I came here on August 22 to install a voice amplifier for the doors because I already had the bass installed, they gave me my car on August 31, I picked it up and checked it, it was all wrongly installed, I put the speakers in the front and you could hear one would put the ones in the back and you could hear them from different sides I installed two speakers for the dach that went to work later he told me if we changed the ones on the doors I think it would work I told him please give me the factory bus that someone else would I'm going to pick it up today on September 1. Very bad service, more than $500 dollars and he couldn't do the service for me. I don't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It was a black 2021 Jeep Cherokee. after two weeks I take my car to miami and they start to do the work for me and the person finds that the speakers are missing, this is already a lack of respect and professionalism, not at all happy

I hate to knock a small, local, and minority-owned business, however, this owner does not hire qualified people! My son s newly installed stereo stopped working after just a few weeks, and Chris blamed the receiver and convinced me to upgrade it. So I did, and when my son went back to college, just a few weeks later, the new one stopped working too. That made me suspicious that it was an installation problem and not a hardware or software problem. It sometimes worked until he would hit a bump and it then it wouldn t work. Why would I have my son drive round-trip 14 hours to take it back to them to fix it again for the 3rd time?! I got lucky and found a local guy where my son lives who is a certified electrician and he showed me that the wires were taped together and not soldered! And once he soldered it and grounded the wires, it has worked ever since.

This is a photo of the work they did to charge me for breaking my car. I was assured that they do not leave exposed wires and they know what they were doing. Now my car isn't working and I am stuck to try and find someone to fix this. I am regretting my last visit and the overcharge of labor and wasted time and nasty attitude I had to endure from the owner. I just want my car to work now.

The whole team at Autotronics are very knowledgeable, and and professional. I was pleased with my turnaround time and the owner Kris very competetive with pricing. Shoutout to Kris he is willing to help his customers anyway that he can, he goes above and beyond and you can tell he cares about his business in the way he conducts himself.Service: TiresService: Tires

This guy chris is a clown wouldn t recommend this place to any other people took my truck there for an turbo installation they held my truck over a month and a half and dint want to give it back do to un completion of work when he estimated to have the job done in 2 weeks i had to pay full amount in order to get my truck back with the uncompleted work. Anyway i have my lawyer looking into this mater and will be pressing charges if needed.

Great place to modify your vehicle. Took my Sierra truck there and they knew I had the wrong cold air intake. Very knowledgeable people. They told me to call Spectre and request the correct part which I did. I took the truck back to them with the correct part and they installed it beautifully. These people come highly recommended.

Thank you chris for installing my beautiful vertical door kit .I am super happy and it only took a couple days at an unbeatable price!!! Chris is the man.very professional guy, nice and will break the services down to you.I am very pleased and anything else i need done i know who to come to when i need it done right!

I went to this place for sound issues relating to a stereo but was diagnosed with possible blown amplifier and speakers but was told to come back early in the morning after opening. I took off work from the office and went at 10 and the tech was working outside with another client so I spoke after arriving and no acknowledgement totally ignored me I checked inside but no one inside since they had chairs I sat and waited. The tech finished with the customer and still nothing as he prepared to walk inside the previous client still had issues with his car and still no I ll be right with you sir give me a minute . I then got in my vehicle and went elsewhere. Terrible never again.

One of the worst shops in South Florida. The owner Kris is a an absolute buffoon that has inflated prices and horrible customer service. I warn anybody with a car problem to stay away from this unprofessional establishment. This company embodies everything that's wrong with that industry.

Poor customer service my second time going. I'm not saying his work isn't good but if I could just get past his customer service skills I would have found out. So I will be going somewhere else to spend my American dollars... P.s. it made me leave at least 1 star.

These guys know what they are doing. I had my LED head light bulbs installed here for my last 2 cars and I really like the service. If I would need any custom work I'll stop by here!

Great service! came in with my 08 Nissan Altima that was running terribly they took great care of me! Its been running great ever since, its been a little more than 3 months now and im still very pleased with my service all around!! highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

the owner went out of his way to be helpful and service he diagnosed the problem fixed it really quickly didn't charge me a fat one out of his way to be kind and treat me like family I recommend this to everybody I would go there again a second and I think he is by far the best of Broward county without question the best of Broward county most honest and fair he will not take advantage of you and I recommend him so strongly he's such a nice young nice man very very nice man we're lucky to have him here in Broward county it's by far the best of Broward county

Never go this place, they are mysterious they take you far away from the car so they can do their stuff and u don't know what their are going to do actually.... Tricky people getting advantages of the ones that doesn't know too much about cars....
