Friday I was making a trip to Orlando to visit a friend of mine. I was traveling from Mississippi and was about 3 or so hours into my drive when my car broke down.. I looked up mechanics around me and Bush s Automotive was one of the first locations with the best reviews. I called to see if anyone was available to help me as I was stuck on the side of a busy road in an unfamiliar area. For the life of me, I can t remember the name of the gentleman I spoke with, but he told me that he was heading in my direction already and to give him about an hour. After an hour and a half, I tried calling to see if someone was on their way to me and nobody answered. And nobody ever showed up. So glad after two hours of wasting my time waiting, that I was able to get some help through Mallory Towing with hardly any wait at all.

Kent was WONDERFUL! So considerate and got my brake/rotor job done quick. Parts took some time coming in yet Kent was so concerned. Very good man! Prices were spot on and less than what I expected too. EXTREMELY FAIR!!! BTW I was here from IL and took my chances...I am grateful that I did!

He will switch parts off your vehicle bought a brand new torque converter and dude switched it out with a old one laying around well over $200 and now won t answer my calls DONT GO HERE

This guy told me he would know what was wrong with my truck by the end of the day Sunday and I heard nothing until late Monday afternoon. Then he gets the wrong part and delays for two days. Now it s Wednesday night dark outside and I have to offer him extra money to get it done that night when he said he had the correct part at 2:00 Wednesday. Then the truck starts leaking fuel out of the part he replaced when I get home! On top of that this guy won t answer my calls! Don t do business here! You will get screwed!Service: Engine repair

We got stranded at a gas station about an hour outside of Panama City Beach which was our vacation destination. He essentially diagnosed the issue over the phone, rushed out to the supply house for the part and had us back on the road and barely behind schedule. All for a more than reasonable price for a Saturday morning emergency. We're very thankful for his help. He's a good person and an excellent mechanic. Highly recommend.

I need some work done to my car and so I gave them them a call and in no time I was picking my car back up and it was driving brand new again!! I know I can always count on Bush's Automotive to get the job done! It's also amazing how much money I can save just by giving them a call!! The respect from them is also amazing! Thank you Bush's automotive! Keep up the great work.

My car never even got towed, even though I was told it would be. I tried calling, and texting to ask for updates. Never got a response, and had to call the city to check if my car was still in the parking lot, it was. I would honestly say, I wouldn't trust any of those good reviews. Went to firestone and was going to be charged a 1000 bucks for a fuel pump. Bush's charged me half of that. And the repairs were done in a shorter time frame than expected and I havent been happier. Great company all around.

I took my car too Bush's to be fixed and gave the man 1046 dollars two months went by and not a single bolt was taking off of my car I ended up having to go out there just to get any progress made while I was constantly fed excuses about how he had no help and his wife left him and took the kids even though that was a lie I finally had to threaten to take him to court just to get my car back do not go here
