Had to find a lot as the hotel we were staying at only allowed one car and we had two. Looked up this lot and it was close and had good reviews. Pulled in and the young lady was going to call her boss to see about the rate. She couldn't get a hold of him but guaranteed that I wouldn't be towed. I called the number and left a message for him. He called back right away and we had a very nice 10 minute conversation. He is a great person to deal with and to park. Bonus, there was 2 port a potties for the kids the "don't have to pee" before leaving and then make it to the car. Highly recommend. $20/ full day or $10/half day for beach parking is a steal also in FL.

Great parking spot to enjoy a full beach day. Plenty of space $15 flat rate for the entire day (on a Wednesday). Beach access is like a block away walking distance, so if you need to go back to car is just a little walk, no big deal. There s a 7-Eleven right between the parking and the beach access in case you need something.

Easy access to Marco Island public beach, safe lot to park your car. I accidentally "parked" my car from home instead of my rental car, the employees were helpful and the owner was pleasant to work with to refund my 2nd parking fee.

Great place to park but does not allow RV parking as google suggests when you search RV parking for this area. There are signs on the entrance: No RVs, No Trailers. Learned the hard way when a very polite parking attendant let me know that my eyes missed the sign on my way in with our truck camper.

First time in Marco Island looking for day parking 15$ flat rate all day but the owner had provided portable toilets (which were clean) and gave advice on access to the beach. Car was safe and only a few minutes from the beach. We came back dropped beach gear and then went fora further walk. All goodSo few places to park to get beach access This worked for us

We are spending the month in Southwest Florida and decided to check out the beach at Marco Island. We stumbled across the Turtle parking lot, pulled in and received the best customer service you can imagine YES, in a parking lot! Good location, reasonable price highly recommend! Hats off to John the very friendly parking attendant!!!

Drove early on a Saturday morning to Marco and paid for a full day $20 to park at the turtle lot. I ended up coming back to the car after only a couple hours of enjoying the beach. The attendant/manager John recognized I was back early and that I had paid for a full day of parking. John approached me and ended up giving me $14 back because I was only there a couple hours. John was friendly, kind and had a community heart! I was so glad, and it was refreshing to see that unlike many places around Turtle Lot wasn't all about just getting money for parking.I ended up taking the $14 and putting it into a delicious breakfast on Marco. Thank you John !!

John, today was my first time to the beach on Marco Island and I am so happy I spotted your parking lot. I must say when I pulled up you welcomed me and my wife to your lot with a smile.To me being in the customer satisfaction business you Exceeded Expectation and after finding out that you are the owner Great Job. I will recommend you and your lot, I now live in Florida permanently so you will be seeing a lot of me and my family and friends with other cars. Thank youElliott

The owner John was super accommodating to our needs as well as very professional. The rates are very reasonable and so we came back on Monday after having a wonderful time on the beach on both days of the weekend. Payment was easy, and the lot is just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend Turtle Parking lot.

The lot is just a short walk to the Marco Island public beach access. You can use the Park Mobile app if the attendant isn t on duty. John, the owner, made us feel welcome every day we were there.

I have come to this parking lot many times through my life. Even while I was engaged. And even years later I can say even with a new owner this parking lot is this perfect. Easy to find. The owner is really nice. And the beach is close by. Wouldn't recommend any other lot Quick and easy. Wonderful staff.

Who knew parking would be such a great experience! The guy who is at the front helps to direct you to a great spot, is super nice, and makes sure you re taken care of. We had a larger vehicle, and he found a great spot that we could get into. Fantastic experience, and we ll definitely keep coming back to this lot.

I went into this lot because the county south beach parking was full. The app was impossible to use and wouldn't accept any of my cards that were in my Google Pay or PayPal. I went up to the attendant and showed him that the app wouldn't work, and he said if I had $15 cash I would be good. As he went to my car and chalked my tires, he proceeded to tell me that he didn't have change because his boss comes and collects cash as soon as he collects. Not worth the $15 when county is $8 with a pay machine. I will never park here again.

Called to see if we could reserve parking. Super nice guy answered the phone & informed us that we couldn't, which is understandable. He was very helpful as to advice. When we arrived everyone was so friendly. Easy to park and just a short walk to the beach. Thank you to the crew that works there, keep up the great customer service.

It's a parking lot $20 a day. They have 2 port-a-potty's. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the beach.

The reviews are right-the guy here is awesome. The cost is $20 now but he doesn t have to have a clean portapotty and a friendly attitude wishing everyone a great day. We will be back.

$25 (holiday rate) per day flat rate on Memorial Day, 2023. Lot was open til midnight.

John treated us so well. He held a handicap spot for us and recommended we drive down the street to let my handicapped brother off right next to the beach and we then drove back where he was specifically watching for us and let us in thru a back gate. Will park here every time we come back to this area.

Great deal for $12 short walk to the beach but make sure you pay and display your ticket on the dashboard so they can see it I see them towing cars out of there all the time that don t have tickets

I would like to see better signs, That indicate collier beach pass is not accept it there. Unsteady of towing cars that didn't know .
