Had the a/c worked on here.they replaced compressor still did not blow cold. Had to take it back again they replaced an a/c line and didn't run it right . I had to reroute battery cables and other electrical wires myself be because there mechanic didn't care to route it properly was wearing on cables and lines. Then he zip tied the canister in instead using bolts. Now a/c clutch makes a roaring noise. When I called they said it was out of warranty. Lousy workmanship and service. I would never use this place again.Service: Air conditioning

Open the door, step right inside to a well maintained waiting area. The front desk mechanic was very helpful. Listening and taking care of our pre-antique classics Towncar. C&J highly recommends vehicle maintenance at Marianna Tire Company.

very professional and knowledgeable. my van broke down and they diagnosed it at no charge and then installed the part the next day and got my family back in the road for a reasonable price. thanks Fred and your crew was awesome.

Pricing was better than discount tire. Called in the morning about a set of tires, they didn t have them on hand but had them at the shop by noon. They had the tires on & alignment done a couple hours later for less than just the tires at discount tire! 100% highly recommend. Friendly owner & local business. If I need tires they are my first & only call from now on!

I want to bring attention the most amazing service that was provided to me and my family. From a group of professional and courteous team (possibly NASCAR pit crew) members.We were traveling down the I-10 towards Tallahassee Fl and our travel trailer tire blew out. After changing the tire, under extreme pressure from passing vehicles at the speed of dangerous, we decided for safety reasons to get a new tire immediately. We had called ahead and Trey, whom answered the phone, said they had one.Upon pulling into the parking lot we were met immediately by Caden while I was opening the door and he was already helping before I could even tell him what I needed.Upon inspection of the rest of the tires we decided for safety sake to replace all 4 tires.With service techs Caden plus another, and customer service Trey, they changed 4 tires and inspected spare, Invoiced and paid in approximately 30 minutes. I would suspect they ve been practicing for NASCAR pit crew the level of speed, service and professionalism they provided me and my family.Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

These guys are literally my hero. I drove up from Tampa for vacation and my car started squealing out of nowhere. Apparently a belt tensioner came loose and coolant wasn t getting to my engine. NOT ONLY did these guys get me in and out quickly, Mr. Frederick gave me a ride 15 mins down the road to where I needed to be while they worked on my car. True gentlemen, and my total bill was less than $275 once everything was fixed and my oil was changed! What a deal! If I could give these guys 10 out of 5 stars I would. I went from having a terrible morning to being saved by these ACTUAL ANGELS of men.

Best tire and auto repair in Jackson County, Florida. Marianna, Florida business established for many years doing tured, brakes and oil change. Call them or stop by for other services.

Called up there the day before to get a quote they told me $80-100 to have my new tires put on wheels. When I got the bill it was $160. Which is $60 more than most places I could have taken it to. Make sure they honor their quoted price before they start the work!!!!*edit - actually I did inform her the day before they were 35x12.50.20s that was literally the only reason I brought them to y all being y all were closer. Hell discount tires in tally where I usually go mount and balance 35/24s for $100 I got receipts . It s cool though you can bet I won t be back.Service: Tires

This place was amazing. They had a price that beat another local competitor that I had used for years. After some unsatisfactory service I decided to shop around. This place beat them by almost 200.00 for the exact same tires. I highly recommend them as they did an excellent job. We'll be moving all of our tire business here for sure.

This place robbed my son. My son's car was running hot. Didn't leak any fluids and told him that the radiator needed to be replaced. Well the car is still running hot. So it was not the raidiator. They took advantage of a man that is mentally challenged. Sad how businesses now a day takes advantage of the mentally challenged. Update: the reason the car was running hot is because of the radiator cap. A $15 part. So yes they did take advantage of my mentally challenged son.

I needed to replaced a tire. Fred assisted me. I can't say enough about how outstanding he and his staff are in every aspect. Fred found me an excellent used replacement tire. He went out of his way to call me and when I returned, he and his staff quickly installed the tire, saved me a ton of money and put me on the road again. I called to get a quote before going in to get my alignment and I was told $69. Then I get there and the guy at the desk tells me it'll be an hour. 2 hours later, I bring up the fact that it's taking too long and the guy gets very rude and then charges me an extra $3.50 for "shop supplies". Doesn't tell me what the charge is for or why he didn't tell me about it over the phone. Just charges me extra because I dared to complain. My bank has started a chargeback process for this illegal fee. Not the first issue I've had with this shopService: Wheel alignment

Just being honest with my review. They were very fast with the repairs on my car. It was too fast for my insurance coverage though. Granted they are short staffed. The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. My car is bouncing a little now, after the service here. Which either means shocks or alignment problems. And for some reason my car anti-theft alarm will not activate when I lock my car with button push. I am overall, disappointed with my first time experience here. However, I am satisfied with the work they did provide. My car is at least drivable. Thank you for your time, Marianna Tires Company.

The Marianna Tire employees were super friendly and professional. Jasmine at the front desk was super helpful and found my special order tires with a minimal wait (unexpected highway blowout which could have stranded me for days). The fellas in the shop changed my tires in a flash and even re-hitched my trailer. They actually made a difficult situation pleasant. I would highly recommend this family run business to anyone!Service: Tires

I went for an oil change and it took them 2 hours to pull my truck in. They kept taking everyone else that came in after me because they were older than I am. I think they should take them as they come in. Not pick and choose who your gonna help. No one had an appointment. They all walked in and got serviced before I did. I will never come back again!!Service: Oil change

Great place to have your vehicle service regularly! Oil change prices are lower than Walmart based on reports from others I know. I dont have my truck serviced at Walmart so it's only worth mentioning as an aside

Worst customer service by far. Will hold you there as long as they feel like it while they sit around talking. Then the manager had the nerve to get in my face and threaten me because I wanted to leave because my car was done but nobody would let me take it. We were here for one night and our jeep needed repairs before we headed out in the morning. This was late in the afternoon before we pulled in to their shop. They were fast and efficient. Staff was very knowledgeable of the problem and explained everything to us. Parts were also needed and they drove over to pick up these parts so we could be off in the morning. They went above and beyond. We would recommend tbese guys in a split second. Thanks.

Went to get a alignment, got in reasonably quick and they done a good job, only issues I had was, there wasn't a great deal of customer service, at one point I was getting ready to pay and the associate let someone ahead of me because he would rather help her first. The other issue I was charged $3.00 for shop supplies, when doing an alignment. There are no supplies used to do this.
