I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this dealership and my salesman, Chris Finch. They deserve a perfect rating of 5 stars! From start to finish, everything was top-notch and Chris always made sure to provide us with the best service and rates. We live in PCB and no dealership in the area can compare to them. The best part is that they even deliver the car and everything was done over the phone and through texts! We would definitely keep buying from Marianna Nissan. I am in love with my new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder!

We purchased a new Nissan rogue yesterday. Chris Finch created the nicest experience possible for us during this process. He is extremely knowledgeable with a totally non-pushy attitude. I have never purchased a vehicle with a car salesman that was this pleasant in my life. I highly recommend Marrianna Nissan to any first time or repeated buyer.

We recently purchased our Nissan Rogue from Marianna Nissan. Mark Bell was our Sales Consultant. He was amazing to work with! The whole process was simple and fast. They explained everything thoroughly and allowed us to take our time. We never felt rushed and he and the other staff were super helpful and friendly. We felt welcomed into the Nissan family instantly! We will definitely be recommending our friends and family to this dealership for their next car needs!

Great service!!! The team went out of their way to make sure everything was the way I wanted. Chris Finch was a great sales consultant and explained everything about the car in great detail. He also made sure I was aware of any follow-up processes such as service to vehicle and helpful with the Nissan app. The sales manager Micheal Hurst was exceptionally helpful, very involved and kept in touch throughout the process. Mr. Snell was friendly and helped the finance process/paperwork a smooth process. Would highly recommend business with them and I m beyond pleased with my vehicle purchase.

I arrived early and Mr. Johnston was there to greet me with a smile. He was thorough and friendly. He was also very personable. I was in and out in less than two hours. Car buying is always a drag but the team was helpful and made sure I understood all that was going on..

Our Salesperson is Chris Finch, and where could I begin? He is outstanding, and very personable! I ve went through a lot of car buying experiences, and let me say this one was the best one. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable and loved the car before making any hasty decisions, I ve always been a Toyota girl and he gave me comfort in choosing a Nissan! He didn t give me the whole car sales pitch either. I was by myself with my two toddlers: and needed to take the Nissan to my husband, he didn t hesitate to offer AND take out the car seats out of my current car I had and install them in the Nissan and even helped put the children in the car seat for me as well! Which really made it personable and took some load off of me. The car ride there, he told me some about the car, answered questions I had, but mostly our conversations were about my children and his children. He didn t push this car on me or my husband. He wanted us to make sure we knew what we wanted and were comfortable with before even talking prices, monthly payments, etc. he didn t ask our budget, what we wanted to spend in payments, nothing, he just wanted us to love our vehicle. Chris went above and beyond and I am so thankful! Typically you spend HOURS at a dealership, we spent 3 total, 25 mins of it was the approval, (not like most dealerships and it s usually 2 hrs just for the approval to come through), the rest was me and my husband test driving, asking questions and looking at another vehicle to make sure we wanted the one we got. The customer service manager, Wendy, was top notch and made sure our little ones had coloring to occupy time and changed the Channel to Cocomelon, and even offered snacks for them! She was very kind! Overall, I had such a great experience at this dealership and would 100% recommend business with them and ask for Chris Finch! Thank you Chris and the lovely people at Marianna Nissan, and thank you Ronnie for all the help and getting things pushed through quickly!! You re amazing!

I went to Marianna Nissan this afternoon for a diagnostic check on my car i previous purchases through another company. My car turned out to having more problems than a little bit. I was stressed and just had it but Gary Adams and Shelby Roberts was a true blessing to me today! Thank you both for the blessing you gave me. I want say what it was but just know I appreciated dearly. I pray God continues to bless you both.

Michael Hurst Is truly a life saver! Right here at the holidays, I found myself needing a vehicle! He and Tony We're so very helpful in finding the perfect vehicle! Making sure it was even topped off with gas for my long drive home! Absolutely absolutely a wonderful experience! All of the paperwork was ready for me to sign upon arriving at the dealership! Would truly recommend either one of these gentlemen to anyone who needs!

It was such a great experience purchasing our new vehicle from Marianna Nissan. Our salesman, Chris Finch, did a great job making several meetings with me, answering all my questions, and helping me find the right car for our family. Chris took a very low pressure approach to the entire sales experience, which is not something I am used to when buying a used car. He wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase and at a price that worked for us.I was super happy with the entire team. Chris, the managers, and everyone else was super nice to me and my family. We really felt welcome and like more than just a sales number. Next time I need a car, I will just save myself the hassle and shop at this location.

I had reached out to Jeff Snell about a Chevy Silverado Truck that they had at another location. He immediately started gathering information and started playing with the numbers. By that afternoon he had me a comparable truck that we test drove, and then found a better deal on a Nissan Frontier Pro X on the lot. He got me situated with Chris Finch and Chris was above amazing. He made sure that I was well taken care of and got the Truck I wanted at the Payments that I could afford. I was very impressed by the quickness and level of professionalism that Jeff and Chris gave me. I love my new truck and will highly recommend my experience at Marianna Nissan. Overall 5 Star Service!

Gary was great. He kept me informed about the repair on my car and was very through in explaining what the problem was. Out of the others in the service department inside he was the one actually helping customers. Definitely knows what customer service is about. Will definitely ask for his assistance if I have any issues again

Can t recommend Marianna Nissan - and Chris Finch in particular - highly enough. They waited patiently for me as I arrived late to my appointment (and long after closing) due to a long drive that turned out to be well worth it. Knowledgeable, affable & considerate, I was struck most by how straightforward and easy Chris made the process, in stark contrast to every other experience I ve ever had buying a car. I will definitely be back next time we need a new vehicle, and I would advise anybody even from quite a ways away to make the trip it s more than worth it!

Once again God has blessed me more than I deserve. Got a new car. If you're looking for a new car check out Marianna FL. Nissan. Check out salesman Chris Finch a very easy group of people to work with. Made us a super good deal took a 32,000 car and dropped the price the 28,000 on a brand new Nissan Rogue. The local dealers will not even budge or talk about budging.

On December 29th, 2023 I went to Marianna Nissan as a first time customer with a cool and leak issue. The service manager was rude and told me even though I had an appointment at 7:30 am and was the first customer there, that it would be 3-4 hours before they could even look at my car. There were no other customers there and 4-5 service technicians were just standing around. They wasted my time and I ll never go back again.

I had the pleasure to work with Chris he made sure to take the time to explain to me what kind of choice I was making and just made the experience of getting my first car the best possible!!!! Christopher Finch was very helpful and I would definitely come back. He made the experience very easy and he was a delight. He was not pushy or rude. He was very respectful, helpful, kind and just down to earth, just all around easy to talk and had no problems answering any of our questions.
