I just drove 30 miles to get a part for my travel trailer because their website says they carry parts. They don't carry a simple thing like a shower head. Not a big selection of RV'S. I wouldn't even come here for anything because if you need service they don't have any parts. Mark said so!

Surprised to see some folks have had good experiences here. We sure didn t. They were the only place that carried the cruiser line which is the only reason we chose this place. Not because they were friendly or helpful because they weren t. But we had our heart set on this particular trailer since it checked all our boxes. Besides, it s BRAND new. We ve owned several campers and understand you have to work the kinks out but this one, it had major issues like the fridge not working, loose pipes under the sinks that leaked, plugs and lights that didn t work and about a dozen other minor items. We ve taken it back for repairs but the problems were not fixed. Their technician Charlie is not dependable. His solution to fixing our refrigerator was jiggling wires. We were told they could ship us certain parts and we could fix a lot of the checklist items ourselves. The salesman we were dealing with quit. The manager Keith was of no help. He informed us of other places to check with to see if they would do the warranty work. I wish there were more options because I m doubting their ability and interest in fixing what they ve sold us. Do NOT recommend doing business here.

4/5 they really do try to get you the lowest deal. They stood by getting me service technicians on their dime to get my vehicle sorted out. They should be 5/5 however missed 5 star because they didn't get the military discount on new tag out of state for me. Cost me $200 more than it was supposed to. Still think they are a good, small and local run lot that deserves a look if you are in the market.

We went to this dealership specifically because they had the exact camper we had been looking for and it was a great deal. The customer service was fine, they gave us a reasonable amount for our trade, and the camper we bought was a great deal. However, the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) that was done was garbage. We purchased the camper and had to wait several days to pick it up so their "tech" could go over it and it could be cleaned, well it just wasn't. It was dirty, there were pieces of trim that were broken, lights that weren't working, and several other little things that we would either have to fix ourselves or take to another dealer for service. Of course those items weren't found until after we had the camper at home because the "tech", who reaked of booze, didn't bother taking us through the unit to show us how everything worked and make sure everything was in order. I won't take my camper back there for service, period, but we did get a good deal and the salesman was easy to work with, I wouldn't do business with them again though.

Third time stopping to look at their inventory. Each time has been disappointing. Most current experience was the last straw for us. We were looking at a unit that was advertised as "Excellent condition no smoke no pets".Outside looked fine. Went inside and as I'm checking inside cabinets for any signs of water damage the salesmen immediately says, "No leaks, this one's dry as a bone". All the cabinets and drawers have dryer sheets and bags with chunks of bar soap in them. Get to the back of the unit and the smell of smoke was evident which explained the dryer sheets and soap bars trying to hide it.I climbed up to check the roof and there was a 2-3" gap in the back cap seals with dirt and debris. I went back inside and the wall section under the leak was wet, the wallpaper was pealing, and beginning to de-laminate. I'm told their maintenance guy will check it out and he'll get back to me if the damage was superficial or not. Shockingly I was never called back. Listed price is above NADA average retail.TLDR: Website misrepresented a smokey, damaged, overpriced unit and salesman essentially lied to my face about it.Update: I called the owner at the number provided and gave him the specific unit and sales info for him to follow up on the issues.

Stopped by about 10 minutes before closing, which we were aware and wanted to take a quick view of 2 RV's side by side. They were so rude about it and hurried to lock the doors so that we couldn't see inside. How could anyone be so rude if they are in the business to sell RV's? Will never stop there again and will tell anyone that might likely stop there, to go elsewhere to shop. They obviously don't care what people think of them. The worst customer service ever!!

A great place to find the best deals available without the overhead expenses at these cookie cutter dealers. Really care and will work to save you some money on a really nice Motorhome!

The owner, Keith, is a dirtbag. He sold me a supplemental brake controller that stopped working the first day I had it. He would not offer to fix it or give me a refund. I would not recommend doing business with FWB RV Brokers.

We visited Fort Walton Beach RV Brokers several weeks before we finally decided to sell our RV through them. They gave us the estimate of what we would receive and that's what they paid. They said what they do and they did it. Thank you Fort Walton Beach RV brokers.

Great place to shop for a RV. They always have a great variety and there is never any pressure from a sales person over your shoulder. They are very knowledgable about what they have on hand and have always answered any questions I have had on the rvs.
