J.M. Lexus, Care Care Service Plan maintenance appointment visit incident, advisor Sebastian Camacho, 15 March 2024. Vehicle, info, purchased a Ford Mustang 5.0, GT, pre owned sales, October 2023That afternoon, I checked in with the service advisor, for my first scheduled maintenance appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection. After 1.5 hours or so, I decided to walk to the service entry parking lot, to see if I could get a visual on my car. I did not see it parked, so I took a glance in the service garage and noticed a person in a blue shirt, standing on the inside of the driver side open door, on the other end of the garage. (Identified later as, "Esner," a service attendent with Ocean Detailing, a 3rd party). I continued to watch Esner as he briefly ducked inside the car and stomped on the drive pedal, cranking and revving the motor to the point where I could hear the engine screaming from the opposite end, where I was standing.At that point, I asked a worker could I walk through, with the intention of confronting Esner for abusing my car. I was told no, that I could not walk through, it was for employees only. I walked on the outside of the building, to the opposite end. By the time I arrived, (while standing on the curb across the street), Esner was driving my car, exiting the car wash stall. As he drove forward he stomped the pedal again, attempting to spin the rear wheels. He made the left turn, as he attempted to jerk the car before the cause-way speed bump.I followed him on foot to the service entry parking lot. Once he exited my vehicle, I asked, "are you having fun?" He replied, "oh, is this your vehicle?" Me, 'yes it is, what the hell are you doing? I saw you cranking the motor before the car wash, and watched you trying to spin wheels and jerking the car," what the hell are you doing? I'm going to report you." He then laughed in my face. Me, "okay we'll see what's funny." I followed him to the service desk, as he turned in my keys. I was approached by Service Manager, Karen Reiner, and I explained what happened. She told me that she would review the video, which I felt was insulting, (as if I were making it up). She invited me to watch the video, which reveals nothing without audio, and it didn't capture Esner attempting to spin wheels or jerking the car, due to the camera angle when exiting the car wash stall. After reviewing the video with Karen, she made assurance, that she would discipline Esner and allow her to handle it, without me writing a review that I promised I would write, if I didn't hear back from her. She promised to contact me with a result in a few days of the incident date. I never heard back from her to this day, and I gave her a solid month to respond. Currently, I was already planning an appointment with my Ford dealership service, for having a random, "transmission surge," when the car shifts gears periodically. Stomping the peddle, revving the motor and attempting to spin wheels, can contribute to the potential issue that I am dealing with.Since this was my first of many maintenence visits, I am apprehensive of leaving my car in care of the JM Lexus attendants at this point.Anthony F.Concerned Customer

JM Lexus continues to stay consistent with going above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied. We had a major repair to our vehicle and the mechanics in the collision shop did a wonderful job getting us up and running again. Thank you

Giant dealer and service center. Service was running hrs behind though with my 1.5hr oil change taking 3hrs with little to no updates on why and when it would be ready The service center is very sparse with office chairs in front of the parts desk and only water and coffee provided complimentary. It seems that all luxury benefits were removed during pandemic like free snacks, sodas and loaner cars (now only given when service is over certain hrs)It was also very disappointing that when i went to use a coupon from their website it did not fully apply as it was for 2 quartz less then what my car takes. So I m really not sure if i ended up getting a discount or not.

The Garden Lounge would be really nice if there were individual, comfy outdoor chairs with a side table. Having 3 sets of tables and chairs which aren't comfortable do not serve a purpose. Most folks are solo while waiting for their car. No one is going to sit down with a stranger at one of the tables. This could be a really nice area with a little thought put into it.

We had an immediate issue after hitting something on the highway and wanted our IS350 checked out. The Service Center was completely full and we did not have an appointment, but the staff still went out of their way to make sure our car was safe and drive able.

I had an issue with my battery, so I contacted Carlos in the service department. He got me in and got the problem solved in a timely manner,. He is always a pleasure to deal with! I ve always had a pleasant experience with JM Lexus from the sales department to the service department!

I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience when bringing my car in for service at JM Lexus. I have had some wonderful service advisors throughout my years coming here and my new go to guy PATRICK GROENIGER is certainly no exception! He always gets me in and out quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, his service recommendations are always based on ensuring my safety, rather than increasing his sales.

First visit with John Nahar in service. He was amazing ! By far JM has the best service department. He kept me informed as well as precise time of pick up, I never had to wait. JM also has the best customer lounge around.

Service was excellent. From Greeter to Service Rep to Service Technician to cashier courtesy and professional practice was a priority. Everyone did the job expected above and beyond!Efficient and thorough. I did not like the "small print" of the 10% service coupon. While intended to promote timely and consistent service of the vehicle, the important services such as oil change and brake work were excluded. Not cool.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The service is fine but it is very disappointing that there is just a coffee machine that wasn t even working. I have been to other Lexus dealers that still have a full service coffee shop where you can order sandwiches etc. My Subaru dealer offers much better service/ amenities than JM Lexus. I will be going to other locations for service. I m not looking for complimentary coffee or anything but if I will be held for over 2 hours for an oil change I want to be able to purchase decent meal/ coffee etc.Service: Oil change

Sales representative was the best. No dealer fees plus 1 hr service I signed and drived. Brett is the man to see if u wanna buy a car. No back and forth. He is ur finance manager. Excellent service all around. Receptionist and owner even was there to thank us

BRI in the auto body department was AMAZING!! Bri went above and beyond to assist me with the issues from the insurance company. Bri inspected my car as though it was hers and she ensured my car not only was repaired but my car was fully detailed and it look brand new when I pick it up. Bri s customer service is top notch! Bri s customer service is what I have grown accustomed to dealing with JM Lexus! Bri and JM Lexus are highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim

Daniel Whittingham, my service advisor for the longest time, is absolutely the best! My door car locks needed adjusting on my car from work done 5 years ago.They took responsibility in regards to the minor mistake and fixed it in less then 10 minutes free of charge. Honest people A+..... oh and you might want to check out the luxurious Lexus dealership waiting room.

We purchased our car from here and have serviced it at JM Lexus for the last few years - our experience has been consistently excellent. The sales team was helpful and low-pressure and the service team has been very helpful - our vehicle purchase came with so many complimentary service appointments that we've yet to pay for one. We are always provided a great loaner too - this last time we got a brand new car as our loaner, which was a nice treat! Highly recommend this dealership. We are a Lexus family, so have owned several, and in my experience, this dealership is the best.

If you ever need any type of repaired for your car, definitely request to work with Harbie . He s amazing from the moment I dropped off my car he was kind efficient and had me in and out and with a rental in no time. My car took about three weeks to get completely repaired throughout the process he sent me text updates with the breakdown of what was happening with my car as well as took care of all the paperwork on the day I picked up my car and had the car sitting outside waiting for me when I got there. He s awesome shout out to Herbie anybody who goes to Lexus request him!He is an excellent representation of professional and friendly - which most places lack now adays.

Jm Lexus is a great place to bring your car for service. The only reason for 4 stars is you do jade ti wait a little . They have massage chairs coffee , tuna sandwiches , etc . Plus the whole place is very upgraded

This was my first visit to the Service Center with my Lexus. It was a delightful experience from the time I was in line to enter the Service Center and entering the building to meeting Jim Bramble, the Service Consultant. I GIVE A VERY BIG RATING OF 5 5 5 5 5 i even received a follow up call from Jim. Great service!!!!!

Good Experience. I called in to ask for a wheel lock key. Oscar is the one I spoken to. He's very helpful. I had a good experience. From the time I called in to the time I arrived there. Very nice guy. He knows how to do customer service. You made one customer happy.

Chico is the best. He always goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I was in and out for an oil change in about an hour which was spent in the lounge, putting green, and massage chair. JMLexus takes care of their customers.

I got a nail in the middle of my tire. After a disastrous quote at Lexus (they wanted to replace TWO Michelin tires to fix that nail puncture, no joke at all, Lexus quoted me over $650 plus tax for that), I decided to check and see if the tire was fixable. Google gave me a recommendation to go to Mario's Tire repair and I went for it. Nothing to lose, right? I really struck GOLD. I called they gave me a quote for $22 plus tax to plug the hole in my tire. Got there, and it was exactly that: $22 + tax. My tire is perfectly fixed and I learned to never do anything but the maintenance prepaid at Lexus.The excuse to replace two tires? the tires were old (15k miles total driven for a 2019 car), because according to them, it is not just how little you drive, but the age of the tires. So now Michelin tires get old and need to be replaced after 3 years, according to Lexus. Michelin website states their tires last 5 to 10 years.Service: Tires

First of all , I have always bragged about the service at JM Lexus which up until today was above reproach. I am a long term customer and only use their service center to get my oil changes and pre purchase my service. Most of the time the service only takes a little over an hour which is to be expected and I always make an appointment and arrive within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Which today was the case. Immediately from my arrival I felt like all I did was wait for people from the time I pulled up I had to wait for a service attendant, then I sat down and waited for Xavier Allen to come and get from the sitting area. He never showed up. I finally got a call at 4:15 which I had assumed to say my car was done , which would be a little over an hour instead he stated that it would be another hour and a half and should be ready around 5:30. I was in the lobby and went over to talk to him directly. He apologized for not getting me sooner but he said they re busy and backed up. I explained that if I had known that it would 2.5 hours total I would ve rescheduled or made other arrangements since I work close by. I hadn t eaten so I asked for a meal voucher which I heard they can give out since now there is no snacks or anything available any more. He offered me $25 off my service but I pre pay for my service so that was a moot point. I was clearly aggravated. A supervisor approached me and I explained the situation and he spoke with Xavier and he said that he would he expedite the service but it still was completed at 5:30. So no expedited service. My question is is this the new standard? Is JM Lexus just acquiesced to the rest of South Florida and just giving out poor service.Dr. Brian MayhueService: Oil change

Thankfully the service center has managed to keep its act together and the workflows are much smoother than 2 years ago - when it was more atrocious.
