Good things first, the staff were friendly, especially Heidi. Communcation is good. The paperwork was done farily quickly but probably because they want to get rid of this car quickly, and you'll see whyOnto the bad, the car they sold me looked good on the outside, but half the car had defects or is malfuncitoning. They were also not transparent at all with the car, whether they were aware of the issues or not, they did not disclose or notify me any of these issues.Examples, they never told me the car was in a previous accident (deemed total loss) until i asked. two tires on the car were 10 years old and leaking, but they filled it up just before they gave it to me. Also found out the oil is leaking, the car is techincally stopping only on 3 wheels since one of the brake hydraulics don't work, brake pads were pretty much all used up on the front, fluids are mostly empty (the only one that wasn't was the washer fluid and it was filled with water), headlights dont work, brake lights dont work, all 4 wheel are badly out of alignment. You get what i'm saying. They never mentioned anything about any of this when i was inquiring about the car. I found out after taking the car to a mechanic friend.So unless you want a broken car, go else where if you can cuz you can't trust these people trying to sell you cars with a boat load of problems.

I had looked around at several car locations with little success but when I went to A1, I found a good, reliable and clean titled car. Ms. Heidi who is a rockstar and so kind and helpful that she literally makes the experience as smooth as possible. She is definitely an asset and Mr. Chris a mechanic there who will have your car running with no issues. I would recommend A1 to anyone and appreciate the services and professionalism of this car lot.Five months was all it took to realize I had bought a LEMON. Although Ms. Heidi and Mr. Chris are still great people. Please, Please, and I truly mean PLEASE think before you consider buying a car from the lemonade stand of Auto Dealers. And if you do buy a car from this junk yard, please get it checked out before giving your money away for something that may come to bite you in the rump shaker. No one deserves that.

I recently bought a 15 passenger van here. Great Condition. Had other Vans serviced at this place like Oil Change, Alternator repairs etc. Excellent Staff and Service. I will highly recommend dealing with them for sales and service as well. Special thanks to Chris and Heidi for their prompt attention.

I am very happy with my car purchase - the car runs and drives great. But the best part was working with Al. He and his employees were very courteous and helpful. They answered all my questions truthfully, which is always a worry when purchasing something used. He put my mind at ease. Thanks Al! YTB!

I'm more used to private purchase than a dealer purchase so I expected to be pressured to buy. Al was perfectly fine with taking a step back and just let me look it over and make my own decisions.I pointed out a couple minor things that made me hesitant to buy and he make sure it was taken care of and that I was happy about the van before and after the purchase.There was another guy working there, IIRC his name is Chris. He was a good dude too and it was great doing taking to and doing business with both of them. Negotiations were quick and painless.I was thrilled with the whole process and am loving my E-250 and I'm not even a ford guy. I can easily recommend A1 as a good place to buy from.

Recently had a good experience with Al (the owner), at A1 Best Way Auto Sales, when we purchased our 2000 Winnebago RV.He offered us a fair price, did what he said he would do, and was a "straight shooter" throughout the entire process.We are very happy with our RV and highly recommend this business. I would like to extend a big "Thank You" to Al and the staff at A1 Best Auto!

After a discouraging visit to A1 Auto, I called to clarify some things that had gone on between Al and my fianc�. Being told she can not test drive until after they have verified her income and after he told her to watch her mouth and that a young lady should not talk like that , my fianc� then decided, on top of the current car stress she is in, that she would not buy from them. I tried to call to clarify and rectify the situation but was met with hostility and a very bad pompous attitude (this is my business, so I do what I want). I will be looking further into legal action regarding the financial profiling and distress caused today.

I found Al to be fair, open, informative and courteous. His lot offered a large inventory from which to select, and fair and competitive prices. Al s automotive knowledge is beyond belief. I found him very approachable and willing to work with me to find exactly why I wanted. I would highly recommend A1 Bestway Auto, they were great.

Al and Seth were wonderful to work with. I brought my 1 series BMW in for an oil change and new brake rotors. They explained everything to me and Al worked to get me quality parts at a reasonable price (much cheaper than the dealership). Seth was also well versed in BMWs. I would definitely recommend A1 Best Way for your next car maintenance checkup.

The owner, Al, is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and polite, answered every question, was very thorough with the paperwork and made sure we left with a great deal. To top it off, he s so funny! We will DEFINITELY be back for our next work truck. Thanks again, Al!

Guy quoted me one price over the phone and then flip flopped despite him saying he was a "square shooter" (his words.) Drove three hours only to have the price jacked up. Advertising multiple features the truck didn't have and insinuated I was an idiot when it didn't have them. Got confrontational when I brought up the price quoted me and basically kicked me out. Worst retail experience ever.

I highly recommend buying a car from A1 Best Way Auto Sales. I got a great deal on a 2009 Chevy Impala. It looks and runs great.
