Stopped by Tuffy to get a full service oil change and new tires before a road trip. Great customer service! They were able to squeeze me in and ensured everything was road ready. They also provided me a great price on my new tires and military discount, Thank you!

Beautiful people!! Customer service was exceptional, very timely and took care of all my needs efficiently. (On another note, I left a personal notebook of mine in the lobby and 3 days later, it was still there safely behind the desk). 10/10

Tuffy Tire & Auto is great! Always good and speedy service. Started coming here for oil changes and now I get all of my automotive repairs done here. Terry is AMAZING and he works with you to give a fair price and will match if you get a better quote elsewhere.

Brought my car in to swap around aftermarket wheels. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything wheel and tire related. While they worked on my car, they also helped me research and decide on new tires for my truck. Definitely recommend!

I ve been coming to Tuffy for replacement tires for a few years now, the service is always quicker than I thought, and the staff are kind and efficient! My dad replaces his tires here too! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this Tuffy and using their services for the last couple years, I must say I am pleased. I come in about once a month for an oil change and tire rotation. Walk in service is nice, but setting an appointment serves best when you ve got things to take care of. Highly recommended!

There s a lot of auto shops in this area but the entire staff at this Tuffy s means it when they say they are here to make sure they take care of the customer. They don t try to charge you for expired blinker fluid, and they stand by their work. I won t ever use another auto shop on the emerald coast!

I recently went here due to a flat tire, and let me say .you don t see this a lot at these type of places but they were wonderful! The pricing was fair and I really trusted them to take care of my car. They really look out for their customers and I will definitely come back here for any future needs! Recommending to all my friends!!!

Been taking my car here for over two years and it s been great! Brought here for an oil change and they were great, very professional, and fast. If there s anything that needs attention, they ll let you know. Definitely recommend Tuffys in Mary Esther for car needs!

Made an appointment for my day off and when I went in their system was down and they couldn t complete my oil change. I get technology fails but there s no back up system in place to pull information from or at least give me a courtesy call to not waste my time to come in? The female working said when they go down they last about an hour if this happens often maybe additional measures should be put in place.

The good:Free oil change and tire rotation for first timersThe bad:-My car kept dripping oil. Almost a quart had drained by the next oil change. Drain plug was not tight.-Paid for only a tire rotation for my wife's car. Over torqued the lugs to 350 ft lbs!!! Had to bring the car to the dealership since the lug key got stripped in the process of loosening a single lug. I can only imagine what my car's lug nuts torque were set to.
