When I walked into the dealership I knew what I wanted but I didn t know where to start. My hesitation was met with the kindest smile I ve ever seen, JP. Through careful thought and consideration, JP had found me a car I actually was willing to test drive. Throughly explaining the specs of the vehicle and helping me understand the economical advantages of going with this car, I looked back at my family and knew this was my car. From that moment forward I was continually met with professionalism, authenticity, reassurance and a healthy amount of laughter from JP. This was not a transaction, this was a new partnership with him, Kia, and my forever car.Thank you to the entire Kia team for making my car buying experience as enjoyable and painless as possible.I would highly recommend JP if you re in the market. The man is a true definition of what business acumen should be!

Upon arrival at Boniface Hiers Kia our first impression was that of a very neat, clean, organized dealership with a good inventory of vehicles. The vehicles are staged in an organized fashion for the sales staff to easily accommodate your search criteria. The interior of the dealership was very clean and modern.We received excellent sales assistance from Tristan which was so refreshing. He was polite, warm, accommodating, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable about the KIA brand of vehicles. After listening to my husband s cash out the door budget and my must haves/wants, he assisted us in finding the perfect vehicle. He was not overbearing or showing us Tellurides with extra features that couldn t have been negotiated into our budget. Thus, causing disappointment for myself. He collaborated with us to achieve the sale.If you are looking for a vehicle and are like myself that you walk off a dealer s lot due to overbearing, pushy sales folks; then I highly recommend Boniface Hiers Kia and ask for Tristan - he will make a stressful life decision just a tad bit less stressful.

164 point inspection that guarantees nothing and one month after purchase this dealership has no honor in their customer service.I'm very disappointed that after assuring me that their 164 point inspection passed, I'm having a very costly issue with the vehicle and a big "F off" from their sales team.I am a single mom who recently lost my only means of transportation. I make very little money and knew I would need to take a loan out in order to afford a reliable vehicle for myself and my two small children.After walking on the lot and making a very reasonable offer on a car that had just been put on the lot, the sales team negotiated me up on the price of this 2019 Kia Soul. It had not been through their 164 point inspection, but they guaranteed that anything that needed to be fixed would be before I picked the car up the next day. ***In fact they would not sell the vehicle until they performed the inspection.***One month later, the vehicle check engine light came on and I was losing a ton of oil. I had a mechanic look at it and he said it had poor oil consumption. I took it back to Boniface Hiers and brought it to their attention that the engine was consuming oil like crazy, and only one month into my purchase I needed them to look into it.They initiated a consumption test, but one week later my check engine light came on again.The salesman Brian who sold the vehicle to me was unwilling to do anything to accommodate my situation and counted it my loss. I am now thousands of dollars in debt for a vehicle that is unreliable .***Do not purchase from this dealer. You're better off finding a dealership that values their customers and isn't willing to sell a lemon.

I had a very good experience at Boniface Hiers purchasing a 2024 Kia Telluride. My salesman Tristan was fantastic! He s very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the technology on it. The entire buying experience was non-stressful. I highly recommend this dealership and especially salesman Tristan!

Hedi was EXTREMELY kind when I can in with my family to purchase my very first car. He gave great advice on everything we needed to know and more.His partner Jay came in and helped seal the deal leading me to sign for my first car. He was so sweet and kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy at the end of the day with purchase. He got to know me on a personal level to be able to match a not only a great car for me but also a great match financially.These two gentlemen worked with my family and I for hours, taking their time, while providing a great customer experience.Definitely will be back!!

I had a great experience yesterday buying my truck from Boniface Hiers. Tristan was great in helping me find the truck I wanted. He is very personable and easy going. I never felt like I was being pressured into something I didn't want. Tristan was also super helpful in showing me the features in my new truck, especially since I was buying a Ford from a Kia place. Sabi was also great and friendly when it came time to signing all the paperwork and getting everything squared away with my bank. Thank you! I love my new truck!

Hedi Dion & Daniel were fantastic! Daniel greeted me upon arrival set me up with Hedi & Dion. Dion met me and began to introduce the vehicle and Hedi came out to go through everything thoroughly. During my test drive with Dion he was so helpful showing me the different safety features. Hedi helped me to set everything up in Kia Access and showed me how to navigate everything in my phone and in the car. I had an extremely pleasant experience! I will recommend Boniface Heirs Kia to everyone I know looking to buy a new car!

Jean Paul did a great job of showing us the 2024 Kia Soul and explaining everything about the vehicle and cost. I really appreciate his honest feedback and his patience. He and the rest of the crew made us feel like family. I also like how clean the dealership was and the friendly atmosphere. I was offered refreshments and I appreciate his attentiveness. Thanks JeanPaul for making this experience wonderful. This is my second time dealing with this sale associate and I love his positive attitude and enthusiasm and I purchased 2 vehicles from the same dealership because of him. I would definitely request him and this dealership for my 3rd vehicle

Wow, where do I even start! Came to Boniface Hiers Kia to check out the new 2024 Sorento and was promptly met by Hedi. Instantly he made me feel at ease with his friendly and knowledgeable presence.Hedi got me set for a test drive and before we took off, he walked me through all of the Sorento s features and was able to speak first hand on the reliability and luxuries of the vehicle since he and his wife own a 2023 version.After the test drive, I told Hedi that I was in the preliminary search for a new vehicle therefore I wasn t looking to get into the thick of details and numbers today. Hedi respected that, didn t push to try and gain my business but instead, let me know that when I was ready, he d be there to help. As a Customer, especially as a woman I really respected that he listened to my wants and needs and didn t try to push back in any way.I do have to say the 2024 Sorento drives amazing and I ll be getting all my ducks in a row to own one! And when I do purchase, I ll be purchasing through Hedi at Boniface!!

I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car as I did at Boniface Heirs Kia. Our salesman, Angelo, hit it out of the park! Although the dealership was quite busy, he made my husband and me feel that we were the only ones there! Not once did he pressure us, and he walked us through the process with ease. We were trying to decide between two cars, and he gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. The dealership itself, and every single person working there were beyond nice. The dealership also has an awesome supply of cars to choose from! This is the only dealership we will deal with in the future if we decide to purchase another Kia. I highly recommend Angelo and Boniface Heirs Kia!

In my 59 years on this planet this was the most outstanding vehicle purchasing experience. I have been looking for almost one year for a vehicle to replace the 99 f350 7.3 diesel I have been using for my business the last 11 years. I love the 350 and plan to keep it but I wanted to restore to great condition. After talking and visiting many vehicle sources, while searching the carfax website, I discovered the truck I ended up purchasing from your dealership.My first contact was with Gabby when she responded to my inquiry. Very nice and was very thorough with her note taking regarding our interaction on my vehicle needs (I could hear her pounding away on her computer keys). I really liked the diligence and thoroughness of our conversation. I did not need to repeat myself with each dealership representative as I did with every other previous dealership because the information was complete and passed on accurately. It was nice to be listened too.Davis was my contact at Boniface Hiers. Very pleasant and professional to work with. He asked questions and listened earnestly. He was able to get a read on my personality and did not push too hard for the sale. That was a huge plus for me. I also spoke with Daniel the sales manager and he was friendly and efficient during our phone conversation. It was impressive the amount of information he was able to communicate during the phone conversation. I was on one of my jobs when he phoned, so I appreciated the respect for my time.The interaction with these three folks in addition to the lifetime powertrain warrantee and hitting my price point sealed the deal. Of course, the truck itself had something to do with it.During the sale was a great an experience as possible. Davis was respectful and efficient. Nubia was informative regarding the vehicle protection. Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage since I was bound by my financial parameters. Even the dreaded finance pro Scott Cersosimo was an actual human being. He was a pro and funny as hell.To answer on how to improve, I have nothing. I will tell you that no vehicle purchase has ever been memorable in a good way until now. This the absolute best purchase from the most awesome team ever. I will not forget these folks and will be recommending Boniface Hiers to anyone that needs a vehicle.

Ricardo was the best car salesman I've ever worked with, hands down. And Sofia was an absolute banger in the service department. My wife and I thought she was the manager back there, but ends up she just has big boss energy.My car had just blown up and I was looking for something used but had no specific vehicle in mind. Ricardo took the time to show me a handful of vehicles and we eventually found one I was interested in.He was patient while I researched the values online, was super chill while going down the list of expenses, and acted like a normal human being during the entire process.Buying a used car sucks. No one trusts the salesman because their job is to get as much money as they can, but that doesn't mean it has to be a fight. I highly recommend Ricardo if you visit this dealership, but don't be a jerk. You can negotiate hard and even walk away if it's not for you, but you can do all that while being a friendly, respectful person. We were joking the whole time about life, family, whatever, and none of that got in the way of negotiating real numbers.The best deals are when everyone feels like a winner. I found a car short notice that met my needs within my price range, and Ricardo clenched a sale. Win win. Couldn't be happier.Eventually I want to buy my wife a new jeep and we asked Ricardo if he could be our salesman at the other Boniface Hiers location, and he said he would totally meet us up there when the time comes. Heck yeah! Find someone you trust and never let em go.Lastly, I actually got the car before they had finished the final inspection. They let me take the car and come back (after paying of course), and Sofia was the one who handled my inspection and servicing. Let me tell you, girl was intimidating in the best way. She was multitasking and stapling paperwork, handing out keys, writing notes, all while listening to what I needed with my new car. She seemed so laser focused on our conversation, but never slowed down her other tasks.The inspection ran longer than I was expecting, so Sofia ran out, got my keys back, and said they needed parts anyway so they would finish when they came in. She text me a few days later to schedule a drop-off, and when I picked up the vehicle it had over $3k worth of parts and labor on the invoice, all free! I get a dealership doing these things prior to a sale, but I had already bought the car. They didn't have to do all that!New brakes, filters, fluids, on and on. Sofia was super flexible to accommodate my schedule, and the service department really showed the integrity of this dealership.

If shopping for a car, be sure to check out Boniface Hiers Kia! Top Notch service!!! I started through the internet and had the pleasure to be assisted by Chaselin. She was very informative, incredibly helpful as I was trying to determine which model would work best for me. She sent me pictures and when I narrowed it down to a few vehicles, I went in for a test drive. What a beautiful and sparkling clean showroom! My salesperson was John Benson! He was FABULOUS to work with. So genuine and kind. He answered ALL my questions, and I had a lot!! Once I chose the model I wanted , he showed me all my color options etc. They didn't have the color I wanted but he took the time to find it elsewhere and made it happen!! He didn't try to talk me into settling for a color that wasn't my first choice. John explained all the features so I could understand and was always happy to explain when I had another question! I felt welcome the minute I walked in the building that my satisfaction was the priority of everyone that assisted me. Scott in finance was awesome and super easy to work with. No high pressure and enjoyable to work with. There was a very sweet lady who explained the clear coat option to us. She was so kind and had such a pretty smile. I wish I could remember her name. I feel bad that I can't. Sharon with customer experience was also a pleasure to speak with on a few occasions. Everyone truly cares and I didn't feel like just another "sale". Thank you to everyone at Kia in West Melbourne for making the process smooth and easy! I absolutely LOVE my gorgeous 2024 Glacier White Kia Sportage EX!

He was able to help my mother who only speaks spanish and made sure everything was accounted for also was very informative throughout the process. Got the deal I wanted when I walked in. Not without a lot of negotiating. But, we got the deal done!UPDATE: Come to find out the deal was NOT in fact done. It has been nothing but headaches since we walked out the door. My trade-in which was a lease, still has not been paid off over a month later. Even though I was assured there would be no issues and the vehicle was sold to another party already. Here I am getting calls wondering where my payment is. I have called KIA several times, constantly being sent to voicemail until I threaten to come down there all of a sudden someone is available to speak to me. I get to then speak to a "Finance Manager" who says "I'll look in to the issue, if there even is one" as if I'm just making up the fact that my lease holder is calling me wondering why my payment is late. All this to find out that they thought my wife and I were only trading in one vehicle. There is no where that makes sense seeing as we both got new vehicles and left them with two vehicles. They are just like every other car dealership they will say anything to get the deal done. I will not be going back to this establishment as long as it is under this management!

Brought my 2023 Kia Carnival here for the first time after importing it from Canada. I dealt with Victor who made the entire process smooth and welcoming. The car buying experience is not one I look forward to, but Darren listened to us and was very considerate of our time. He showed us vehicles with our requirements which made the process more streamlined. He even turned on the seat warmer for me because I mentioned that I used it regularly. Darren also fought for us to get more for our trade. Daniel, one of the managers, was also instrumental in getting us the best deal possible. We would totally recommend Darren and Kia of Melbourne to our friends and family members shopping for a new vehicle.
