Such a poor experience. Setting up an appointment for a gps install was impossible. The scheduler told me to "do it myself online". I tried explaining that I needed to buy the chip first at the dealership but was cut short. Then I was transferred to several people but no one picked up the phone or returned the call. I was given the runaround for a basic service item. Had to reach out to Mazda USA. They agreed this was a horrible experience and negatively affected their brandname. Even if the part can be installed "easily", the Service staff should have at least taken my call especially if they're pocketing $449 for that item. It's not for the "scheduler" to answer tech questions and make decisions on what customers ought to do/buy, etc.

I'm at odds with this dealership.I was put in a 2019 mazda cx9 to be told I had to return it to be put in a 2018 honda tuscan,the engine light came on the day after I bought it.However the Boniface Mazda service advisors did an excellent job setting me up with the appointment at the Hondaii dealership.Its just becoming an annoyance now. Hopefully everything will work out

I bought my Mazda from here and have never regretted it! Their service department is the best period! Leigh, Trae, Cassie and all the service personnel are total pros at what they do. I d never take my car anywhere else!

I've been taking my cars to Boniface hiers Mazda over the past years . And they always have exceeded my expectations when buying or servicing my vehicles, I will continue to take my cars there . Excellent. dealer.

Wesley in service is wonderful. However, If you want to buy a car at Boniface, expect abysmal customer service. Set the bar below lowest setting/your expectations at horrible or you will be disappointed.
