The owner gave me great customer service. He recommended me to a place that saved me over $3500 dollars. In today s world it s hard to find good people but this place I feel really does consider people.

A friend referred us here, and altogether, everything was really good! The truck got fixed very quickly, but I felt the cost was a little high. Also, there was an issue with a part for the truck that wasn't discussed with us.

I took my Cadillac truck here to have my back brake pads changed yesterday. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The only problem I had is that instead of talking to me and showing me what THEY thought needed replacing. They just replaced them. Didn't ask me if I wanted or could afford the new parts. Besides new brake pads I also got new rotors (Don't know if the old ones could of just been turned) and a new parking brake (I would of said NO to). I ended up having to pay $670.00 for all this. And all I wanted and knew I needed were back brakes. What would of happened if after all this work they did on my truck (that I didn't know about or asked for) and I didn't have the money to pay for it? Would I of had to leave my truck behind till I could pay it all? Would I've been stuck with no vehicle to get to work on, because they gave me no options of what repairs THEY thought I needed? If you do use them make sure you tell them to check with you first before they presume you want something else replaced! You could get financially set back, like I did.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

They replaced the transmission in my Suburban without any problems and a year later replaced the sensor for my oil pressure, all done quickly and without issues. I'll go back if I need anything else worked on.Services: Transmission, ElectricalServices: Transmission, Electrical

I took a car to them, it wasn't throwing any codes, they gave it back to me worse than when I dropped it off, now it's throwing codes. They gave it back to me after 4 months, at no cost but now it's going to cost me more to figure out what else they tore up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Nice people terrible job done on rebuild have spent 2800$ to deshazo now another 2200$ to have what they was supposed to do rite done by lee thompson basically all 3 times i took it back to deshazo they didnt fufill obligation they knowingly did a halfass job !Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Had them replace the transmission in my pickup. Didnt notice right away it wasnt hooked up properly. When i asked him about it his answer was "yeah i noticed when i road tested it". Personally i wouldnt let them work on a bicycle let alone a vehicle.

I was broke down in Marianna fl. Unfortunately no one is open on weekends. (Including this place) the owner is a down to earth individual who was willing to help me after three others wouldn't. His pricing is reasonable and i am grateful i was able to get my problem solved. Nothing personal but i have seen enough of Marianna Fl . so i dont see myself going back there any time soon. If you ever find yourself in Marianna give this guy a chance and you wont be dissapointed.
