I got an appointment right away. I was able to get a discount on a car care and oil change special. The representative put together a needs to be taken care of list and I will be doing those things ASAP.

Don t bring your car here I showed for a 9am appointment for a tire repair for a nail. I waited two hours for them to tell me it needs to be replaced. I get nails all the time and I know when a tire can be repaired or not. I have seen other tire shops repair a tire with a nail in the same area. It was a huge waste of time and you are better off taking your car anywhere else but here.

I made a walk in yesterday s and it would have been a 3hr wait time so I requested an appointment for today at 10am, this was the earliest. But as I arrived to my appointment, I was told it can still be a 3hr wait time for an oil change. Arrived 10:02am then they pulled the vehicle in by 10:50am finished the service on the vehicle at 11:37am.

Called Mike, let him know what I needed done to my truck. He told me to bring it on down and it may be a couple hour wait. It was not. He got me in and out and didn't charge me for the work because what I wanted did not work out. Would definitely recommend 100%!

Highly Recommend if you need tires or alignment. Chris helped me my son's s13 240sx is very low and had flat front tires was not a easy car to put tires on Chris went above and beyond to help make sure tires were put on and no damage to vehicle.

That s my experience with this company. I was there with problem in my brakes. They change the calipers, didn t solve the problem, they changed master cylinder didn t solve the problem after I spent more then $1,500 they checked on the computer and saw that the problem was on the computer system. I needed to spent $1,300 more to fix this part. Also I pay to have 3 years for 3 years, because I changed 4 tires there as well. Im trying to do allayment for 2 days I did appointment at the first store, they told me my car doesn t fit there. I did appointment another store, when I arrived there they told me they couldn t get my car because they will be a meting in couple hours. I did appointment to another day in the morning at 8am, when I arrived there I saw 7 customers waiting on the reception room and just one mechanic working. I asked about my appointment, they told me I need to wait and they didn t know what time will start working on my car.Definitely I don t recommend those guys.

I got a large nail stuck on my tire on my way home and this was the first place I saw so I decided to stop by. They wanted me to wait 4-6 hours to have a nail fixed. The nail was in the center of the tire and no where near the wall, this job usually takes 30-40 min tops.. I understand that you re not making money from patching a tire but, it s all about customer service.Service: Tires

Horrible service I hate these guys they damaged my car and they just say it s nothing to do with them. My car was fine and after they worked on it it was making noises and they just said take it to your dealership. The manager is not helpful at all and he s very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!!! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR!!!!!!

Great service and honest , never upcharged for anything I don't need right away but still notify me of any issues to look for in the future , always reasonable on price , tires plus is definitely my#1 go to for my vehicle needs

Every time I need my car service I am welcomed and the front desk guys are very pleasant and nice. I have been using Tire Plus for over 3 yrs. I have never been disappointed

*** update, called store manager Mike and he hung up on me.***If I can give these people zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Tires Plus we ve ever done business with. My daughter went there to get her tires done and spent almost $800 between new tires and breaks. Her car has not been the same since. We have gone there multiple times and they ultimately told us we would have to spend an additional $2000 to fix the problem. We left it alone but today my daughter took the car back because just 4 months later she got a flat. As it turns out the tires have no warranty and guess what, it was never offered to us. So my daughter had to spend an additional $113. Please do yourselves a favor and find a good honest place to buy your tires where they will offer what they have available including insurance for the tires. I usually go to my dealership for these things and warranty is always included so yea it s a tough lesson to learn. But wouldn t you think as the owner of this place you would want your employees to offer the warranty as you make money adding this? It s amazing how nowadays you have to also do the employees job and ask if they offer warranty. Good to know for the next time.

I have to say this is my first time dealing with a Tires Plus location where I felt like the staff actually had my best interest at heart. Their tactics were not overbearing or pushy. They even showed me an equally better brand name tire that was less money than the ones I went there to purchase.The only thing I can never understand with this or any of the Tires Plus locations is why do they always seem to unevenly over inflate all the tires? This place was the closest to even but definitely over inflated.

I'm Brazilian and I don't speak English very well. They changed my car's tires and brakes very quickly. Efficient and very polite staff. I was attended by a white gentleman wearing a silver chain and a young man with long hair who speaks Portuguese. My family and I were very pleased with their service. Tire plus is to be congratulated for the employees it has !!

Do NOT come here for repair! They will scam you and break something else in your car so they can get you to come back. Recently had someone replace a water gasket for $2300 even though someone else can do it for $350. They switched belts of the engine backwards and almost destroyed an engine. These people are not afraid of taking advantage from people who don t know about cars. Please stay away from this store.

I would first like to start with the horrible service that has been provided to me by both this tires plus and the one located on Sample, the Bridgestone company as a whole the past 5 months. It has absolutely been a displeasure to say the least I first went here in November of 2022 and have been dealing with the reproductions up until today. Not only did they do a HORRIBLE job on my brakes which almost cost me my life TWICE but the customer service at their locations was bare minimum to say the least. I am surprised there is no lower rating besides a 1 star. I would not recommend going to any tires plus location to my worst enemy. You are better off going to your dealership, I know it may be easier to go to a second hand store BUT trust me it is not worth the headache and frustration. Not only are they OVERPRICED and charge WOMEN some outrageous price but they are very unprofessional and do not value their customers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

nope Tire Plus should be out of business. Rude Customer Service no greeting and made me wait 30 minutes to even talk to someone. Ridiculous, This is the 2nd location I went to Tire Plus Employee tries to push me to buy a tire when needing to replace valve stem and tell me I need to buy a new tire if they are going to fix the valve stem, I refused the tire and asked if they can replace the valve stem and I would replace all my tires at once since I only had 1 tire there at the moment (2016 GT Miata doesn't come with a spare so I brought the tire that had the issue only) SCAMMERS. I took my car to Tire Kingdom After wasting 1 hour at 2 TIREPLUS locations. Tire Kingdom took care of me replaced the Tire Stem Valve for FREE. Don't take your car here if you care for it.

I came here for an oil change. After it was completed, I was told there was now a leak in my oil tank, and it'd cost me hundreds to fix. So I left, went to a different shop, and the owner there told me that someone screwed the oil tank top back on wrong. That, basically, you guys messed up and then tried to rip me off for it.As a local, i'll never come back here again, and i'll always advise against this place now.

Well, this last time not so good. Been a loyal customer for 20+ years. I went in for a brake check and they told me I needed new control arms, and was dangerous if I didn't do, so I did, was almost $1800 with all needed. They said alignment and other stuff needed to be done same time. Ok. A few weeks go by and bang, bolt breaks on control arm and steering/control all lost. Have towed in after hours and take a Uber home. Started calling when they open at 7, no answer until 11:20am. Tells me he is alone. How can you run a popular business and have no one answer phone for hours? We are not allowed to let our phone ring more than 3 rings at my job. They had no idea my car was there? Even though I called them the night before broken down and told them I needed a tow and could they recommend? Was told no but wrote down issue and left notes. I had to use my insurance which they told me only get 1 a year. Long story longer, faulty bolt they say they fixed no charge. Would not pay for my Uber home from break down or Uber in to pick up my car or my tow? No free oil change? Not everyone has a spouse or family to help with rides. I am alone and take Uber everytime I have work done on car. Was not my choice to have faulty part, why do I have to pay for the consequences of that? I also had to ask for paperwork as well saying faulty bolt was fixed. Only explanation, I could have died, but "these things happen?" Ok. I had asked them to fill windshield fluid and put air in tires and reset idiot lights, they didn't. I had to turn around and go back, idiot lights still on and only put in like 1 cup of fluid, I was willing to overlook all that. But nearly killing me, not sure I can let slide. Hoping for a call from corporate with apology and something or am finding a new mechanic. Car is pulling to right now as well as just did alignment, why? Did this screw it up ? Pic of brand new control arm, bolt is sitting on top. Found it above on another oart. I could not ake pic and hold at same time.
