Purchase tuning for my 2020 Ram had a problem with install. And Ryan and Chad are Great went above and beyond to get my problem situated they even paid for shipping both directions to get my PCM fixed great customer service hand down

Phenomenal experience directly with Ryan on tuning for my drag truck/849 ECM and on my Street/Strip quad cab/848 ECM. Would recommend Hardway products/tuning to anyone serious about performance and/or value for their money. BY FAR the best customer support I have ever received from a company

I took my truck there to get fixed after I drove it down from Alaska. I told them that I think it was my APPS on my 2nd gen Dodge. I replaced it with a cheap knock off one from Amazon but it still was getting RPM surges at or around 50MPH every now and then, less often than the OEM one. They gave me a call back stating they didn t know what was wrong with it. They checked for trouble code and I didn t have any. They didn t charge me a thing which is very nice. They weren t super friendly but not rude either. I wait 3 weeks to get my truck in there and it just seemed like they didn t really want to work on it. Just kind of blah about it all. I d say a 2.5 stars, but Google doesn t do half stars. I m upset that a repair shop told me we don t know what s wrong with it. But like I said they did NOT charge me so that nice of them. I do not recommend this shop.P.S. I replaced the APPS a week later with a non knock off one and the truck is fixed now.

Ryan Milliken is a skilled mechanic who was generous with his time with me. He diagnosed my truck's problem accurately in less than a minute and as it turns out it was a problem I could fix myself in a few hours. He did this all for free, was fast and honest and didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. I really appreciate it.

Proceed with caution. Was referred to Hardway to get some upgrades done on my truck. Since they touched my truck I had nothing but trouble. Injectors had to be reinstalled multiple times due to poor installation. These were injectors that test very close to new. Customer service was non existent as I was left without my vehicle for months at a time and no return on my phone calls or emails. I had to show up at random to get anything done. I had to purchase my own parts that they damaged to simply reinstall the injectors they put in wrong in the first place. I got one look at their shop and immediately regretted letting them touch my vehicle - it was a disaster and now I understand why my truck ended up the way it did. The tuning they did was never right and 11 months later I had a head gasket leak as the proper head bolts were never installed as discussed. Don t make the same mistake I did - what a disaster. There is no way anyone should go to Hardway!

I called twice today to try and schedule some service for my truck. I spoke with an actual person each time, I did not leave a message on an answering machine or anything. Both people told me they would pass my information to a mechanic who would call me back to schedule the appointment. This never happened. Either they have more business than they know what to do with or they could care less about new customers. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ryan is the very great guy. He and the guys in the shop helped me out with me truck for 2 days trying to get some little problems worked out. The truck had been sitting for almost a year because no one knew how to fix it and he had it running and making over 700 rwhp by the next day! Can't say enough about them...

Stopped in for a transmission replacement quote on my dodge and was told (from Tiffany) she would email me a quote in the coming days. 16 days later and I'm still waiting on the quote. I'll be spending my money elsewhere and you should too if you value customer service.

My husband had his truck towed to Hardway Performance in Mary Esther. They had it for 3 days before telling us that nothing was wrong with it. The truck had already been scanned prior to it being towed and the sheets were on the seat for the mechanic to see.Mike, the mechanic said he drove it to Navarre and up 87. Then went to Walmart. He said there were no problems. Trusting them we paid the $266.?? (for 2 hours of him riding around) took the truck and it did the same thing as why we had it towed in! It did it 4 more times!!! It was then taken to a local mechanic and scanned and all it took was a New Engine Control Module Relay as shown on the scan sheets that were left.Guess we learned THE HARDWAY!!! We will not reccomend them to anyone. They don't have the knowledge to fix trucks and they charge outrageous prices!!!

Daniel fixed the standard head gasket issue on my 6.0L PowerStroke. While speaking with him he suggested correcting several other weaknesses with that motor. Took him up on all suggestions and glad I did. Just got truck back yesterday and I am still in awe of how amazing it runs. It must be at least 100 HP and 150 Lb Ft stronger, and none of the fixes included adding performance, just making the engine reliable again. Also they made sure when the work was complete that the repairs were solid by logging about 60 miles and checking that everything was buttoned up tight. And it was!

I ordered motor mounts for my truck over 3 months ago and now they wont answer the phone or call back. Thanks for stiffing me out of $650! Buyer beware!!!

Great guys to deal with.. Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else to be worked on or tuned.. Ryan, Montana and Daniel helped me out with a fueling issue which they didn't have to do but went out of there way to help me figure out what was going on with my truck .. Thanks Guys

Wierd thing...the owner wants you to sit on his lap while he tunes your ride. Also breathes heavy in your ear while doing so. But hey he is a good tuner !
