Russell McNeil is a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson. He helped me decide on the perfect tractor for my needs. They had to order the pto shaft for my mower deck. I passed by to pick it up and he met me at my vehicle with it. I didn t even have to go inside. I hope not to be a needy customer but if i need I m confident that he will get it done.Thank you , Russell.

Russel was great to work with. Helped me figure out which tractor would be best for my needs! He had no problem running numbers for me on a few different tractors I was looking at. Purchase was very easy and smooth over the phone as I didn t have time to go into the store. What was awesome was that the tractor was delivered to my house, and was ready to go when I got home from work! Highly recommend purchasing your tractors or lawn mowers through them!

Upon purchasing my new gravely zero turn mower from red dirt equipment. When I went in, I was not very optimistic. About being able to get a tractor I did not know much of anything about tractor other than that. Great service and fast purchase process. I had specific questions with specific requirements for the work I needed to do. Russell didn t try to redirect me. Rather, he found answers to the very specific questions I had about the products I wanted to purchase. He did offer me another manufacturer line that I could consider. We spoke about the differences, the pros and cons, and decided on the best choice that fit me.When I started this process and research, I could not find out very much about Red Dirt. So I decided the best approach was to go there myself. I am glad I did. I will start here with my next equipment purchase. And I would recommend others start here, as well.

My first Mahindra!Absolutely the most painless purchase I have ever made. I did everything via phone, text and email. Even had upgrades installed in just a few days, then delivered right to where I needed it! Had a thorough presentation by some very knowledgeable guys who were not leaving until they knew I had nothing else to ask and I knew every little thing about my new tractor.Great experience all around!

I had been looking for a tractor, but couldn't find exactly what I needed with a price that wouldn't break my wallet. I reached out to Red Dirt Outdoor Equipment and spoke with Russell McNeal, a salesman there. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I got the implements I needed, as well. I didn't feel rushed or pushed and I appreciated all the help. Great guy that I wouldn't hesitate to use again and send my friends to.

Mr. Russell was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my new gravely zero turn mower. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. My experience with Mr. Russell and red dirt outdoor equipment was very good. I will definately go back for future purchases.

Russell, our salesman helped me when I called last Saturday and he helped me even though they were closed. He helped me on his personal time and talked with me for a few hours making sure that I had the right tractor for my needs. The instead of waiting until Monday to process the paperwork, Russell did everything will on his personal time. Today, I received my 2024 Mahindra 5155 tractor. Russell went over the entire tractor explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Russell at Red Dirt. Thanks Guys.

Don t walk run to red dirt outdoor equipment!! Jeffery Royster was very knowledgeable. He got me in and out of there with the new Spartan RZC54 with trailer package! He went over several different prices and packages with me and helped me find the right one for me. He went over several different things with me on how to maintain my lawn mower and the extras I got. I would highly recommend this company!

Keith White is our sales person at Red Dirt Outdoor Equipment. He showed me the Mahinda tractor which had a backhoe and front loader. A compact tractor because of size of my property, 16 Series, soI went with the 16/40 which has a 4 cylinder engine and more horse power. We also purchased the box blade, auger bit attachment with a 12 inch auger bit, fork lift attachment, rake attachment, the grapple attachment and the trailer to tow the tractor. Oh and the sun shade top. They didn't have the trailer at the time of purchase and couple of other attachments. I told him I would be back in a couple of weeks,do to my work. Also I needed a 3rd valve installed for the Grapple.We set a date for delivery if everything came in and was done.So two weeks were coming up and didn't hear a word( that's what I was thinking) and he called, funny how that happens said the trailer had come in they were putting it togetherand would load everything up and would be able to deliver the tractor and attachments. So today January 19 2024 at 2:30p.m. he delivered my tractor combo. Was thrilled, he showed me how to take off and put on the attachments. Helped my well Driller Darrell Clark (Best well Driller around) lift a heavy drilling bit on to the back of his truck with the grapple attachment. Rick the delivery driver was also awesome.Helping unload and telling me all about the tractor which he also has.Great experience very knowledgeable and we also got a 3rd key. Thank you Keith for making this purchase possible. We also got a lifetime drive train warrantee after the 7 year is up. We financed it because of the terms. Have to ask Keith about that. Amazing customer service! I contacted Jeff Royster and told him what I was looking for. Jeff called me back within 15 minutes and gave me my options. I decided to proceed with the process. Great group of people to do business with, got the tractor package I wanted and questions I had answered. Dave Petty is a great salesman and knows his equipment, and the service department is great with a quick turnaround!
