These people are awesome. They didn't rush me into a vehicle and even went the extra mile to ensure I waited for something suitable for my family and I. They even went the extra mile when they didn't have to. I would def buy from them again.. I had a minor issue and they didn't hesitate to fix it. They honestly made my experience easy and smooth and definitely will go back.

I live in California but located a vehicle I was interested in from this dealership. I am impressed by how honest and forthright the representative I communicated with was and how he patiently answered all questions I had concerning the automobile. I highly recommend this dealership.

Do not ever buy a car from this dealer. My Daughter bought a car and only had a month now has to pay $3500.00 to get it fixed. They give you a 90 day warranty that is not even as good as the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this place bad business

Do not go there. The vehicle is not good if you want some good vehicle. Keep driving and past the dealership. the 1st day, the car breakdown. The guy named JJ. He gonna lie to your face My car's still in the shop right now. Please do a test drive before you sign the list

Ridiculously horrible experience, everyone down to the owner is a thief and will rob you of your down payment and then the finance company backed out of the deal so they repossessed the car with my sons Xmas presents in it, and kept the 2000 deposit. I ve been told never buy a car in Melbourne and now I know why. Scam

If I could give -100 stars I would scammed me out of everything I had plus I have a 7year old child I am now carless bc of this place . Traded a car worth 2,000 for a car on there lot had the car a week but in the time of that week we knew something was off well low and behold the motor was blown get out of that deal got put in another car on there lot and had to pay $300 for that just to have it a day and find out the motor was blown on that car also then wanted more money down to get me into another car guy they were going to make it right ended up getting a car on trade in was told that it was fine blah blah blah next thing you know get told there's something going on but they could fix it at a later date it wasn't a big deal ended up being the transmission on the car decided not to take it then they refuse to give me my money back for the car that I only had less than 48 hours and I have been stuck without a car for the last 8 months now because this place robbed me of all my damn money that I had between my trade-in and the money put down on the second vehicle that I have not been able to get into another vehicle due to me not working because of their screw up! I would never recommend it's another family automart they ain't no better then all the scummy used car dealers in Melbourne on Aurora road

I would 100% not deal with these people. False advertisement salesman said I ll get right back to you 45 minutes. Three hours later. Nothing I call and they tell me to stop calling they will not sell me a car. Very rude woman on the phone. Stay far away.

I bought a Honda CRV from them about a month ago and they were very helpful on answering all my questions. I'm glad I have A reliable vehicle for my daughter and I.I definitely will buy from them again in the future.

Let me start by saying I would absolutely recommend Big Daddy's auto sales. Extremely kind and helpful staff. We had one small hiccup along the sales process but not only did they make it right they went above and beyond to satisfy me. Go see JJ and tell him I sent you!

They are the greatest use car lot in Melbourne they try to help everybody and make the cars right you need a great car go she them they will treat you right and do the best they car do for you jj and Dan are the one I have deal with they are so good the rest of the team is good to do go see them for a great car thank you to everyone one at big daddy auto sale you are amazing

This place is AMAZING! I have been without a vehicle for a little over 2 months now having to rent rentals due to my previous vehicle breaking down on me after 3 years & I was searching for a good dealership in town to buy another vehicle from & as soon as I called big Daddys auto I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Bob he helped me with every question or concerns I had. & he made me feel very comfortable with the whole situation he went above and beyond to get me into a decent car that I wanted for me and my children. Very honest very upfront & if I had any problems he would take care of it. Great hospitality & wonderful service. Thankyou for everything!!

Looking for a truck to haul a trailer. Was not approached at all by a salesman. He stood at the railing staring at us as we looked. Then when I asked him for a price he said, and I quote,"I can't do that, the price is different for everybody". I said well yes, the percentage rate on financing will differ, but it is still the same base price. He said no that's not how it works. This is a scam for people of lower income! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN or any other that won't give you a base price up front.

Bobby is amazing!!! I went without a vehicle for 8 months...I told him what I was looking for and he got me into a vehicle for my children and I in the same day, not only was the service amazing but he went above and beyond for my children and I and made sure my vehicle was serviced right after I purchased it! Thank you so much to big daddy's auto and especially Bobby for making sure my kids and I had a safe reliable vehicle

If you re looking for a great car and outstanding customer service Big Daddy s is your place! Everyone is nice and efficient, not to mention their eagerness to make sure you drive off the lot with a car same day. Good people, good quality. Walked in carless walked out with truck keys Ask for Bobby he s the best!!!!

Dan helped us with each car we looked at, has exceptional customer service. He was so patient with us explained everything and made the process super simple! After we left the lot the headlight wasn't working, we called Dan and had it fixed right away! We took the car to a cleaner and they fried the window motor, Dan even PAID for our window to be fixed! 100% not even his fault but he genuinely wanted to help us. I totally recommend coming and asking for Dan! Great car, great price, and great people!

Nothing like the commercial offers! The cars salesman told my daughter to look at three cars in the lot one had a smashed up bumperThen the other two smelled like smoke and was dirty and ripped seats. The cars were disgusting and dirty!Representation is everything if you can t even clean a car or fix the busted fender I can t imagine what disaster is underneath the hood.Also there was a customer there and we asked what their experience was like they put down their hard earned money on a car that has had to come back for repairs and they have only had the car a month they had no choice but to deal with it cause they would not put them in another car and would not give them there deposit back. We could not get away fast enough and when we told the guy we had to go after he flagged us down wanting to know why we was leaving Really!!Just look how childishly they respond to people that complain and all in caps lol

Ok so first off J.J. is the man! Went in and was having issues with financing with another salesman for about 2 months, when J.J. and the owner found out what the deal was I was in and out and financed within an hour. This place is awesome. They have great inventory and is willing to work with you. Great place to buy a car. Awesome people from the owner all the way down to the grunts! Yes I started with a few issues but they got resolved so we could have the car my wife wanted. It ended so we'll I was already discussing the possibility of a second purchase from them! Thanks alot guys, You rock!

First let me say JJ is the man ! He worked some numbers and helped me get into a car in the first place , the car had a little issue they took care of me with no issues ! Shout out to JJ, Dan and Bob !! They're really are great and worked until the issue was resolved!

I just want to say thank you very much to JJ which was the auto dealer I dealt with. He was amazing and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are compassionate and will help you find what you and your family needs. Please ask for JJ when you are purchasing a car. I bought a car from here and my AC stopped working which this happens when you buy a used car. They replaced my whole compressor and now my AC is functioning. They are responsible and will address any issues with your car

I bought a used vehicle from here in early November for $5000 and at the beginning of january i had to put it in the shop for 2 weeks so they could figure out why our engine was struggling. Turned out it has electrical issues. After spending an additional $600 on the car, we are having yet ANOTHER issue.The friendly atmosphere and WILL FIX ON THE SPOT BEFORE YOU BUY attitude is great! But the value of the vehicle purchase was NOT worth it! I will NOT be returning.Now i either have to put another large sum of money into it or spend that large sum of money on an actual RELIABLE vehicle!

I usually hate used car lots/dealers. HOWEVER, Big Daddys is absolutely great. I came in with a strict needs and a set budget. From start to finish they were so helpful, understanding, and entertaining. I bought my van as is and within 7 days I felt the ac wasn t cold enough, and guess what?! They fixed it! Very clean lot, beautiful cars (remember they are used) and reliable. What more could a gal ask for?!

I'm working on buying my second vehicle from Big Daddys. They have been very reasonable and any issues I have ever had with a vehicle. They fixed with no issues. I have not had any issues with the company. I highly recommend Big Daddys

SCAM sent my sister there to get a car someone told me they would take care of her , when she got there he out her in a beat down car she drove it to her mechanic and he was disappointed!. please be careful , no good!.

Worked with me on my down payment, bi-weekly payments and maintenance of my new vehicle. Put me in a car when nobody else could. Highly recommend. If you are in need of a vehicle for little money, keep checking back every couple of days. Thanks Dan!!
