Super happy with the repair and complete paint job. They kept to their quoted price and 5 Star went above and beyond what we discussed to paint. I'm very happy with the end result. My 2006 truck looks brand new and I'm almost afraid to drive it because I don't want so much as a scratch or ding on it. Thank you so much.

Thank you Five Star! I dropped my car off for the repair...a few days later they called me to provide an update. They actually informed me that they could adjust the repair cost down...because they were able to utilize an existing panel after all. They could have pocketed the savings for them selves...but they past the savings to me, the customer. This is a family owned business. (back bone of our country!) They are Honest, full of integrity and communicate great as well!

5 Star Service Center is exactly that, a 5 star place. They were clear, concise, and honest in their schedule and pricing. My dad had work done by them on his truck before and referred them to me based on how pleased he was. 5 Star gave me an excellent quote that was less expensive than other places and did an amazing job. I appreciated their timelines and communication. If I need any more work done, I will definitely bring my car here and refer others.

Very friendly owners, Marteene explained the paint processes, suggestions, prices and showed us a few of the cars they had finished. She gave us a good quote and put us on their schedule. We re excited to see how our newly paint truck will turn out. Will update after it s done in a month. FYI, a car dealer recommended them.

Because of a dispute with the dealership I bought my car from, I was forced to get my autobody work done at Five Star Service Center. After reading reviews, I would never have gone there if I didn't have to.However, my experience was great. Good price, quality work (as far as my untrained eyes can tell), prompt, and courteous. If I were to need body work again, I'd check with Five Star Service Center first.

5 Star did outstanding body work and painting for two of my fender benders. First one was front end and hood damage to a 1998 Maxima in artic white pearl that matched the rest of the car beautifully. My next fender bender was in my 2007 Acura TL in desert mist metallic with fender damage that required body work and painting of the quarter panel. Also beautiful work. Very reasonable prices, outstanding quality and very nice folks. Thank you so much 5 Star. I promise to bring you my next fender bender!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have a 2022 Ram 2500 LARAMIE MEGACAB and they did a fenominal job for the best price. They took good care of my truck and the job came out super clean.They do amazing work and the most reasonable in Brevard. There are not enough words of Acknowledgement to explain how I feel about 5 Star Auto Body on Ellis Rd, Melbourne! They are totally professional yet personal and caring. It s a small place but it s run with compassion and experience. Your not just the next job, the amount of compassion they show to you, working with the Insurance Companies, they go above and beyond for YOU!!! I have had work done on multiple vehicles and have no complaints. From wheels, to body panels, to minor touch ups. If there ever was an issue, Phil stands behind his shop's work and will make it right. Great service and very timely completion of work.

Best body shop around the owner is in the shop everyday he's repaired trucks for me that were involved accident they came out better than before the accident. Then I went to the owner about some custom paint work on my son's racecar car and the time and attention to detail was far more than I could of ever imagined 5 Star Phil keep up the great work brother

I paid over $500 to get fender fixed. They put in some cheap plastic clips to hold the fender. Two weeks later, left side of the fender fell off again. The owner replaced with a metal clip. Then the right side of the fender fell off in a couple of month. When I took it back to them, not only the owner wanted to charge me again for the same low quality job he did, also he put his hand right over my face when I tried to explained to him about the plastic clip he put in. Then his side kick, the woman at the front, carried her infant baby joined in, screaming and yelling at me. I just told them that their business practice was terrible, I would never use them again, and left. Since I am a 5'2 petite woman, I guess they would not have treated any 6 feet tall guy like that. Shame on them.

I brought my truck for a fender adjustment, they did a really good job for a fair price, I definitely recommend this place, plus they are super nice people! Phil was super friendly, very professional, I recommend

Brought my truck last week. They're fast, but we got broken mirror, paint that don't match, and over spray paint. They don't admit that they broke the mirror, they said it was like that when I drop the truck off. And about the paint, that he said it's not noticeable. It's more white than the factory paint, and they used one stage paint (no clear coat). Had white overspray in the wheel wells so they used black spray paint to cover it up but then got black overspray on the freshly painted white truck! There are lots of drips in the paint, divets in the paint, and chunks of dust/dirt.
