty quick (4-5 Hours)The only thing I will say is the mechanic was not the best with customer service. On the phone the man had an attitude when asked to explain the issue with my vehicle. Went to pick it up from the shop and was extremely taken aback how the only thing done was putting a seal on a hose line and some minor work to close off a leak. The part was almost $4 and I was handed a almost $200 bill. Yes the job was done, and yes I'm glad my vehicle was able to be worked on before the new year, I understand we all have to make money out here but you'd think there'd be a reason to stick with someone because of their great work and customer service and prices! I think I'll stick with my regular mechanic to not break the bank or learn myself.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Cassells is hands down the best garage in Melbourne, Fl. I have been a customer for decades, and not once taken my car in a Second time. When it is fixed it is fixed! Howard has looked after my vehicles, and being a widow, I feel like he is taking care of me personally, and looking after me. Lou and I always have the best conversations. He takes care of me as well. I always highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

I scheduled my car routine maintenance and this was my first visit to this business. First impressions was great, very professional and I have never seen a car repair shop so clean and organized. They are my new auto shop for both my vehicles. They did not try to sell me work I didn t need. I have heard they were an honest repair shop from previous customers, that s a hard find these days. I cannot explain how grateful I am to have chosen Cassels for the ongoing issues with my car. Not only did they thoroughly diagnosed the issue at that time, they have spent several hours cleaning up the mess from another local mechanic! They have gone above and beyond each time I have had my car with them. I was extremely impressed by their communication, and efforts to help me understand what was going on so that we were on the same page. It s a very rare thing to discover a shop that is honest, transparent, and thorough! I trust them completely with my car, and will go nowhere else from now on!
