The ladies in the service department said they were booked up until next Tuesday and I needed my Jeep looked at ASAP with a bad oil leak, because I'm going on down the road. They let me drop it off anyways and were able to get one of the guys to look at it the next day. Luckily, it was just a lose plug, that they cleaned up and tightened and even took the time to put air in my tires and check out everything else to make sure I'm safe on the road!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE from an AWESOME TEAM! Also, kudos to the parts department that went out of their way to find out info on my tow bar. Thank you all and GOD BLESS the USA!!!!

I work here and if you want a family type atmosphere, no pressure and complete transparency..... come buy your next vehicle from us. Because Bob Pforte is the place you know you can always send your friends! And they will still be your friends afterwards!! I received a scratch flyer in the mail that I won a 75" tv and So I went there to pick it up. The Sales Associate who spoke to me talk me that it was just to bring people to their store. They were also suppose to be offering Walmart gift card but not they didn't have anything. He gave me to complementary certificates that have already been redeem by someone else. Very disappointed

I was there to pickup a non-running vehicle for our son. We had problems loading the vehicle onto the trailer. The sales manager that came over to unlock the gate for us went and got four additional people to help us get this vehicle loaded. When I asked where I could find an air hose to inflate the trailer tires, he said bring it by the shop and they d take care of me. I didn t spend a dime at this dealership, but they treated me like I bought a brand new vehicle from them. Thanks so much for your assistance!

I went to this dealership to test drive a Ram 2500 tradesman to possibly trade in my Rebel. The Ram 2500 was $8k over priced on CarGuru. I found a 2020 Power Wagon for $2k cheaper in Panama City (which are ridiculously high) with 22k miles on it and the 12 screen on the dash.After speaking with a salesman with the Bob Pforte he took my SS# and pulled my credit to run numbers but refuses to tell me what my trade in value was OR what numbers they ran were?They want me to get a co signer when I have fair credit and I m not over in debt to income ratio. I have called and asked to speak to Tyler (the finance manager) two times and left messages with the receptionist. I have not got a call back.The receptionist are rude, the salesman are inconsiderate, and rude.They asked my fianc� if she had good credit and wanted to run hers as well. I chose to just finance in my name and then the salesman refused to work with me.This is a poor salesmanship and a poor company to do business with.I ll stick to shopping out of the panhandle.I can buy the same vehicle out of the panhandle and pay $200 in fuel to go get it, have the numbers ram over the phone, and get it 10k cheaper with the favor of my trade-in ready as soon as I get to where I m going. This company SUCKS.

Was told due to National shortage shortage, the truck you chose in our inventory does not meet the criteria in which you stated as far as the monthly budget you outlined. Our online pricing is firm, not negotiable at this time. Never been to a car lot and told they don't negotiate! In my opinion these people don't want to sale vehicles. It's ok, I got my truck at a great deal from a real dealership. Stay away from this place!

Best dealership I've ever went to! I had visited many of them searching for the perfect family vehicle, and decided to go with a coworker after work. We was greeted by Dave and he did an amazing job! He understood what I needed and how much I could afford and found me the perfect one, a 2018 dodge journey. Everyone there was friendly and made you feel welcome. My coworker went back and got her a car and later so did my manager! We all love and recommend Bob Pforte to everyone!!!

Came in with no money or trade in vehicle. The guy I talked to helped me understand every situation that would take place in all processes. After being approved for a loan for a new truck I denied them due to the high monthly price, which honestly was understandable. They continued to help me until we found a great brand new vehicle with a great monthly price. I am very satisfied and extremely satisfied with how things turned out. I really do recommend this place to any one looking for a vehicle.

Bought our first brand new car the other day, been through a couple dealers that had over promised and got no where at the end. Al Gammon spoke with us for a brief minute, we were fixing to leave and decided to give it a try anyway. Explained our situation Al Gammon was straight to the point with everything in a professional manner. When the day was just about to end and we were going home to wait for a response, Al Gammon called and said a miracle happened. We returned and with Al's professional help we were able to purchase our first brand new car at great rate with unbelievable circumstances to be meet.Thank you very much for your professionalism to Al Gammon and all other employees at Bob Pforte Motors, Inc.

Tippin' my hat to Bob Pforte's service department. Dropped my truck off on short notice due to some power problem. They squeezed us in, diagnosed the issue and made repairs on the same day when I expected the truck to be in for a few days. Thanks again to the service crew for such a quick turn around! Much appreciated!

On two separate occasions I have purchased the oil change package. Past two times I went to get my oil changed they claim I dont have any oil change package . Today after arguing with the service manager for 15min they finally admitted they put the wrong milage in the computer and I did have two oil changes coming to me. Pretty bad when you pay for somthing and then have to argue to get what you paid for. Been going here 10yrs. Probably about done.

Every time I would bring my car here for maintenance, I would literally wait all day. The first time I needed a major fix, I went in and told them, "the alternator is out. How much will it cost to fix it?" They asked me to wait. 5 hours later, I had to go to work and still knew nothing! 20 minutes before they closed, I called to find out what was going on. The guy was not sure, but he did call me back 15 minutes later and told me, "they said it is your alternator..." Then gave me a price. Then, he asked if I wanted it fixed and that it should be done tomorrow. The next day, I waited and waited until I finally called about 3:30 pm, they close at 5, even though the website says 6, and he said it had not been touched yet. I was furious and told him that if they couldn't get it done, let me know I would take it elsewhere. He called at 4:15. I remember because, I got off at 5 and was wondering if I would have to sit and wait there until they closed and walk home or if I would have a car. Then, I had my radiator go out. It was about 3 weeks later and the insurance would only cover to take my vehicle to the dealer... not sure why, but whatever. So, I tell them what the car is doing and I wait. I waited almost until they closed and had to call into work. Finally, right before they close, he says it is the water pump and quoted me over $1000!!! I said nope, asked what I owed for them to test it, called the auto clinic 2 blocks up the street and drove it there. When I got there, it was already late and they were closing so I walked home, (I live 15 miles away.) My car is my only means of transportation. Anyway, I got a call at 8am on the dot from the other mechanic and he said it was a good thing I did not get it fixed at Bob Pforte because it was not the water pump it was the coolant reservoir had a crack in it, which caused the radiator to get hot and crack when my car went down. This only cost me $650 and that was even going ahead and getting an oil change. If I had spent that money at Bob Pforte, I would have still had a messed up car and who knows what all they would have "fixed" if they had done the water pump! I will not go back and none of my friends and family will either. They will straight up waste your time and rip you off!

Worst customer service ever if you have a problem vehicle broke down only had 30 days and 300 miles I'd put on it and had not even made my first car payment basically gave me the run around I had to use my AAA to have it towed to Marriana and told them if I had to pay 200 dollar deductable I was contacting a Attorney well 2 days later engine light came back on I'd had only driven 77 miles now because it's less than the detectable I'm outta pocket if you have trouble Call BBB Attorney General and corporate don't forget the Attorney I know I won't!!!!!!

I brought my dodge 2015 pickup in here because it was the first place I could get it in. Today is day 3 that it's been here. Very disappointed in the service department. Say that they only have 1 mechanic certified to do the work on the abs system , so he had a family emergency yesterday and they had no one else to work on it. This morning I called at 930 am they said that it would be 2 hours. Showed up at 1230 and they told me 2 more hours. 3 days to do a job that they quoted 5 hours on.

I bought my 2019 Jeep and the experience was pretty good. But fast forward 4 months I refer my parents to them to buy the same Jeep. You know the process with getting approved and signing papers. Which it took my parents a couple of weeks to get all their papers and proof in to finalize because of work schedules. Finally got all the paper work in and was told they were good to go. My mom has the Jeep 2 months and calls to make the payment on it and the lender they were told approved them does not have them in the system. So she called the dodge place and they say you have to turn the Jeep in because you weren t approved. You mean to tell me no one told my mom after she has had this car 2 months! My mom lost her other car in the hurricane and was relieved to get a new one so she could start back work. Now she has to go through this stress all over again. I would not refer anyone else here and as soon as possible I will be getting a different vehicle. Shame on these people.

I purchased my vehicle from them. I really have to hand it to Al Gammon. He was nice, cordial and willing to explain. The whole staff was friendly, nice and NEVER made me felt pressured. Nor did they try to sell me something I did not want. If you need a vehicle, go to Bob Pforte motors, and ask For Al Gammon.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am in a position that I need to rebuild credit not only did they give me a chance they also helped set me up on an accelerated payment plan that works with my budget. I can not recommend them enough!

Never ever will I purchase another vehicle from them since 2004 when it took them 3 months to pay Toyota off for my trade, making my credit score take a hit. They love it when they get reported to the BBB, too. My suggestion is if your business is too focused on using $ in the bank to pay for advertisements and not the trade-ins of your customers, then maybe that business should look at steamboats or billy goats ONLY to sell. Sound about right? Why isn't there a 0 star rating? #13yearsandstillpissed

I bought my first new car today and I couldn t be happier! It s beautiful and I m so proud. Joey Hamm was our salesman and he is great! He treated my daughter and I like family, and NEVER made me feel pressured or like I was just another sale for him. He treated us like family, listened to all my wants, needs and concerns, and helped me get my dream car. Everyone else was great too. They were all so sweet, funny and made us feel at home. Financed a vehicle through them, totaled the vehicle and they refuse to show me any proof that they sent a check to pay for the packages I paid for , for coverage to the credit union. Has been absolutely no help at all and my credit used to be spectacular now its so bad I couldn't buy a replacement vehicle. Would not trust these people with a 20$ bill.

We have purchased 3 automobiles from Bob Pforte and it has been the most stress free dealership we have ever dealt with! Larry Boyd treated us like family and listen to what we wanted and needed. He helped us find the perfect Jeep Renegade for commute back and forth to college for our daughter and had the perfect tow vehicle on the lot to pull our camper. Went because of winning scratch off. Of course I didn't win nothing but lottery scratch offs and then didn't win. The salesman was of course friendly, talkative, and introduced me to a son & grandson of the owner. Cars & trucks looked good but couldn't trade my Silverado. They had a full staff working.

Amazing staff! Autumn Eady, absolutely amazing, customer service is excellent here! Will definitely recommend more people to buy from them! Tyler, Joel and Angel are amazing as well! They all make you feel like you are right at home while filling out paper work!
