I want to start off by saying I usually do not write reviews unless the service was exceptional. I can not peak highly enough about Exotic Car Audio especially Roxanne. Roxanne took the time to create exactly what I was looking for in my Jeep, not only did she install the audio system but she also installed a set of headlights that I brought her. She went out of her way to make sure the parts were correct and the final product was perfectly installed. This will be the only business I take my vehicles to for audio and lighting work.

Been dealing with ECA for some time now. Always professional and flexible service. My experience has always warranted a five star review - thx ECA for your services! Had you upsold me on a SirisXM tuner - I would have opted in!

Outstanding customer service along with knowledge, workmanship and competence in car audio. Also very fair pricing for quality work. Save yourself the research for audio installers. Best audio shop in this area. Would not go anywhere else.

Just want to say, I received the best, most expedited service on yesterday from Roxanne. I called, with an issue with my radio,she replaced it herself. I read all the reviews and decided that I'd see for myself. She was great . I am so pleased with my new radio. I was so excited I forgot to ask if she did alarms. I know I'll be back. Btw, I love your . I must also say that was the cleanest install I've ever seen. Roxanne you rock!!!

They are fabulous. The communication with me was next level and that s something this missing in today s society. I m new to the area, and neededTo get speakers connected in my dash. Took them no time to diagnose and fix the issue. I will be back for sure to finish the rest of the speakers! Thank you so much!!That was my first review, I went back to get rest of the speakers fixed, now I m a rolling noise violation, exactly what I wanted! Thank you for the excellent service and professional installation!

The BEST knowledgeable & easy!!My son needed a dash cam installed Friday before MLK wkend. They had the work done THAT day and smiling, too!! He was so grateful !! Highly recommend.

Went in for a new headunit and to get some component speakers and amp put in. Roxanne was awesome, very knowledgeable. Took really good care of my car. Very clean install and it sounds outstanding. Walked me through everything she did and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

My wife and I own a small Towing and Roadside business. One afternoon my Roadside truck had an issue with the display screen because it cracked. Anyone that owns a newer Ram understands that affects the entire truck. Needless to say my truck was down and I was loosing $$$ daily. The dealership wanted 1500 and would take 2 weeks to get the part in. I ran across the street and meet Roxanne at Exotic Audio. My truck was back on the road the next morning and I didn't spend 1500 or loose 2 weeks of revenue. And it's better then it was before!!!!!

Wow I can t express how awesome this place is! Prices are affordable and the products down to the quality are 5 star. Roxanne is super nice and talented,her knowledge of all things associated with car audio is impressive. All speaker boxes are made at this location and fabricated by Paul and he is bad to the bone. You won t be disappointed at all with the quality of work from this place. They can fabricate custom made products to fit ANY vehicle. Hands down the only place I ll ever go to get any thing for my audio needs! Very impressive

We had these people replace the original radio with a new radio, GPS, back-up camera unit in a car we were giving to our grandson. Once it was in, the original GPS no longer worked. We took it back and found they had no idea what was wrong with the old system. We spend over $1,000 to make the car safer for our grandson. They finally said they couldn't fix it so we took it to the dealership and had them look at it. That's when we found Exotic had shorted part of the old system out. We went back again and they basically didn't care. They were paid and not willing to do anything about their screwup. I would recommend staying as far away from this store as possible. I don't think they have the expertise they say they do and they have a really bad attitude about customer satisfaction. DON'T GO THERE!

Call to make an appointment. The service here is excellent! Anything you want. Problems with your sound system or if you want an upgrade, they can do it all. Our issue was solved. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you. We highly recommend Exotic Car Audio!

Came here looking to put a system in and within three days Roxanne had me set up. She was very nice, professional, and showed me her setup for her personal vehicle. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen. They were even courteous enough to to give me a ride to and from my house between them working on it. Definitely recommend Exotic!

Exotic car audio has done 3 of my cars,and today s experience was no different. She installed my 2 12 inch subs,and I feel like I got a marching band in my backseat. Every car that I get,I will make sure I take to Exotic Car audio. I am one happy customer.

I had a great experience at Exotic Car Audio. Let me first qualify my review by saying that I used to do this for a living. I have been in and around this industry for a long time. Installers like this are very very hard to find. A lot of places will promise you the world and figure it out as they go. I've seen this 100 times. Installers and shops come and go. Exotic Car Audio has been around a long time and they know what they are doing. I would trust them with any car. There was a minor issue with my radio and phone that they tracked down and fixed and made right. (Nothing wrong with the installation). This is how good business is done. They have my business form now on. I personally recommend them. Thank you Exotic Car Audio. I love my radio, back up camera and professional installation!

Great Service! I had two front 5 1/2 door speakers installed running with two tweeter on the dash and 6x9's in the rear deck installed all being connect to a kenwood head unit, all installed by Exotic Audio. Great service with very fast turn around times I would definitely recommend over any other local audio shops, as they also have a lifetime install warranty.

Went in with 0 knowledge of audio, no idea what I was looking for. Ended up with a great price dual 10 alpine system for my truck and it s amazing. Great service, very quick, great price. Definitely will return for anything related to audio and Escorts radar detectors. Thank you!

Can t rate their work, but their service is lacking. Came in for an installation quote for some headrest monitors and the lady seamed annoyed, didn t ask me any questions about my car or the monitors, and just spit out a number of $1000 a piece, not including installation. Installation was quoted at about another $400. I told her the I know the monitors are only $1500 and I know there isn t much to the install as they are already built in and just swap out with existing headrests. Just wiring is what I didn t want to do myself. She said okay, you buy them, and we ll install them for about $350. I got the monitors plus installation elsewhere for only about $1500 total. Turns out the MFR price included an installation voucher, per what the other installer researched and quoted me, plus did a really nice job. Do your research and shop around before taking your car here. They might do excellent work, I don t know, but I think they take advantage of folks that don t know what a job entails or really costs.

Reached out to them because I have a new car that didn't have android auto. Told them I'd like a radio with this capability while maintaining my reverse camera and steering wheel controls. Had a Sony xav 3200 installed and android auto would not work. It kept freezing. Lady said it was due to the 4 foot cord I was using. Bought a 3 foot usb c and it worked for a day then kept freezing again. When messaged about why this might be, received no reply.After googling the issue myself I came across that Sony had a updated firmware in March 2022 and the firmware installed on my radio was outdated. After updating my firmware the android auto issue has been corrected. Knock on wood. Also, was not aware there would be no brightness level control nor dim when I turned on head light. Screen is a little dim during the day when the sun is shinning and to bright at night.

Friendly enough. Got a price for replacing all speakers and added subwoofer. Told Roxanne I wanted it LOUD. Went in today to check on something else and found out they had no intention of hooking up door speakers to amp, only subwoofer. How was that going to be loud? Now they want to add another amp for door speakers ( because they don't have a 6 channel amp) and an additional $600. I'm not going to pay another $600 because they misquoted and can't get the equipment needed to run their business.

Needed a Pioneer microphone installed on my Jeep Wrangler. Roxanne and her team got me right in, did a great job on the install, and helped me with settings on the system. Super impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they are!!

These guys were great! When the AUX output on my car stopped working, I ordered the part to swap out myself. I couldn t quite get it, so I stopped by to see if they could help. Not only did they help me right away, since I already had the part they didn t charge me! Great customer service!

Went in asking just for wire and glad I did! The owner went above and beyond! Wired my sons Alpine and saved us hours of work! The owner took the time to wire it, let us watch, and explained to my son what he would need to do for the installation. We will be in for all future stereo needs!

First visit in early 2017Came in needing help with my system to get it hitting and sounding right. Roxanne and Jonathan hooked me up with a good deal, quality parts and amazing service. They are really personable and will work with your budget. They are hard working and pay great attention to detail. I will be a returning customer for the entire time im stationed here. I definately recommend them to help you with all car audio and alarm needs.2nd visit May 22nd 2018One day my sound system just stop playing music through all the door speakers but I still had base and the radio still worked so I went and visited Roxanne and Mitzi and yet again the work quality, attention to detail, drive to do the job right the first time and overall customer service was absolutely amazing as usual. This is the second time I had to visit them in regards to the sound system in my Tahoe and I left extremely satisfied with their service and quality of work. I will definitely be taking all of my car audio work to them and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything car audio related done on their car.

Pat and Roxanne provided me exactly what I asked for at reasonable prices and back up their work. After I had a subwoofer installed, it blew (factory defect) and they promptly replaced it! They do quality work and will tailor a solution for you. They will not try to sell you anything you don't need. If needed, they will stay late to finish your vehicle!

There isn't anyone else in the area that has the knowledge, experience, or customer service that Exotic has! Every time I have been to their shop I have left more than satisfied. They are definitely at the top of their game. If you need anything audio/video related for your vehicle, this is the place to go!

These people are polite, professional and knowledgeable in the products they sell. They took the time to explain how to hook up my system and even went so far as to connect all of the wires to make the self install as simple as plug and go. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their audio fix!

Do you like going to a shop who knows their stuff? Well this is the place for you! Roxanne and the counter girl (Missy) are full of knowledge about everything. I walked in with a B.S. in sound and came out with a Master's degree in acoustic engineering. The install was quick and painless, the installer Dayvon did a clean job. Will definitely bring my all my business here going forward.
