I brought in my mother s car to have them check an indicator light coming up on her 2019 Toyota. I left them with both keys, as this problem was happening with one key and not the other, we also asked for an oil change as well. Lynn helped us on the phone, and was super nice and pleasant while we were there, as well as super nice and pleasant during 3 or 4 calls I had with her. I personally was driving this vehicle for the past 10 days while my mother was away. I dropped it off at about 2:30 PM on a Monday afternoon.Didn t hear from them at all on Monday, so k called on Tuesday.They say that they didn t see any indicator light, found no problem, did the oil change, and charged me about 75 dollars. We discussed the light which had to do with the power steering, and I was told that the car has electric power steering, and since the light wasn t coming in for them, there was nothing to do about it. I found it difficult to understand how they did not see the indicator light, since I ve been seeing it for 3 days. Anyway, I trusted that they say all was good, and let Lynn know I will not make it by 5pm. She took my payment over the phone and said she would lock up the keys inside, and I would come later and use our valet key to enter the vehicle for pick up.This is how that went . I came at 6:01, and went to the car, the valet key in and the entire lock mechanism fell out onto the floor, and then went to the handle which came completely off. I was in shock, so I went to the door and they were still there. I walked in to a man named John, and he came out and looked, and said Oh I can t answer for this, let me get Bob so I follow him back in and he calls Bob as he does, I see that my keys are laying on the desk, instead of in the car, where Lynn said they would be. Bob comes out and I start to explain the problem, and before even coming ou was pulling he s already telling me that it s impossible that it happened here. We never used the lock, we just used the clicker. We get to the car and he is holding the piece in his hands, and saying so tell me how I did this .. we didn t do this ..he didn t even really want to look at it, and maybe say let me take a look, and see if I can help nothing except denial any wrong doing or any responsibility. I am 1000 percent positive that this issue was not an issue when I dropped off the car. I was so angry not really at the fact that the door handle was broken, but at the fact that from the minute I said there was an issue inside, he was already in the denial mode ..and for such a supposedly reputable company to act like that was infuriating, I said a few choice words, which probably could have been phrased differently, but he was so not interested in my issue. I told him I own a business in Margate as well for 20 years, and I though that his way of handling this matter was seriously lacking in the customer service category. He replied Check my reviews, i have great reviews, and I run a great business . So now you can check my review. I will also be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. The only good thing about this experience was Lynn.UPDATE ..COST 508.00 to fix this issue. And a lot of aggravation. I ve read all your reviews, and you have answered most everyone s good and bad. Mine not so much. .

Best auto repair I ve ever been to. Trustworthy and real, if it don t gotta be done they won t waste your time or money. Bob and his whole team are real stand up people too.

A little crowded. They were busy which is good. Polite,very helpful and price was very reasonable. I will deal with them from now on. Always good when a place of business leaves you with a good impression. Kudos to Giant Tire in Margate Fl. St.Rd. 7.

Car had a problem with the positive charge in battery that it was lose couldn t tighten it, it was making bad contact they tried to get a new positive battery line but the 2013 Hyundai Elantra only has a total replacement by dealer, cost over $1000 dollars, they help me out with one of his mechanic made a shim to solve my problem total cost $0.Trust them with all my cars, thanks!

This is the ONLY place my family and I will take our cars. Bob is incredibly honest and his team of Lynn in the office and his long term mechanics are the bomb. I couldn't recommend this place any higher

I have been taking our SUV's to Giant Tire since last year. Bob was always honest, fair, generous and the work that was performed was always great. Earlier this year, I bought Tires for my SUV. I was told that because my tires were wearing evenly, an Alignment was not necessary at that time. I brought my SUV back in August to finally get an Alignment and have my tires balanced and I asked if they could evaluate the front end and let me know if everything was okay. I was told that everything looked good, except for the upper Control Arms. They told me that there is no need to get an Alignment if I was going to have the Control Arms replaced. They ordered the control arms and I brought my SUV back in September to have them replaced. I had the day off and decided to wait.My SUV was brought into the shop and sat in the bay for roughly 2 hours. The Mechanic assigned started to work on my SUV. He didn't seem very friendly, so I kept my distance. It took the Mechanic most of the morning to install both control arms. By 1pm, the mechanic went to lunch and when he returned my SUV was finally put on the Alignment Rack. My SUV was on the Rack for 20 minutes. I do know that a full Alignment if done thoroughly takes longer than that. The mechanic then decided to drive my car. Usually Bob will drive and check the cars out. The mechanic decided to go on a joy ride with my SUV. When He returned I paid the Bill and left.I then noticed that there was grease on my rug and door panel inside and on the outside. I drove out and right away I heard a noise coming from the front end. I took my SUV back and I was told that a metal cap from the Ball Joint on the left side was wedged between the brake caliper and the rotor. The mechanic that drove the car was too busy with the joy ride to hear the noise from the front end. It was removed and I left. The car did not feel good driving, as if the Alignment was totally off. I decided to take the car to another place to get a second opinion. They called me and told me that while trying to align the car, they noticed that the Caster was giving negative numbers and told me that the new Control Arms were installed on the wrong sides. I was very upset and bothered by this, how could someone who supposedly knows what their doing make such a stupid mistake, especially when the Control Arms are marked left and right. I told them to go ahead and fix the issue and make it right. They fixed the problem and realigned the car. It is driving 100% better now.I probably should of brought the Car back to have Giant fix it, but I was very mad about this and I didn't want to start anything and I knew that it would turn into an argument and I wasn't sure if I can trust them to fix the issue. I also figured out that when my car was on the Alignment Rack, that an alignment could not have been done on the car. He would have seen the same negative readings as the other shop, and should not have released the car. I still believe that they are very nice there, but they should evaluate their Mechanics and not let a car leave without being thoroughly looked over so this doesn't keep happening. This could have ruined my tires and or cause an accident.

So bought a used low mileage fusion that would cause the wheel to shake. Had free time so I called ahead and said they would take me. Took my info and I was in and out tires balanced and rotated and a nail removed and patched.Sat and watched and I can say the shop is well managed and communication is done between employees. competitive pricing and friendly technicians. I have been to other places and I can say it was a pleasure to be a customer here.Would def go back if other services are required.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

Bob always provides the best customer service. I appreciate the professional care to keep me safe on the roadway.Once again I called Bob at Giant Tire to let him know I was stranded today. He sent someone over within 10 minutes to jump my battery. Got my car to the garage and back on the road in no time. I can t say how grateful I am for the service I received today. Excellent service, definitely family owned and operated, no job too small mentality. I took my trailer tire in for service, they happily mounted my tire on it and charged me a fair price. As a consumer this resonates with me, and I would not hesitate to now take my 3 cars here for service.

Very good experience with this tire shop. I had a flat tire, but did not want to replace the tire. They were able to use a plug the hole (not on the sidewall). Quick and reasonably priced.

I had a screw in my tire, and my tire pressure light was on. I needed to get it fixed before heading home, and I spotted Giant Tire. It was about 4:30, but Bob fit me into the schedule. My experience was very positive!! My tire was efficiently repaired, and I enjoyed my wait in the office. Bob and his employees were happy and pleasant! Bob, John and Lynn at the front were so nice and helpful. From the moment I called them to the moment I drove off. My tires are for a small car, hard to find but gave me a decent tire for $99. John was upfront about what the price entails including any fees. Other places were giving me estimates of $130-150, not including fees. Extraordinary for these times. Giant Tire is the place to go, lots of people come in and out of here, the phones are always going off because that s how good their service is. Watch out for Bob, he s a good lookin guy! Great job!

Bob and Lynn are fantastic. I never regret bringing my car for service here. They're always busy but always worth it. Professional and friendly everytime. I recommend people to them and everyone I refer to them agrees with me. I don't trust anyone else with my car, not even the dealership. I won't bring my car anywhere else.

I have never been to a place where people are so caring and have a sense of urgency. People there are great. The staff is great in execution. They open 15 minutes early. All people were there. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they sympathize with me and ensure me they will do their best to fix my car. I strongly recommend Giant Tire to everyone.Thank you Bob for saving my day. Great auto care specialist! Bob and everyone are very friendly and go the extra mile to save you money. They fix the issue and are honest to not over charge. It's been hard finding an honest and quality mechanic. I take all my cars to him. Only problem is that he is busy which supports my review. I recommend going early in the morning to drop off your car.

Brought my vehicle in for a serpentine belt. Whatever they did, they broke something and offered to put in an entire engine free labor if I paid for the engine. Took my 2010 Elantra to this shop based on recommendations of neighborhood app. The problem was vibration from the engine block mounts needing to be replaced. Spoke to Lynn on phone, turns out we knew each other from a previous business. Set up initial appointment and they changed a front engine block mount that was totally worn down. When the work was complete, I went to pick the car up and the vibration was still there just as bad as when I had dropped it off. The owner, Bob, sat in the car with me and agreed that the other two engine blocks should have been replaced at the same time. I brought the car back the next day, to be serviced. By the middle of the afternoon the service was completed and albeit no more vibration. Bob even gave me a great discount for my inconvenience. I would highly recommend this business for car repairs. Probably one of the most difficult things in this life is finding an auto mechanic you like and trust . . . especially that you TRUST. I was referred by a friend to Giant Tire, and I am absolutely delighted that I found them! I've been there twice, everything was done as promised, on time, and at a great price. In fact, on one of the jobs, the price I actually paid was significantly LESS than what they had originally quoted. They were able to get some savings on the parts and passed the savings on to me. How cool is THAT?! Location is very convenient, easy to find, and the people are very nice. My interaction has mostly been with Lynn at the front desk, and she is great! If I could post a six-star review, I would. I will definitely be back!

I have been a customer for several years. What stands out for me is the personal attention given to each customer by Bob, the owner and each staff member. Notably, during each of my visits, there is always several women among the men customers. Who are dropping their vehicles off or waiting for service. This is a great place to do business. I trust what they tell me needs to be done and they are very fair with the pricing. I have had engine repair, new tires, and multiple oil changes. But, because they do such a good job it will always be busy so go early and have a ride home ready unless you want to wait a while. I was recommended here by a neighbor of mine and they are PHENOMENAL! I'll give you one quick example... I bought two tires and an alignment is always recommended when you get tires, so I pre-authorized it to be done. When I got the call that my car was ready, Lynn told me that when my car was put on the lift, it showed that I didn't NEED an alignment. That is more honesty than I've EVER gotten from a mechanic. They could have easily fibbed and charged me for it and I never would have known... they did not. I am so fortunate to have been given a recommendation to go here!!! I cannot say enough about them - everyone there is so helpful and friendly. If you are tired of being talked down to by other mechanics, and feeling like you are being taken advantage of, go here. They will not disappoint! Giant Tire and Auto Care is *the* best!

I was visiting town and knew no one....AC went out on my towed Jeep and needed to replace multiple tires on my RV. These guys exceeded all expectarions. They run a very professional and efficient shop. The place was packed both days I was there and they didn't seem to have any trouble providing personal, professional and polite customer service. I am glad that I found them and I am very pleased with the work they did on my machines. I may stop in just for coffee the next I am in town. Prices seemed fair as well...I do not know the area well but I suspect that it would hard to find a shop that will beat their prices...
