Very good service even though my appointment was next week Rafael Martinez got me in today and he worked very hard to get my warranty and he got it and I am very impressed with his and attitude getting the job done.

I bought a used car, trusting what the salesman told me about the integrity of Boniface Hiers. I drove out of the dealership and experienced trouble with the transmission. I notified the salesman immediately. I returned the car for the repairs and was given a loner car for a week. No charge to me for the repairs. That was all satisfactory. But placed a cloud on the thought of what else could be wrong with this car that was supposed to be a car I could trust to be in good condition based on what the salesman told me.

Boniface- Hiers went above and beyond in helping us buy a car when we thought we had no chance. Everybody person we dealt with was knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to help us go home in a new vehicle. Pedro our salesman could not have done anything more to be helpful, or make the situation less stressful. We appreciate everything that was done for us and we will definitely be returning as customers in the future.

I have been taking my car there ever since I purchased it when it was Rosner Chevrolet. My service advisor has always been helpful in consulting with me on what is wrong with my vehicle other than what I took it in to have repaired.

Had a rattle in from exhaust told me bracket broke would be $3000 to replace exhaust.Went to muffler shop had welded for $20.Just ridiculous spent over $100,000 on camaro ss & silverado and thats what you get.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Horrible they had my car 2 days and when I finally called to find out what the status of it was they told me that they hadn't even gotten to my car yet that I could either come pick it up and bring it another time or leave it over the weekend and see if they could get to it Monday of course I picked it up they didn't seem to care that I didn't have my vehicle for 2 days and didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me knowService: Auto engine diagnostic

The cashier seemed real spaced out and did not understand how to redeem a voucher when I gave her the number instead she told me to stand aside and and took everyone else first.when I spoke to a manager he said he understood and she was busy.
