Matthew and Dylan helped me beyond words. They got me into a reliable Jeep I'll have for years and with payments that make sense! There was 0 hassle whatsoever and a very fast process (we drove from Tallahassee). Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful There was never a point of confusion or miscommunication. 10/10 experience!

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a great vehicle at an unbeatable price!! Tyler took great care of me and my mom and got me into my dream truck, I live in Memphis and Beth made sure I got my tags and registration taken care of personally!! Ten out of ten stars!!

Our salesman was Matthew. We told him we would look at it on Saturday as we had already worked out the finance part. We showed up today (Friday) and it was in the shop. I was concerned about that, but he let us check it out in the shop. They were very transparent about some safety issues they found and fixed them with no additional cost. I was able to speak to the mechanic as well.10 stars is what we give them this dealership from me and my family !

We bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox LT this afternoon and I can honestly say it was the easiest, smoothest and fastest car buying experience I have EVER had. The entire staff was friendly, the sales manager Jeff was awesome and the finance manager Tyler was a pleasure to deal with. All the sales associates were so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and vibe of the dealership was wonderful. If you need a vehicle, I would absolutely recommend Key Motors of Marianna!

Without writing a book here. I just want to say Colby and Chad did an amazing job. I have been to 6 dealerships in 2 states and 4 different counties and spent hours of research. Thier prices are the best around, fantastic customer service, upfront prices, and amazing price on my trade. They beat other dealerships on my trade 30-50 percent more. And other dealerships gave me a the internet price then added on nearly 7k in dealer fees.. I have a long list of dealerships I will never go to and 1 dealership that will always have my business. Thanks for the amazing experience.

Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition from this dealership a few days before Christmas. We were en route to Texas to see family when our Explorer died and we needed another vehicle. Mike the salesman was fantastic, no high pressure sales and helped us complete the paperwork in a timely manner since we were in a hurry. The issue is with Tyler, the finance manager. When we were completing the loan paperwork, he stated that if we ran into any issues driving to Texas, let him know and send the invoice and it will be taken care of. Well, there were a few issues. Mainly, coolant leaking out of both hoses and the car overheating once we got to our destination. To replace both hoses and refill coolant, we were charged $700. I contacted Tyler and he said send him the invoice and it will be sent to the GM and taken care of. Sent him the invoice on Dec 27th and was told the GM was in Pennsylvania, he would be back on Jan 2nd. Well, that date came and went. Texted Tyler to no response. Emailed him to no response. Left a voicemail to no response. Other nice surprises with the vehicle was I was told it recently had an oil change. I put Amsoil in my cars, so when I changed the oil, you could tell it had not been changed in a while, the oil plug was crusted over and the oil filter was filthy and you could tell it had been there a while. The AC did not blow cold air, but it was 40 degrees when we bought the car, so couldn't tell how bad it was until temperatures warmed up a few weeks later. Brought it in today to have it serviced, and the mechanic said who ever serviced it last put an an older style of freon in it, contaminating the system. The rear AC blower did not work which we mentioned to Tyler in the email as well. So, the bill to fix the rear blower and charge the AC system with the proper freon was $960. I would not trust this dealership and would not do business with them again.

Michael Ward is the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He was very polite, professional, and not once did he beat around the bush about anything. Very honest man. We needed a vehicle spur of the moment and he made that happen along with the finance team and kept our numbers exactly where we needed/wanted them. This is an exceptional dealership. If you need a car this should be your first stop! We will be forever customers for any future purchases. Customer service is top notch! When I bought my vehicle almost 2 years ago my salesman, Dylan Pforte, drove it to me in Panama City. I needed service on it recently and he answered my call immediately and did not hesitate to assist me! I will always come back to him for my car purchases! He relayed me to the service department where Allison took care of my issues without question. I have never been treated with more respect and care at a repair center than I was by Allison. She answered all my questions, staying in touch with me throughout the process, and greeted me with patience and kindness each time I reached out! This dealership can't be beat! Thank you for your amazing customer service! You will always have my business!

If you need a car new or used you MUST go see Larry he truly cares for his customers and it shows! He tells it like it is and what it s not and will work harder for you than anyone I have ever seen in car sales!! If you don t have Larry on the deal and Tyler in finance you have cheated yourself. Larry and Tyler worked the impossible for me (very difficult situation) and got me into my beautiful 2020 mustang convertible! My wife and I recently decided it was time to trade in her 2015 Mustang for a more comfortable and bigger vehicle. I narrowed the search down to either a Grand Cherokee or a Durango. The hunt was on to find the right one. I like using Cars.com for all my car window shopping. I found the vehicle we were going to buy from another dealership and when I called they sadly informed me someone had already put a deposit down on it. We were both pretty upset with getting excited about it just for it to be gone that quick. We almost gave up the search but then I came across an identical model from Key Jeep in Marianna FL. It was one year newer and priced cheaper. I thought for sure it would be gone but we got lucky. I m so happy we did. Our sales rep was Dylan Pforte and come to find out his family had recently sold the dealership to Key after more than 60yrs of ownership. Our experience was so personal and down home feeling. Even though the family doesn t own the dealership anymore it was buy far the best dealership experience I have ever had. And I have purchased from multiple different dealerships in the past. I don t think I will be in the market anytime soon but if I am I can promise you that I will return to see Dylan for that purchase. If you and your family are in the market for a new or even used vehicle and want the best price with a wonderful buying experience I highly recommend you go see Dylan.

I started this morning prepared for a long day of car shopping. To my surprise, the first and only stop I needed to make was to was Key. Larry, Jeff and Tyler made me feel welcome, relaxed and I loved talking with them. Honest people. No pressure. It was the easiest and most pleasant auto buying experience. They gave me a great deal on an awesome suv and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a car, I recommend visiting them first. They offer great customer service. We were able to complete the entire process online and a few phone calls in one day. We live in Pittsburgh, PA and drove that night to FL to pick up our new car, when we arrived everything was ready to go, signed the documents and we were on our way! Found the exact car I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership!

What can I say! Thank God because we were set to leave our campsite and go to our next destination when the truck quit on us. We towed it to this place and at first they said they would not be able to get to it for two days. But praise God, who always takes care of us, they were able to look at it and repair it all within a day! We wanted to thank them for their service!

I needed an auxiliary (ESS) battery for my Wrangler and took the car to my local dealership for repair. The service manager explained that they had to test the battery and if necessary, would replace it. "Three hours" is what I was told. They kept the car for more than 8 hrs. and nothing was done. I had to pick up the car for a road trip the next morning without the repair. In Marianna, FL, I called Key Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Erik gave me an appointment that same day. The job took exactly one hour and the ESS system was working again. THANK YOU, Key Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep for a job well-done.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership a year ago and we have loved the car since Larry has helped us twice get into a vehicle. I'd recommend going to him personally to get a vehicle.

A local dealer who is willing to work with you in order to get you in a vehicle that will work for you. Friendly staff and easy going. Assured my every question and made sure everything was buttoned up on a used vehicle I brought to ensure it was just like new.
