I started my day with a low pressure warning while traveling in the area. The people at Jim Whaley Tires quickly worked me into the schedule and found a screw through the sidewall, rendering my tire useless. They had an acceptable replacement tire in stock. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Great customer service!!!!!

Excellent customer service experience!Had a flat tire just outside of Marianna, Florida and came across Jim Whaley Tires. Josh (Assistant Manager) and Landon (Tire Technician) were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to take care of replacing our tire in short order.I would highly recommend this tire service center to anyone in need.

These guys are absolute ANGELS. I had two flat tires on a loaded trailer, sitting in the loading area at Lowes. Had no idea who to call. I had heard of Whaley's Tires so that's who I called. These guys arrived and within minutes they had the tires aired up & we were on our way. I will certainly be paying them a visit soon to discuss putting a new set of tires on my truck. Thank you again for your assistance.

Came in for tire rotation ended up with new brakes and balanced. They finished it while we were at the gym. The guy was very nice.

Our fifth wheel camper had a tire issue while traveling through your city. Austin took care of us and our tire issue very quickly, before the storms blew in. I would recommend them to everyone!

This is the only place I will bring my truck to. They have awesome mechanics that actually fix your vehicle and I have never felt taken advantage of being a woman. Trusting a place of business to do what they say and following through with it make a difference to me. I've never been over charged for work done either. The guys at the desk are always friendly, courteous and I've always felt comfortable going in the showroom/waiting area. It's always been clean and comfortable to wait in while your vehicle is serviced. Keep up the great work guys, you have my respect. I have and will send all my friends and family to you.

I've always had good luck with JWT. From fixing my tractor tire on the farm to New tires on the wife's car. Always felt good with the service. BF Goodrich my favorite tires.

They won't mount any tires unless they sell them so like up north when you you switch from summer to winter tires they claim their insurance doesn't cover something

Austin was a great help. I m in the industry my self and had a tire blow out while on a road trip and Austin helped me with getting a tow truck and he went and picked up my specific tire because I have low profile tires and gave me a discount. I had to meet my dog Trainer in Marianna on yesterday and discovered I had a flat tire as I was headed back home. I remembered seeing this tire company from the road and pulled in. I explained to the gentleman that I am from out of town and in desperate need to get home. He immediately took my car to the bay and fixed my tire. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I didn t catch his name, but he was truly an angel and I appreciate his kindness. I will pay it forward because we need more people like him in this world!

Made an appointment for an alignment as soon as they opened at 7:30. They didn't even get my car into the bay until 8. They were finished and returned the car back to me at 8:45. They did not test drive it except in the parking lot from the garage to the parking spot so I am not sure how they considered it properly aligned. I take it out onto the highway and it is only slightly better, still pulling far to the passenger side. I would have went back except I have work and could not let them waste any more of my time. $100 down the drain. Will never be back.Service: Wheel alignment

7/6/2023 and just left the store.My friend told me that I needed brakes very bad and that my tire needed to be replaced asap.Aaron and the staff did it again! I ca. He cared was extremely helpful, and while i was ready to call my brother in law (for money), i didn't need him because everything checked out and was fine.These folks at Jim Whaley!!S/NMy husband passed due to Covid. I get extremely anxious when dealing with anything he may have handled.Excellent and HONEST service in 2023!

Use them for alignments for our business 80$ later steering wheel still crooked and they never test drove it. (We drove it aroud the parking lot is what they td us ) Gave us excuses time after time on multiple occasions. No longer will use them do not recommend. They offered to fix it yes but the 3rd time of having issues and excuses after excuses I don't care to come back. I'll pay another 80$ to have the there problem fixed and keep telling people who not to use.

These folks are awesome. They even took the wheels off the trailer for us, the last place we went to made us pull and replace the wheels. They appreciate military service as well. They made a bad day turn around. Thank you!

The front desk manager does a fantastic job of running this place! They were super busy today but he made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. The techs were also great and I will continue to take my vehicles to them. Stopped in to get a valve core replaced. They fixed and found a screw in tire. the Chevy dealer looked at it and would not fix it. Jim Whalen guys fix and on our way. Save me from paying for two new tires! Great job Phillip!!Service: General repairsService: General repairs

Had an alignment done here after I put new tie rod ends on my car. It was quick and the car drives straight. No, they re not cheap, but they re good and quick. Remember the old adage, Good, fast, and cheap. Pick any two LOL

Car battery went completely dead while driving. Coasted into a gas station and realized it needed a new alternator. Called and got it towed and they took me immediately. Other places said Monday or Tuesday. They had the part in stock and was fixed and back on road in an hour. Friendly, easy to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend.Service: Battery

I had a tire leak. They got me right in and checked my tire, no waiting. The core was bad in the stem so they replaced it with no charge. I will go back!

Priced a little bit more than what I'm used to just to repair a couple of tires. Had 2 tires with slow leaks repaired for $45. Excellent as far as customer service and wait times.

I brought a car on a trailer and was having trouble taking the straps off. A young guy named Austin took it upon himself to come out and helped me. He got it done! Customer service is 100%.
