Awesome shop. Robert took a good look at my car and diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. Three other mechanics and a Lexus dealer failed to diagnose the problem prior to that. Hello and Good Morning. Robert is a wonderful human being, with a heart of gold. He fixed my car, after some people stole my catalytic converter and oxygen sensor from the vehicle. He guided me through steps to assure I reported it to the police and the insurance, as well as, fixing my car immediately. He is so well-loved by his clients that a lovely, very thoughtful and sweet lady, by the name of Evelyn, came to pick me -up, so, I was able to get my car, immediately! Robert Ellis is an amazing mechanic. The quality of his work precedes him. He explains everything in details and the repair turnaround time is comparable. He was my mechanic when I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2002 that s still running. Since then I ve bought 2 more. I highly recommend him.

Experienced and professional mechanic. Lexus Doc have been servicing my car for over a year now and I have nothing but compliments. I highly recommend Lexus Doc to family and friends and they are quite pleased. I will like to add, efficient and reliable with super convenient pick up and drop off service. An added bonus is that your car is washed after every service. If you are looking for a great mechanic, Lexus Doc is it.

VERY HONEST business. My passenger side head light didnt work after getting it back from a body shop. Took it here to find out what was going on and Mr. Robert Ellis gave me the key back in 15 minutes saying the body shop did not reconnect the headlight. Told me no charge. A lot of mechanics would have just charged me for nothing. Glad I found this place will return.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome experience, me and my friend bought a 2003 lexus is 300 from this dealership. Robert the salesman was great! He was friendly, kind, and very understanding. He allowed us to freely test drive and look at the car and gave us a more than fair price on it. Even gave us a 30 day warranty if anything was wrong with the car. Would defiantly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.
