AAA strikes again, I was so glad the first towing I called in Marco was Joe. He was so easy to work with, he helped my daughter unlock her car. He was kind, very professional and simply the best. Marco Island Towing was a lifesaver to provide lock out service after the keys got locked in the car. AAA Florida was unable to find anyone to respond (for over 5 hrs and getting near dark). We were east of Ochopee on Tamiami Trail in the Big Cypress Nat'l Preserve. (What are visitors to the Everglades area supposed to do?) But when I called Marco Island Towing, they were pleasant and prompt. Joe saved us from a mosquito-infested night in the open. High recommendation.Service: Car lockouts

After my motorcycle broke down in north Naples earlier today, Joe with Marco Island Towing came to the rescue after 2 previously dispatched towing companies flaked with "mechanical problems" and other more lucrative jobs.He arrived promptly, knew his business when it comes to safely securing a motorcycle on the truck and was very friendly, personable and courteous. He even had a cold drink for me since he figured I'd been in the hot southwest Florida sun for too long, now that's service!Don't hesitate to use this company.

My car broke down near my campsite at Collier-Seminole State Park on the Saturday evening before Christmas. Not being from the area, I searched for a local towing company, and I'm so lucky that Joe was the first person I reached! He met me bright and early Sunday morning, as I requested, and even helped me unload some gear. He dropped my car off at a recommended mechanic and took it upon himself to follow up with them to make sure they were re-open the day after Christmas. When he found out they would be closed until after the New Year, he kindly offered to move my car to another great mechanic free of charge. His service was affordable and worth every penny, but more importantly he's the kind of guy you want around during a stressful situation like a tow! He asked all the right questions, clearly knew his stuff, and was super kind!

The owner was very nice. He helped us get to the tow place to get the car. Although towing is no fun, it was very much appreciated. Then, we had a fender bender two days later. We called him because everything was closed and he helped us figure out what to do. We are from out of town and so appreciated his kindness.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
