Kody and the crew did a great job of taking care of us. We were on the interstate when after Defuniak Springs I started getting a low pressure indicator and it was dropping 1 psi per 3 or 4 miles. So, once I got to Marianna, my Dad suggested we go to Roadmart. These guys did a great job in patching the tire and getting us back on the road.

I recommend them 1000%. omg nicest place i been. I will definitely be back. I had my grandson in the car when I got a nail in my tire. they got me right in and back on the road. we are not from here. im from tally. I'll be back they are that awesome. worth the drive. thanks so much guys. oh I stopped at Jim Whaley tires first. they didn't even acknowledge me. the front desk guys was in my way I couldn't even pull in a parking spot. thank God for roadmart.

I went here to get a quote for a repair and ended up following my gut after the amount seemed ridiculously high. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. Roadmart was going to charge me double what the other place ended up charging me. I wouldn't trust them to be honest or do a good job since there was such a huge price difference for the exact same service and part.

Staff was very negotiable and helpful. Parts are able to be ordered. Receipts are given. Phones are always answered. Most parts for cars are found here. Cheaper than other repair places.

Ex took vehicle to be checked, vehicle code read for coil pack. Show up and without putting vehicle on the computer, they stated it needed a transmission. Guess what? Just a coil pack was what was needed. Don't bring your car here.

I thought they were great at first. Their customer service was good but I took my van in on Saturday and waited 3 hours to have the motor mounts checked. They told me all 4 motor mounts were broke- quoted me $1125 to fix them.. I ended up taking it to Firestone for a second opinion only to find out that all of my motor mounts are in perfect condition. I also have had it in Deshazos this week who found that the problem was the torch converter in the transmission. I don't understand how Roadmart's machinics could say that all 4 motor mounts were broke when there was NOTHING wrong with then. Thank goodness I didn't blindly pay them $1125.

It s 5:30pm on the eve of the 4th of July and we re on a 9 hour drive to see family. Valve stem started loosing air fast so we had to get off the interstate and drop speed to maintain air pressure. We tried calling several places with no answer. Spotted this company as we re driving through and whipped in for help. Kobe and PJ was more accommodating than I was expecting. I cannot thank these guys enough for their time and hospitality! God Bless PJ, Kobe, and the people that are working so hard here.

Was traveling on i10 and my alternator went out, and got my car towed to RoadMart. They not only were able to get the part same day but had me back on the road by 6pm. I truly appreciate the honest, skilled, and professional job they did at a phenomenal price. The staff made me feel welcome while I waited and ensured I could continue my trip safely. Thank you so much!

I've been here twice now for tire work and both times I was very satisfied. The folks there are super friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they're honest and give people only reasonable and necessary repair estimates and advice. I took my car to a couple of other places in town because I wanted to get some estimates on front end work that my car needs. Not only were they the most reasonable, but they beat the others by HALF the cost. I was very impressed by these folks...As soon as I can I'll be getting my front end work done there. Thanks guys !

Sadly after having left a 5 star review up on this business for years I'm having to edit it. I first started using them in 2013 for my wife's Scion Tc. We bought tires for the TC, 2 sets for her Mazda CX7(toyo), 2 sets for my Mazda RX8, 1 set for her Highlander(Sumatoma) and 2 sets for my Tacoma(Nitto Ridge Grapplers) and a 2.5 Rough country leveling kit for the Tacoma. In March of 22 I was getting 4 new Ridges put on. While in the waiting room another potential customer came in. While discussing pricing he asked for a cash discount, which he was given. I had already agreed on a price for those but knew I'd remember next time I went in. Well today I called for a 2nd set of Sumas for the wives Highlander. While on the phone I asked about the cash discount. He told me there wasn't one and quoted me around 975.00 for 4 tires with road hazard. I made one call to a locally-owned competitor I've never used and was offered 4 Sumas with road hazard for 815.00. I didn't even bother calling Road Mart back. 10 years of a relationship meant nothing, compared to this other business offering me an extremely fair price from the get go. The staff here that works on your tires are excellent, however extending discounts to first time customers and then telling me you don't when I was right there is bad business. I've always paid exactly what was agreed upon until seeing that in person last visit. Clearly our history and about 7k plus of business over 10 years didn't mean very much. I do appreciate all the work over the years but sadly we will not return.

I use Road Mart because the manager, Ronald, that works there and his crew have always been honest with me. I started using them to get a front-end alignment and tires rotated and balanced several years ago. When the work was complete, Ronald told me that they did not do a front end alignment on my vehicle because it did not need it. They could very well have claimed, as a lot of other shops would have, that they did the alignment and charge me for it, but Road Mart did not. So I have used them ever since. They have always done excellent work and have been honest with me, and the crew, along with management, are very courteous.

Price seem liked a good deal front counter guy is very nice! but came in at 12:40 been here for almost 2 hours and it almost 2:40 shouldn't take this long to do tire work. I have experience this doesn't usually take me 30 mins. To get all tire replace. I dont know If there short on co worker but please be aware it take time. I mean a long time. I'm still here waiting on car hopefully not another hour.

First trip here I got new tires put on and a rotation, took 5 hours!!! If I was told this upfront I could have made arrangements to be without my car. Giving them another chance, my husband took the truck for an oil change, 3 &1/2 hours and still not done?!?!Are you kidding me? Will NOT be going back! Rather drive 30min.to dothan and get it done in a quarter of the time.How can you rate service when it takes way longer to get simple things done???

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I called and asked if I needed an appointment for an oil change, and the man on the phone told me I would not need an appointment. I proceeded to tell him that I don t get off of work until around 4:30, and they close at 5:30. I specifically asked on the phone if I needed an appointment, and He said that it was okay and that they would fit me in and that I wouldn t have to worry about anything. I arrived at 4:35 the next day, and the man told me that he could not do my oil change, I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism. Don t lie to people who should be valued customers. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

Beware!I got an online quote for tires for my motorhome. I called to set up a time to have the tires installed. So far so good. Got a call back and was told that the website gave me an incorrect price. They wanted $20 more per tire for installation and nearly $100 more per tire! I can understand the higher price for the installation but the $100 more per tire is ridiculous. Of course the person in charge of the website quotes claimed the price difference wasn't their fault. They use a third-party to operate the website. I wonder if they use a third-party to manage their warranties. This sounds like a classic bait and switch to me. Do I blame the local shop? They're just following the incompetent home office. It's enough to make me do business elsewhere!

They are the best !! Had my rear breaks/roaders replaced. They were able to get me in/out in 1 1/2 hours. All ways professional and courteous. They will always get my automotive repair business.

While traveling on Interstate 10 the tread separated from my travel trailer tire. I changed to my spare and exited the highway fearing another tire problem. A quick check on Google led me to Road-Mart. I called first and they gave me clear directions and told me to bring the trailer right in.Once at Road-Mart, Aaron took care of us. He moved us ahead of all his customers because we were traveling and it was late in the day when we came in. He recommended tires that had a higher weight rating and heat rating then what was on the trailer making us immediately feel more comfortable.All of the employees were friendly and they had a comfortable waiting area with clean restrooms. The employee that actually installed our new tires kept us informed and advised us of proper tire inflation.I would highly recommend Road-Mart not only travelers, but to everyone. If they care so much about people passing though, they certainly will take good care of their local customers.Thank you to Road-Mart for taking such good care of us. We returned home after putting over 3000 happy miles on our new tires.

I trust Road Mart to provide me with the truth about what I need and a fair price. Not knowing much about the workings of my car it is essential I believe in the service and price as well as what I need to keep my 12 year old car in top shape. Road Mart meets my expectations, I highly recommend you give them a try.

We threw the serpentine belt on our Lexus SUV while travelling to Alabama. Googled auto parts store near me and got to a Advanced Auto parts in Marianna. Then asked for mechanic shop who can repair, it was a Saturday. Only two places open, Firestone and RoadMart. Went to Firestone first, was first one at the door only to be told they had a bunch of cars from yesterday needing fixing first and that they MAY be able to get to me but it would be in late afternoon. All I got was excuses. So we headed to RoadMart where Ben met us with a CAN DO attitude. He said he will get a mechanic right on it and within 10 minutes they were under the hood. Turns out tension pulley bearing failed, they had the part and replaced belt as well. Out of there in 90 minutes. When in Marinna, drive past the boys at Firestone and go to the men at RoadMart, period!

I arrived at this racist shop at 11:45, for a oil change. After sitting there for a hour and a half my car was still sitting in the same spot. Then three people walked and got there vehicle serviced before me. All I wanted was an oil change... after waiting two and a half hours I told them to forget my service. My money is green like them other three people that walked in after me, but my skin is darker... I will never go to this place ever again!!!! They are the slowest, racist shop I ever been too, and i won't recommend them to anybody!!! Take my advice, if your not from marianna and white, dont go to road mart!!! They are crooks and they and rob you blind!!!

Crooks. Liars.I had a tire with a nail in it. The guy who was assigned to do the repair said the tire couldn't be fixed. He said the nail went "through the sidewall". I asked to see it. The nail was in the tread an inch and a half from the edge. He hadn't even pulled the nail out. I asked him to pull the nail so I could see which way it went in. It curved toward the center of the tire. I told him he was wrong and asked if he'd fix the tire. He told me he couldn't. I said I'd take the responsibility. He refused. The manager wouldn't do anything except try to sell me a $200 tire I didn't need. To their credit, they didn't charge me anything when I said I only wanted them to mount my spare. I then drove to De Funiak Springs where a tire shop laughed when I told them what had happened They examined my tire, repaired and mounted it.Two months later, the tire is doing fine. Hasn't leaked. I'm still angry that these people tried to rip me off.

On 12-27-19 I called and asked if they had time for me to get an alignment on my truck and they said it would be no problem. I drove 30 min there, and was told when I got there that I would be after a f250 on the lift. It comes off, toyota pickup goes on I say to myself well it was probably just a mistake but no problem. Toyota comes off the guy looks at me and says hey I need to do an f150 real quick. F150 comes off, I have now been waiting 2.5 hours. A lady pulls up as there turning my truck around and the guy says to me that there just going to look to make sure her car was fine... 30 min later they start to do an alignment on her car first... I was there 3 hours and the only thing they did was turn my truck around and leave the windows down on it with my laptop sitting in the seat. I will NEVER go back in that place!

Rip off , charged $99.99 for a hub assembly for a boat trailer tha t cost less than $25.00 at a local parts house thst i offeted to pick up but they told me they could buy it less than I could. I also paid $79.99 for a tire and rim that cost $51.99 at the parts house and is of much better quality than what I received. To add to that they never called to tell me it was ready. After a week I drove 40 miles to check on it.

Very helpful. I was traveling from nc to tx and outside Tallahassee the belt separated in my front passenger tire. I limped to Marianna and called around. RM had compatible new tires for my odd small r14 tires. I got a very good price and fast service. Saved the day. Thank you very much.
