The towing man was fast and nice and arrived on the scene fast. The female boss was very nice and helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle. The service was five star and I will use them again in the future. I also will recommend them to family and friends. The best towing and service in marianna florida.

I am highly upset with John automotive. Back in august of 2021 I supplied brake pads along with other parts to be replaced. I soon found out that the break pads were never replaced. I took my car back up there 2 times after it was supposedly replaced informing them what I noticed my front wheels were making a grinding and squeaking noice every-time i pressed on my breaks. Remind you it wasn t making those noises until I went to them. Both times I went nothing was never resolved. So I took it upon my self to get my uncle who is a certified mechanic to take a look at what is going on he showed me that the pads were the problem and that it was never replace. So, I had to re purchase break pads and paid for it to be replaced. I was charged for labor and the break pads I supplied to them back in august of 2021 was basically stolen from me. As I called them this morning about it the owner and the co worker where very rude, unprofessional, and are giving me a hard time to get me the money they owe me back! If you are a female DO NOT do business with them. They ll take advantage of the fact that you re a female and screw you for your money!

Ordered a wrecker for 2 cars. They said they would be there by 12 pm.....Never came. When I called owner said he told them not to go because they were full. They just never called me to let me know. Forced to take my biz else where.

Do not come here. Will not stand behind their warranties and can't diagnose issues correctly. Cheaper places nearby that know what their doing.

i have never seen more incompetence than i experienced with john and his staff,,,,i to was in the mechanic field and would be embarrassed to have a customer have to return four times to fix a simple routine repair....and all his staff took a turn and still could not fix or find a freon leak...charged over a grand...wow!!!! if hes not embarressed then i"m embarrassed for him....i would not recommend him to anyone.

I did not do buisness with this person but was there when a family member did but not by choice. The owner was very rude. He charged $100 to tape plastic over too windows on a totaled vehical. He also charged $255.00 to store the vehical for 12 hours.

Best place in Jackson County Florida for all your vehicle needs. Took my vehicle there for engine maintenance and not only did they find and fix the issue, they were beyond fair with the price. It s so hard to find an hard working , honest mechanic shop. Until now. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else. Hands down, best service around. There is no competition when it comes to John Bryant s Automotive, true league of their own.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I got my car towed and they told me it would be $65 dollars to pick up my car to go .4 miles I work next door so I had it towed there, They stated that to Myself, my sister, and my insurance company. I went in for an issue with my car overheating, I received the bill and they charged me 150 for towing the car and 170 for a coolant flush. The people were nice but it was just shady and they said they only take cash, I don t know if it is because I am a young female but I know they took advantage of me and my boyfriend is a mechanic and he looked at it and they didn t fix anything I still have the same issue.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

John Bryan is a man of integrity who runs an honest business. Our family was in a very desperate situation - we were 6 hours from home when our vehicle broke down. They were the only ones willing to look at it same day. We were already limited because it is a diesel. They took our truck in as soon as we arrived, which still amazes me when I think of how busy they always were! My family spent a lot of time there initially because we were unsure of the exact cause of the problem. Everyone was very kind to us. As soon as we realized the repair would be extensive, we decided to rent a car. One of the mechanics offered to drive us to the rental office on his personal time (so thankful because it was 100 degrees). The mechanics were diligent and repaired our truck as quickly as they could. They were very thorough to check over everything and found another small problem, which they were also quick to repair. We anticipated a large bill because of the nature of the work done and were stunned when we saw the total. We d never bothered to ask what they charged, and they most definitely were very fair! I would recommend this business to anyone, anytime, anywhere. If we didn t live so far away, we d be happy for them to handle the maintenance and repairs on all of our vehicles. Thank you so much John Bryan Automotive for proving that honest mechanics still exist!! God bless you and your business.

We were on vacation and got stranded in Marianna with 5 kids (an hour from where we were staying). The shop we were recommended could not repair it (alternator) until the next day and there were no rental cars to be had. I called around and John Bryan came and picked us up on his wrecker, took us to his shop, and put us directly on the lift. An hour later we were on our way. We are so thankful that he was willing to take care of us right away.

Very helpful, everyone is helpful and nice. They even have a sign that says "no profanity please".There labor cost is not high priced and parts are not overpriced.A real true company out to help everyone during the hard times we are all facing .......

Never go to this place. They charged us almost a thousand dollars. All they did was spray silicone around the transmission.

We broke down on I-10 while passing through the area. Thankfully we made it to John s Automotive! We called ahead and Missy was kind and assured us that they could help us. Kenneth was on duty and immediately identified the problem and was able to repair it. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and the price was fair. Highly recommend this company!

I recommend highly this place the owner and his mechanics go above and beyond to do the job right the first time. You can see John's dedication and his knowledge and his employees knowledge. These guys are amazing. You will not be disappointed by there work at all.

They said my car would be ready the same day, then the next day, then the day after that... wasn't ready until a week later. Today! And then the guy CHARLIE who's never spoken with me before was so rude because he wanted to charge me more than the price they gave me yesterday! He told me I better change my attitude before he charge me a lot more than what was told to me. I asked to speak with John 3 days after my car was initially supposed to be ready and the mechanic told me that johns on vacation and he'll be back in a week and a half if I want to speak with him. I will never take my car back there. Now it's shaking when I drive it as if they broke something else!

they replaced my alternator with a $50 "2 year warranty" markup from o'reilleys price on a LIFETIME GUARANTEED part. This did not include labor costs. My serp. belt was squealing within a day of getting it back, then they charged me another $119 to fix that because it was "shredded" (funny how TWO of them couldn't see anything wrong with it when I took it back to them complaining about the belt squeeling). My experience has always been these two things go hand in hand; when you change the alternator you check the belt. I guess not with these guys unless you want to waste time and money. A refund was out of the question because it's just an "unfortunate situation" according to them. Also when i called and complained saying you just lost a costumer, their response was, "whatever man..." I will never go back to them!

They have did work for me before and did a great job .but to charge somebody 45 dollars just to take a tire off not put back on but to take whole tire off is absurd and a ripoff and every other mechanic shop i told said same dam thing smh i am disappoi ted at the man charging that much so they wont get my business nomore..... Needless to say i called another wrecker service and they only charged for towing and 10 to take tire off , 10 to put tire back on ....
