The service team greeted me upon my appointment time. The estimate of service was an hour to an hour and a half. Service was completed in less than 40 minutes. Great staff quick service very mindful of my time.

I had a flat tire last night and Firestone took me right in! Service was amazing! Thanks boy's!! I was there possibly 30 mins! Very Satisfied!!

6 months after Firestone left my drain plug loose and destroyed my engine...Still don't have my car back and Firestone says it isn't responsible for an electrical issue that has arisen after the engine replacement. They only paid for a rental for 2 months and left me stranded with no car for 4 months. Subaru or Firestone refuse to take responsibility. Careful about who you let touch your car. Bring a running car in with zero issues, and get blamed for a failed repair. It's your fault that there is electrical problems.Turns out the electrical issue was imaginary and Subaru of Ocala damaged the crank sensor sprocket.Incompetence on Firestone and Ocala all the problems caused by them left me dealing with their mistakes.

Very argumentative guy inside.Stopped on my way traveling due to I got a nail in my tire. Guy inside was rude and wanted to argue with me about what coverage I had purchased with my tires. The techs had done a fast job that failed and only lasted just past Tallahassee down the road. Leaving me having yo put my spare tire on my truck. When I call the guy inside says to come back. I am not able to just turn around. Will never go to this location ever again. Wish I could put negative stars. Wasted my time.

Front diff, 350 super duty dam right it went perfect very fast service.yes but the thing is this is a wait place it will take long I did wait 2 hours xD

Although the workers are friendly, it is extremely slow service I had an appointment today for 10:00 am oil change. I arrived at 9:45 am. They finally finished a basic oil change at 1:30 pm! It took 3 1/2 hours !

Excellent service! Nothing like breaking down on a weekend and realizing Firestone is the ONLY mechanic open on weekends in the entire region! Idler pulley gave out and belt was toast. They were able to take in the vehicle before closing and diagnosed it first thing the following morning and had me on my way in the afternoon. This shop takes care of you! There are NO Ubers or Lyfts, not even a taxi in the entire town. They picked me up. Pricing was fair, they go out of their way to get parts and I was very thankful for their service. Most expensive oil change I've ever had. Long story short, drain plug was left loose. Engine seized stranded on the side of the road, added about $1,000 to my trip. Had car towed to Subaru. Firestone's insurance department did pay for the new engine and the rental until Subaru of Ocala had a problem diagnosing why they car won't start after replacing the engine. Now I'm left footing the bill for the rental which is $37 a day. Out of pure incompetence at both places and 2 and a half months without my car. I'm left with Subaru who can't tell me what's wrong, on top of them telling firestone's insurance department that my aftermarket remote start was the issue. That turned out to be false but too late Firestone cut the rental off.Worst customer service ever. Called the insurance company 5 times and left email and I have not spoken to a single soul from their claims dept. Still waiting on Subaru to give me my car back, but apparently Firestone will make you pay for their incompetence.DO NOT GO HERE YOU MIGHT BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCEService: Oil change

I normally do not give bad reviews. However this location should have better time management. I had a 1 pm appointment for 2 new tires and an oil changed and a wheel alignment I dropped my vehicle off early way before appointment time. I came back at 530 pm. Only to find out they hadn't even started on my vehicle. I was told it would be at least another hr or so or I could come back in the morning. (Keep in mind they close at 7pm) I left the facility at 615 pm and service never even began on my vehicle. It literally was a waste of time making an appointment. I could have went elsewhere and been a walk in and got serviced. I'm highly d disappointed with this service. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Didn't perform the alignment I was scheduled for due to bushing being worn out, but inspected the rest of the suspension to recommend which additional parts need to be replaced. Will go back in a few weeks to get the alignment performed after I replace the required parts. Overall great service and would recommend

I was so thankful for the Marianna Fire Stone Crew today! They were very friendly and took great care of the Enterprise Rental car that I am in at this time! I drove in at 1:30 with three different diagnostic readings on the car and was able to pick it back up at 6:30 ready for me to keep for the next few weeks - thank you so much for the great service . Every time I've been there we've had to wait hours for something simple and always had to go back because it drives worse than when we went in. The only good thing is their tires. I like Firestone tires but their service sucks. We live 45mins away. It is literally an entire day to get tires balanced & rotated then another full day to get it aligned. I'd recommend finding anyone else.

I was driving home to New Orleans from Disney world when my A/C stopped blowing. With it being summer, it was unbearably hot in the car without it. After a few calls, I found Firestone. When I called I spoke with Mason, the store manager. He told me to head on over. While I was there, he was quickly able to figure out and fix my a/c all while explaining what was wrong with it and why it happened. Definitely made us feel comfortable during a stressful moment in the drive home. I would recommend this place to anyone whether they live in this town or just passing through like me. Mason was so incredibly helpful when I took my work car in to be serviced. He, quite literally and figuratively, went the extra mile to drive to Panama City to get the 4 new tires my car needed because his location didn t have them. My car was ready before closing time. He delivered a smile and a great, friendly personality both times I walked through the door. Highly recommend Marianna Firestone to anyone in need of a smiling face and great service for their vehicle!

Cannot thank this store enough! We were midway thru a 12 hour road trip when after driving thru some construction on the highway, we picked up a giant screw that destroyed our tire. We pulled off the exit to the nearest tire shop which happened to be this one. The people were extremely kind and let us know we definitely needed a replacement but it would be an hour wait and take about 20 minutes to switch out. That was going to be super difficult for us so they were able to move things around and take us immediately so we could continue our journey with our two babies safely. Talk about fantastic customer service and consideration! Thank you guys for being amazing! With customer service this good, I definitely recommend coming here for all your auto needs.

I had a tire blow out a couple of weeks ago. I had to be in Pensacola on a strict timeframe. Mason and his staff quickly and efficiently found a tire for my car and sent me on my way as quickly as they could. They went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my car was safely fitted with a new tire. They were so friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this location and their staff. They truly care about their customers!

My family and I had a leak in our tire on our way home from DW. We called when we realized we would need a repair and the receptionist gave us an appointment time a couple of hours from the time I had called. When we arrived they were kind enough to get our tire looked at and repaired earlier than the appointment time. They staff was extremely nice! We are very grateful for their quick service and getting us back on the road.

It was not a good experience. I went there twice for an inspection. The first time they told me my timing belt cover was causing an oil leak. It was not the timing cover. It was as a completely different issue. The second time they said my A.C. Belt was bad. This was a lie becuase I had all my belts changed the week before. They exaggerate small issues and try to get money out of you. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

The tech put the wrong oil in my car. Firestone had my car towed to the dodge deal ship to have the oil drain and have the engine flushed. The manager told dodge deal ship just to drain the oil nothing about having the engine flushed. So three days later we still do not have this corrected.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We went to the firestone in Marianna Florida and had a wonderful experience. The tech checked our car and later came out with his boss and told us that we would not be needing to have the part replaced. They were very honest! It was such a blessing. Amazed at how honest and kind people are in this store. Firestone is the BEST

We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 6:00pm for a commerical vehicle that needed to be on the road Tuesday by 10am. We dropped everything to make the 6:00pm appointment only to be turned away stating they were too busy. Additionally they would not schedule us for an appointment on Tuesday until 2:00pm which would make us late for a job. The excuse we were given is that someone must ve not known what they were talking about and that we couldn t be placed ahead other scheduled appointments. However we had an appointment, they just chose not to honor it. It s not the customers fault that the business made an error, the business should ve rectified it. We ve spent tens of thousands at Firestone and will be taking our business elsewhere. There s no excuse for that, especially when the job is a simple tire repair or tire replacement.
