I had a great experience at Progressive Auto Center on Marco Island for a car wash. The staff was friendly and professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning my car. They paid attention to every detail, from the tires to the interior. My car looked brand new after they were done. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality car wash.

Went with higher than normal expectations. Did the exterior only wash. Got home realized the front of my bumper was was peeled off either because of some chemical they used or how it was washed. I have pressure washed my car multiple times with more pressure, and have never had a problem. Staff was reluctant to acknowledge damages and refused to offer any sort of compensation whatsoever. General manager was not knowledgeable, he then proceeded to admitting that it s been a problem before?? In other words don t take your car to this establishment

The interior literally still had random crumbs and girlfriends long hair everywhere. 40 bucks isn t worth this. What kinda 40 dollar car wash doesn t even detail the car. I m over it, i m just going to reward my self 40 dollars for cleaning it myself next time. Lol.

Called ahead to ask a manager what time I needed to arrive to get a wash and wax. She told me anytime up until 3 PM. Went at 2:15 PM and was told I was tool late. Thanks for wasting my time driving over.

Top notch storage facility, with great service. If it hadn't been for this facility, I would have lost my car to Hurricane Ian.

So disappointed, I ask for hand wax and wash , paid $64 but I got my car full of dust that makes me feel the car didn t even got waxed , manager came with no solution just next time free wash lol

I have been to this carwash no less than 50 times and i am very hard to please and this wash exceeds my needs.

I use for car wash, quick wax, and storage. They do it all well. I wish they had one in Connecticut.
