I went in today to get my tires rotated and get an alignment. But when my car was put on the left and the tires were taken off. They showed me the inside of my tires were going bald so I purchased two used tires and they told me that I don t need the alignment and they were right thank you Frankie for working on my car and thank you Ashmun (sry if I misspelled your name). My car is no longer shaking or going to the right. I recommend to go here for your tires. They also told me I need my rotors and back brakes done which I already knew. Thank you again Discount Auto Tires.

Great customer service and amazing prices. We have lived in the area for over 20 years and drive past every day. Today we decided to try them and we are very happy we did. They were honest with recommendations and that's says a lot nowadays. We will definitely refer everyone who is looking for a reliable and honest shop.

Absolute scammers. Be sure to check their work before you leave. Will take your used tire and give your problem to somebody else. Who elses problem are you adding to your own..? Was told that it wasn't an option to patch an already patched tire due to risk of a blowout, but was knowingly given a tire with a hole in the sidewall, worse than the original tire, that had previously been chalked. Go somewhere else.

This is not a discount tire. It is a fraud. They sold my son a used tire with a hole in the sidewall. We took it to a real discount and we were told that this shop is being sued for using their likeness. Do not get scammed! They could have caused my kid to get in an accident. They take used tires knowing they have a problem and resell to the next unsuspecting customers. BAD BUSINESS I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STAR . THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

i went here in Oct 2023 to get my tires fixed and no one has touched my wheels since then. now in feb 2024, i went to change my brake pads and found that multiple studs and my lug nuts were stripped. i also told them to not roll down my driver side window because it will not roll back up, they returned it with the drivers side down and it took forever to get it back up. i will never be returning here. if i could give it 0 stars, i would.

Had to get 2 new tires but ended up getting 4 new tires (yikes) but it was worth it. My Sorento rides soo much smoother. Everyone was nice at the shop. Sajim was the rep that helped me with the transaction. He was nice and was helpful with the service. I def recommend coming here for your auto needs.

First this is the first time I have brought my car here but my friend always comes here and has even recommended it to friends and co workers. We both arrived because our front tire kept going flat. I am a woman that handles all of my car maintenance and repairs. The man didn't say good morning can help at all. My fiance said we need to get a patch or plug on the front drive tire. He proceeded to tell us no you need to front tires. Our response is we know and planned on purchasing 4 on Monday. We just need a plug or patch until then. With him still not listening he tells us no you need a used tire. Tells us it's $50. We tell him again we only need a patch or plug. He then proceeds to walk off.We went inside and told the clerk what we wanted. He then comes in and starts to argue with my fiance. My fiance told him I don't want to deal with you. You over talked me and didn't want to listen to the consumer. The man then starts to get loud and my fiance gets just as loud. There is something called customer service. Listen to the customer first.

I always have a great experience when I take my car to this shop. My mom first discovered them about 2 years ago when we moved to Margate and we have been using them ever since and refer all our friends and family that has car issues. I have all car maintenance done at this place. The biggest job I had them do was an AC job on my 2016 Chevy Traverse. All the places I took my car to only put a bandage on the issue and the AC went out again. This was the only place the fixed exactly what was wrong with my AC and stand by the work they did. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs.

This place is no good insects everywhere red ants which I'm highly allergic. Ask to have a look at my car already knew what was the matter with it didn't need anything extra just the main work to be done. The staff seems to come off nice but really are extremely rude and really don't care for customers needs or value don't quite understand how this company is still standing around with the things I've seen go in this shop cop called customers being cheated out of their money when a customer says no to an advance or suggestion it means no not to pressure them to to buy what they want. Say where a gentleman car was being work on and he was there for hours ask what you here for he said tire change been here for 3 hours and there was no one really there customer wise fact of the matter is this company does not care about the consumer and all employees needs to be fired and replaced with real mechanics and real managers that know what there doing not just taking parts and putting them on knowing damn well it doesn't work at all. My cousin came in for a replacement starter thinking he was getting a brand new e ak for they put a starter that wasnt even working properly called the mechanic to check it out it teeth was missing and could tell it wasn't a top tier starter this company may have a 3.6 review rating but really its 1 star this company should be ashamed to even be in the field of working on cars honestly.

They should get 0 stars, please Read All their feedback before you even enter the shop and believe me. Proceed with caution. I would not use them. You might think you're saving money but I guarantee you in the long run. It's gonna cost you 3 times as much to fix your car after they screw it up. Believe me when I say read all the feedback. And if you go there you'll go at your own risk. That's all I can say is that there are a bunch of crooks that read the feedback and read it all. Not just a weed all their comments they should have zero stars read comments, read them all Go to some place rapid home depot like it might be a little bit more money like Tires Plus or tire ink. Can you be much happier? And believe me I learned the hard way I got screwed And it cost me a hundred and sixty dollars to learn But I did learn a hard lesson. I'll go to a reputable place anytime I need Any kind of service

Always treated me right when I needed tires in the past, haven't been in a few years due to not having a car for a little while but now I do again and even tho I live in Davie now, I still take the drive and trust them with my replacement tires. Don't get deals like I get here anywhere else. Thumbs up!

I came in for a simple plug, was quoted $20 by the representative, for my tire that had a nail in it, waited for an hour just tell me that they couldn t put a plug and it was no good . Mind you, through the entire waiting time, the technician decided convenient to look at the other three tires on the car, check the threads and get consultations from the other technicians about the tire with the nail. I proceeded to ask him to just change the tire with the spare, which is brand new, had all the threads and was in the back of my Jeep wrangler. He proceeded to inspect it and said, that s no good either . After a couple of seconds on him realizing I wasn t going to believe him and his bogus claim, he brought me in, proceeded to charge me the $20 and had the tech change the tire with my spare. Gave the tech a cash tip for his time, and got in my car.I left the place, proceeded to drive a couple blocks south to another tire repair location and was charged $15 for the plug, wasn t hassled about the tire not being good, and was done in 10 minutes.Please avoid getting anything done at this establishment unless you would rather wait 1hr for a simple plug, be up-charged with other services and items, and be told lies after lies.I added the picture of the no good spare tire for reference.

I love this place. I highly recommend to go there. They re very affordable, did a great job when it comes to fixing my car. And they re very friendly and professional. There s not another I would rather go to for my car. I even sent some of my friends there and they had great experience.

After calling around to different places, this place had what I needed AND they were cheap. I got 2 used tires for $110 and the service was very quick, I was there less than 20 mins. Definitely will go back too if I need tires again. Tires were used but definitely good used tires. Ooh and the best part, it was NOT in the hood as most of the tire shops are lol

As a Google Local Guide, let me be blunt. Don t leave your car here! They re scammers and do a sloppy job at that. They leave their dirty greasy hand marks all over your car and don t have the decency to wipe it down before they give your car back. Every time I ve been there, a customer comes in angry that they brought the car in days prior for one thing and now something else brakes down. Coincidence? I think not because I too have had that happen to me. I will never go back. They will continue to lose business if they keep these dirty practices up. The reviews for this business are correct and it will catch up with them!

Their customer service was great. The manager handled was knowledgeable and trustworthy. The mechanic that worked changed my tire worked very quickly to get me in and out which was useful being that I was not expected to have to come in for this today .

Went to Discount tire this morning and was very happy with the service. Was hoping to get one used tire but the sales person Shahed showed me a better way to get all 4 new tires I was so happy he made my day ...thanks Shahed

I have been here in this location for the past 5 years. I wouldn t go anywhere. I always get good and fair service. Once they diagnosed the problem, they game me a very fair price. When I need car service of any kind, discount tire is the place to come.

I bought a used tire for a total of $58. Size 255-65 R17. They mounted and balanced and even put the spare away. I'm very happy with the service.

Shahed was a great help!!! Knowing me I would of ignored my problem with the car but He made sure I did not let me leave until I was fully educated. He also helped me put together a payment plan and as a broke college student that was exactly what I needed!!! Thank you Shahed and discount tires.
