Incredible experience once again. I wanted to order a new truck and attempted to do so at another dealership in Delray Beach which it did not go well as the person I was talking to seemed uninterested in assisting me. I called Autonation in Margate and had the pleasure to speak with Tom Anderson who was attentive and professional from the get go. What took weeks from the other dealership I received in approx. 15 minutes after the call. I had an appointment to come in and order my truck and from that point t I received updates from Tom all the way through when I received the call that my truck was on the way. The process of buying my new truck was just easy and painless. The whole team at Autonation Margate including the financing department and Tom ordering the truck was amazing. Definitely the dealership you want to deal with for your next vehicle.

I took the day off on March 8th to have my car serviced. First oil change, tire rotation, etc. It was my birthday so I did not want to spend all day there. I had a 10:30 AM appt., got there early and Charley in the service department took my Bronco in before 10:30 and told me it would be at least 2-2/12 hours for servicing including the car being washed. I waited. Around 12:50 PM I went to see if my vehicle was almost done. He informed me that had not even touched my car yet. He also said they are very backed up and would I like to have a car take me home and call me when it is ready. The whole time I was there, Charley could have told me they did not start on my vehicle yet and should have given me the option earlier of what to do. I said get me my @#$$%^^&**$#!!! car right now, repeatedly. I will never get my car serviced here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I would rather pay elsewhere than have this done for free in my contract or not. Worst service department and customer care ever!! What is the purpose of having an appointment? It should be first come first serve then. A bunch of liars. Do not waste your time or money there!!

The service was fine The advisor was very responsive. My one star is for what happened I Forgot my sunglasses inside the truck and it disappeared. Also fixed the steering wheel but gave me with a chip on plastic and did not say anything. Also truck has a recall they said they won t do it unless they can actually see it happening lol which the tailgate opens without you doing nothing happen twice already.

Recently purchased an F-150 at Ford Margate, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Muhammad, our salesperson, made the deal seamless and provided exceptional service. So I bought my car somewhere else but had a flat and didn t want to go all the way there. These guys got my an appointment the next day. When I walked in, they treated me special. I had someone assigned to me - Kevin - and he took care of everything. Even helped track down the weird insurance I had on the cars that I bought from another dealership that didn t give me any info. I also had a recall that they took care. And the whole time I was updated via text and they had the car ready when they said it would be. Overall, great service and I m super happy!

If you are looking for a low pressure sales experience see Ray at AutoNation Margate Ford.I wish the manager was willing to negotiate on my first visit. Would have saved time. If I wasn't persistent and called with an offer, Ray and AutoNation would have lost the sale. At the end of the day "One Price" pricing concept translates to tell them your at another dealer and make them an offer.

The service department had a rare part for my vehicle that is on a national backorder that I have been trying to find for 4+ months. They installed the part and now my truck is back to normal. Was treated very well. Family was considered and also taken care of during the wait process. Tried multiple dealers. Had one other that was great but the incentive financing of 0.9% made the difference to sign. Then even after, Michele was great. She took care of everything without issue, was very knowledgeable, has a bucket list of connections to get all the documents needed quickly. Would highly recommend.

I had a terrific experience at this dealership. I went into the showroom, knowing exactly what I wanted, and was pretty adamant about my budget and the vehicle being a certain trim, color, etc. like everyone else, I hate spending hours and hours at car, dealers shopping around and wasting time, and this was not the case! My salesman, Haq, was very efficient, responsive, only showed me cars that I wanted to see, and did not try to sell me on some thing that I didn t want, he really respected my time. He showed me the vehicles I wanted very efficiently, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 super happy with my new expedition !

Excellent Service very cordial and profesional. I made an appointment the place was full of cars with everyone was taken care. I came in a right off way Jose ask me what needed. I told him I made an appointment for 9:30am, he check the computer saw may name.Ask me a few questions and took my keys and started the process.I was out in about 2 hours and everything was done like I requested and very happy with their service that was done to me and the car. I thank everyone who was involve with the process.

This dealership and service department is everything that is wrong with the automotive industry. I called on April 4th to set my appointment for April 5th to have my sunroof inspected for a rattle. I clearly asked the Over the phone if I need to drop my truck off and leave it for a couple days and I was instructed that I could wait. Of course, after driving 45 minutes the service Writer told me I need to leave my truck for at least 24 hours for them to do the diagnostic On my sunroof. I was the only person there getting my truck serviced there is nobody else in line. The writer gave me no solutions and did not offer a rental car Instead, this dealership has proved themselves unworthy of conducting good business just as the Google reviews show. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle elsewhere. Shame on you, AutoNation.

After doing an online search I came to this Ford branch, which gave me the information. On their page they told me that they had 4 medium-roof Ford Transit vehicles to show. After waiting almost an hour, they told me that they did not have any vehicles available, which leaves a lot to think about how inaccurate and unprofessional it would take a customer so long to tell them. that the information on the page is not real and that the vehicles they have are more expensive, meaning what is published on the internet does not reflect reality, be very careful

Sadly, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a Ford service center - I've used two different dealerships in South Florida beforehand. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday at 1:00 pm to have my A/C repaired, as the fan worked but no cold air. By Thursday, I received information that my car would be done by Friday...but it would have been around $3,000. I needed my car by Sunday, as I was leaving the state...so I agreed for the work to go ahead.Friday - Not done...Saturday - Tech was off for Personal Day (No work completed on the car)Sunday - ClosedMonday - "Another part is broken....$900 more than we expected..."And the car was done about 2 weeks after I first dropped it off.What happened with the one day and $3,000? After about another week, the car was done but I was unable to pick up the vehicle due to being away. I gave them notice and I wasn't charged the storage fee...yet I had a rude comment from the manager when I returned to pick up the car, as the quality of work was horrible - Especially for over $3,500 after everything!I received my car with dash pieces that weren't fully clipped back into place, three broken blue clips inside the car, my items in my backpack, damaged window tint, a broken circle air vent, and my floor mats in the trunk?! Despite this, the dealership came me some money off...yet I wanted my car to be done right. I was told I could leave my car again, but I need my car for work.Overall, my service advisor was great and helpful...but the tech and the manager could have cared less!Update - 7/31/2023, I have called three times and I ve been unable to get through to speak with anybody at the dealership. If you would like to give me a call, my phone number is on file. I ve uploaded some pictures as well. I wish I took more pictures of the car when I picked it up.

I left a detailed negative review just this morning and it has mysteriously disappeared!I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESSMy experience at AutoNation Ford Margate has been excruciating! I took my 2010 Ford Fusion in for air conditioning repairs on March 6. On 3/7, I was told it had a cracked hose and needed freon at a cost of $1100+. As a 76 year old on a very fixed income that was a blow, but I agreed. The a/c didn't work long enough to get it out of the shop! The next day service advisor told me it needed a $700 control unit that was no longer made by Ford and had to be special ordered from another vendor. I had no choice but to agree. 5 days later part arrived and was installed. By that time I had paid $1900 and had been without my car for 12 days!!The next day a/c went out again! This time I was told it unit required unique computer settings that the service department was unaware of. Ford corporate gave them the settings and it was supposedly repaired.2 days later the a/c went out again. Supposedly the new part was defective. The replacement part was overnighted in and installed.Again the a/c stopped working after 2 days! I was told the 2nd part was defective and a replacement should be here by Monday, 4/1.It is now Tuesday, 4/2, almost a month after I initially took my car in for repairs and I still don't have working air conditioning. The 3rd new part hasn't arrived.My service advisor has been very courteous and pleasant, but voice mails I have left for the service manager have not been returned.

If you are looking for a dream car then make sure you have Jack Schumacher help you out. Been looking for quite a while for the perfect 2004 mustang cobra and Jack immediately started to help me get the dream car from my childhood. Communication was very good throughout the whole process and the sales manager Matt was awesome as well. Very clean dealership and very attentive staff. Couldn t be happier. Was the best dealership experience I ve had so far.

I went 2 weeks ago for a maintenance service appointment to include recalls. Upon arriving I was told that the 22S22 recall could not perform there, that I would need to find another dealership. Not knowing any better I allowed them to service my truck and would look for another dealership to service the missing recall. Everything was fine and the gentleman, although made a careless mistake which cost work loss, was nice and cordial. Upon calling different dealerships to see who could do the recall they were all shocked to hear someone told me they couldn t do it as they all have to do the recalls. I have filed a complaint with Ford. I m just very disappointed in this dealership. I don t feel comfortable taking my truck there again.
