I see alot of mixed reviews but my experience was excellent and I have no complaints. I already had a car financed and that created some red flags but they was able to get around it and get me in a Colorado. The interest rates and monthly payments were way lower than I expected too. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Tiffany.

We were referred to Marianna Chevrolet from our local mechanical shop when we encountered issues they could not remedy. Setting the appointment was easy and the scheduler understood our concerns. We arrived for the diagnosis and the service was timely. The service manager was professional and explained what was needed. We rescheduled an appointment for the repairs. When we arrived for the repairs we were early. The service department got us in right away and the repairs were completed in a very timely fashion. I am in my 60's and must say this is the very best service I have had at a dealership in many years. I would recommend this group to anyone needing Chevy service.

From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were important! Justin calmed us in a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road and was excited to do so! Let me start by saying the local guys seem like great guys and my review is not concerning them. I found a truck online at their sister dealer in Lucedale, MS and called on a Monday. It was ordered in and sitting on their lot by Tuesday afternoon. I had financing finalized and a purchase order in hand that same afternoon. I offered to come on down but since they had already scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday at noon they said I could just come then. I get 20 minutes away from the dealership and get a phone call from the guys in Marianna saying that the dealership in MS had a guy interested but that if I could get there and get papers signed before the other guy that it was mine. I sped up some and made a phone call back offering to put a down payment to hold it until I arrived and was told that they could not do that. I get there to be rushed inside to start on paperwork, pen in hand. After 30 minutes of paperwork the sales manager comes in to inform us that the truck has been sold in Mississippi and that I was essentially SOL. I spent 3 hours between the drive down/back and filling out paperwork, not to mention time on Monday and Tuesday lining up financing, etc, to be told it was sold. They really need to take another look at their processes and systems to ensure this doesn't happen again. All I got was an apology through text (Even after their corporate office said that something didn't seem right while filling them in on the situation)As it stands I will never do business with any dealer belonging to this group moving forward. As I prefaced this comment, my issue is not with the local salesmen, but with the dealership group as a whole. Why would they ship a truck 4 hours to turn around and sell it before the person they shipped it for even had a chance to sit in the drivers seat?

Job well done. On a Thursday late afternoon traveling from Fla to Texas my 2019 2500hd diesel started missing, check engine light illuminated, Service Exhaust System Required and Maximum Speed Reduced to 65 mph . I called the closest dealership, Marianna Chevrolet, they made an appointment for the next morning at 8 a.m.I limped in and Service Writer, Jason M. went above and beyond and handled this unhappy stranded traveler, sorry Jason as I m sure I was in sour mood.The job was given to the mechanic, Don. He found a bad/shorted fuel injector and connector, (the book says 6 hours labor!!!). I caught him as he pulled my truck out explained in detail how and why the injectors fail and what was required to get back on the road. You guys had me out and on my way before closing shop for the weekend, job well done, thanks Marianna Chevy!

Very friendly staff, Edwin greeted me as soon as I arrived. Answered my questions, asked several follow up questions to make sure they had all the necessary information. Let me know how long the appointment would take and immediately sent me a text where I could get updates. My vehicle was ready early and they immediately called to let me know. We have done business with Rahal/Marianna Chevrolet for 15 years and will continue to do so!

Review has nothing to do with guy who sold us a truck, he was great, and now no longer working there. , but after paying cash for truck, we then had to call and call over and over to trying to get Title, Dealership Always saying it was being mailed,, then later saying they didn't have my wife's drivers license, which was given twice, we called tag office several times to find out, Dealer Brought title then had to pick back up a few days later because they didn't sign, spoke to Title clerk also at Dealership.Bottom line, it took exactly 3 months to receive our title, and even then we went to Court House, tag office and picked it up ourselves. Poor Business management.

The service we received at this dealership was superb. We searched and searched for the best deal on a Tahoe and we found it here. Very easy to work with and five star treatment. The sales manager Josh was very patient and insisted he would give us the best deal. He was correct! We purchased our 2023 Tahoe Z71 from him. The transaction was seamless. He had our vehicle delivered to Jacksonville, FL and gave us a good deal for delivery. Our car was handled with care and looked exactly like the pictures he sent. I will not hesitate to call him in the future for the best deal! Thank you!!

Made an appointment to see a car and a day before the appointment called to ask about it and was passed around and told would be called back. Call never came so called back and found out the car wouldnt be there. Horrible customer service.Update: Had 2 calls back to back the next day. The first saying that the car we were told was in the process of being sold was at the store and the second asking why we missed our appointment even after talking to the sales manager the day before who told us the car was in the process of being sold so we canceled the appointment. And they number the "owner" gave me to just the general number of the dealership and had no idea about the review.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Our brand new 2023 truck was towed by GMC roadside on April 11th. We waited until around 11am to call on April 12th. They swore they didn't have it. They magically found the truck and let us know the battery was dead and they didn't know how to move it into the shop. Mind you, we are stranded in this town. We got an uber (luckily bc it's scarce out there) and they had no updates for us. They were just chit chatting and had no intention on working on our vehicle stating it could be a couple weeks. They refused to answer our phone calls and even GMC corporate. We thought we had hope as our dealership we purchased it from said they have the part that this dealership claimed it was but if they sent it they said they couldn't guarantee it would be used on our vehicle. Also, supposedly said they were not allowed to transfer parts from other dealerships. Finally towards the end of May corporate was arranging our truck to be towed to our dealership. Magically about 30mins later we receive a call our truck is fixed. They tow it to us (as we are 3 1/2 hours away) May 30th at 8:50pm. June 1st we are able to inspect the vehicle in daylight (we do work for a living and didn't have a chance before then). They had our passenger panel off and an old fuse in the seat. Our assumption is that is all they did was replace a fuse. Of course this is just the beginning of our problems as it has now been at a total 3 different dealerships. We are unable to get assistance for our expenses at this time. So Buyer Beware. Do not choose a GMC because if there is a problem GMC is not helping you, especially at this dealership.

Came just for an oil change and the mechanic also put in ani into the low tires. Actually received a hassle free discount. Service employees were great and wait time was short. This is the first dealership in over 10 years that we would buy a car from in the future, but we re moving at the end of the month. Thank you.

Horrible customer service! They hold your car for labor fees and trust me they re not gonna fix it. How do I go there with no engine light on but now my car engine light is on?? Right turn signal problem but didn t know how to fix that but know how to charge you for doing nothing. Get this they said customer refuse service? No! I wanted my car back after it was just sitting up there for 3 days with nothing done. You get no updates! That girl Victoria one of the car advisors is rude and argumentative. Apparently nobody taught her how to speak to customers. The dude Edwin talk over you and don t listen because apparently he like to hear himself talk, and not the customer! He suppose to be a manager but act very unprofessional! This had to be my worst experience ever! I advise you and your family take your car someplace else!

I brought my Sierra to Marianna GMC to diagnose and fix a check engine light. This dealership and service center is about an hour from where I live but the service at my local GMC dealer is horrendous. I made an appt for 7:30 and right at 7:30 my service advisor Edwin, met me out front, got some details and immediately got my truck in for diagnoses. I waited on the vehicle in the shop and my truck was diagnosed and fixed that morning so within the hour!Even though this dealership is out of the way, they will continue to receive my business for all warranty repairs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful especially, Edwin.I would highly recommend this GM service center over any other in the NW Florida area.

Staff was VERY RUDE TO ME! Over charged me for oil change! Oil change was almost $300 with 2 coupons!!! DID NOT top off my fluids, got rude with me when I pointed it out! My truck was purchased from your dealership brand new! Lifetime warranty! My daughter has bought SUVs with CASH from your dealership! The way I was treated deserves a written and verbal apology! I nor my family will never use your dealership again and I will tell everyone I know to NOT use your Dealership! This is not the first time I have been treated poorly by your dealership! There seems to be problems everytime I come in for my regular maintenance! I even spoke my concerns with the last call I got from previous oil change.Fluids are never checked and topped off and tires are never aired up even upon request!!!Something needs to be done!Cathy

Ronnie did an excellent job of finding me a Bolt EUV with what I needed. He kept up good communication on the delivery status and made the final purchase smooth and easy. I was anxious about last minute 'hickups' or changes to what was agreed to over txt and email but it wasn't necessary. Everything was as promised. Marianna is a little out of the way from Tallahassee but the customer service and simple purchasing prices made the hour drive with it. If you're looking, test drive locally then reach out. 90% of my deal was handle through txt and email (very convenient on my schedule) so I just had to show up and sign the paperwork. My bet is that the extra hour drive could save you big on the final price.

From the phone conversation with Edwin, to speaking with Victoria in person, and every employee encounter I've come in contact with at Marianna Chevrolet, it has been an absolute pleasure coming here. I really tried not to do this but yall keep insisting that I do a review, so here goes. I got my '15 GMC Yukon Denali XL towed in due to a #7 injector malfunction. (Multiple mechanics and OBD scans said the same thing) but a couple of bolts got broken so we figured we would let the "professionals" handle it. Or so we thought, but instead of listening to what was told to them multiple times (drill out the bolts and run their own tests) they insisted that i had a dropped lifter and I needed a new motor, they found a motor, put it in with my old valve cover because apparently the one on the new motor didnt match my vacuum line from my SUV. Said everything was fine and was running great. Got my Sister in law to go get it and she drove it for 1 hr....well she took it back to GMC because it was...wait for it...doing the same thing it was doing when it was towed in a week prior. They "fixed" it yet again and I sent my mother in law in to pick it up this time. Well I'll be damned if it didn't do it again....so back to the shop we go and guess what....3rd times a charm...they replaced all the injectors and now it runs....just because you have a certificate stating you can work on cars doesn't mean you know absolutely everything. Maybe if you take the time to listen it wouldn't have taken multiple trips back into your shop. I won't ever bring anything there again!! Hope yall have a Merry Christmas though.

I will not be coming back due to the price hike of services. I was normally charge between $120-$130 for a oil change. I wasn t told about the price change until services were done. I was charged $287 for oil change never again.

We looked all over for a specific car and every place we looked that was nearby could not meet our budget. Looking a little further out I found my car and they could get the numbers to fit my budget! From the very beginning working with Josh via phone was so easy. Josh was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Once I made the drive out there Tiffaney picked me up from where I turned my old lease in and we went for a test drive. Working with Tiffaney was like buying a car from a trusted friend. Everything went smooth. She wasn t pushy about the sale. Tiffaney even helped me with some new apps that came with the car!In the finance department where I met fellow Star Wars nerds Brandon and Jonathan they were a huge help walking me through the numbers.I appreciate the whole team over there at Marianna Chevrolet.Thank YouI Love my new car!!

They were great. We were on vacation, and two of our tires' steel belts separated. They were so nice to find tires to replace them and get us on our way. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Thanks for all your help.
