They sold my 20 year old daughter her first Tacoma. Paul Hatcher, was the salesman and he was a real nice gentleman. Seemed to be honest and if he didn't have the answers I needed for her, he went and got the answers and returned immediately. Very professional.

I sold my Toyota here. General Sales Manager David Cumbie was very professional and trustworthy. Also, he helped me some topics both before selling and after selling. I highly recommend Marianna Toyota. 10 out of 10.

I had the easiest purchase experience of any Toyota dealership I have ever been in. Small town, family owned dealership and it shows. Not the typical experience I've had at other Toyota dealerships that try to add a few thousand dollars over sticker price and act like they are doing you a favor to sell you a truck or car. I would highly recommend them!

I can t express how good the service team was for me, especially Darren Hicks, I currently live in New Orleans and was road tripping to Tampa FL in my 2014 Camry that s lowered about 1.75 inches from factory height (it s a pain to work on). I stopped for fuel at the pilot local close by and my car would not start, got towed to Marianna Toyota. They didn t back down at all. They had my car in and out in an hour. The lobby was packed and the dealership was busy but it did not affect them one bit! It hardly set back my travel time; just in time to make it to the Tampa bay lightning game that afternoon. The labor rate was extremely cheap for a dealership which I was shocked. It s one more reason you should take your car here for service. They were extremely nice and would recommend them to anyone for their needs! I have friends in Panama City and they say that Toyota is a nightmare. This would definitely be worth the drive if it were me !!

12/7/21 First time car buying experience ordered a new tacoma, Paul Hatcher helped me through the process and was very patient with me and very willing to answer my questions. Great experience I would definitely recommend to anyone.Update 3/11/22; finally received my truck about a week ago, very happy with the tacoma! Staff are all very respectful, and Paul Hatcher made sure i had no unanswered questions and kept me updated through the whole process 10/10 would recommend you visit here!Update 11/20/23; More of a long term review, I've had every service done on my truck here at marianna toyota and without fail the staff hand been nothing short of incredible every time. Services are always completed in a timely manner and they always do a great job at a fair price. And most importantly to me, they're always very kind and honest! 40k miles and counting!

Highly recommend and appreciate our local dealership and their service department, as well as Mr. Cumbie. They came to my rescue when my AC failed, while out of town. As soon as I returned to Marianna, they made the time to check out my car and had me back in a cool car and driving home in a few minutes! So appreciative of a local dealership that makes their customers a priority!

Not to go into details but be careful to be quick to trust them I did and got taken but I share the blame for trusting the sales person please do your research before you buy from them behind that facade is deceit they only care about their bottom line and profit customers don t matter their just numbers don t allow yourself to be fooled by their underhanded tactics I let my guard down and Paul took advantage of that but all his deceitful practices will be exposed not by me only but by others as well research a more reputable dealership before you buy paul hatcher is a deceitful cheater be careful

Folks at MT. we're nice and to the point. Answered the questions I had and helped me figure out my stuck sunroof at no charge. Where as the Panama city store was rude and quick to push you through. No help at ALL ! And wanted to charge me $200.00 for the same situation Marianna Toyota helped me with for free. Very cool and kind folks at Marianna Toyota! Worth the drive for sure. I'd rather drive 45 minutes than have to keep my composure and not lose my temper.

Appt. to remove crumpled tailgate on pickup. Done on time, service exceeded expectations and salvaged parts that will be needed for new tailgate. Personnel we dealt with were excellent.

I was in a real time crunch to get a new vehicle. Travis Russ went above and beyond to locate what I wanted and even delivered it to me the next day in Panama City! David handled all the paperwork remotely and I just had to sign on the dotted line when my car arrived. Very happy customer. Definitely worth driving to Marianna if you're looking for a new Toyota.

Past experiences service is slow last time I was done in thirty five minutes great but today oil change and rotation of tires was one hour and forty minutes wow long time and I did have an appointment

So far so good. The Service Dept has been great so far. Darren (and Jessica) have been great at explaining everything. Also, we haven't been 'nickeled and dimed' by them.This is now 'Our Dealership' we are using them for our very old Tundra as well.We haven't had any excessively long waits, but, I'd rather wait and have it fixed right so that's not a concern for me. We've been in here about 6 times so far between the two vehicles including needing batteries and now a brake light bulb. We are bringing in our vehicles for every repair to them.The used vehicle inventory was low at the time of our latest purchase so we purchased 3.5 hours away.Getting to know them now, I really like the Service Dept, good people, very knowledgeable, hard workers.We have been Toyota owners for over 40 years. Our Tundra has over 300,000. miles.Great vehicles and a Service Dept that is knowledgeable and not gouging.They are worth our drive from Calhoun County.

I made an appointment to get a standard oil change and even got there early. I waited for an hour and 30 minutes. They take a long time and would recommend having someone pick you up while waiting.

Everything was good. The wait was long and annoying - but that's not their fault. In tye end, they gave me a loaner and I was able to yse thst while they took care of my car. Without a scheduled appointment!

I would recommend going to Marianna Toyota, because they gave me the best deal for my money. I went to most of the dealership in Panama City, and none of them came close to what I got in Marianna Toyota. They gave me a fair price for my F-150, and let me have my Tacoma for thousands less than any of the dealerships in Panama City. I saved thousands of dollars by going to Marianna Toyota.

Local dealership that's in it for the long term. Just brought my Tacoma in for the first time here for routine service. I found everybody is cheerful, friendly and eager to help. I truly believe they're working hard to keep me coming back, and that my little bit of business is really important to them. Color me a happy camper!

The slowest service I have ever encountered. Dont even bother making an appointment because your car will sit where you left it for a hour and half before being taken back for a 15 minute oil change. 2 hours I sat there being ignored by staff and watching the service department argue with each other.

Thank you Noah Johnson for being the Top Notch Salesman that you are. Professional, courteous and patient as we went on three road tests, and to find the car to meet my budget. I Love my 2018 Toyota Yaris IA. Sorry this took so long to write. Shout out to Darren in Service too for his patience and knowledge no wonder my Mom loves you.
