Joel made the whole rental process quite easy. First, he helped us evaluate the sizes of several storage unit options so that we could confirm the actual space that we needed. Second, after we sorted through our belongings at our soon-to-be-sold house 1,000+ miles away, he helped us set up our reservation over the phone. Third, when we dropped by to finalize our payment arrangements and contract, he patiently walked us through all the details. We are grateful for how Joel navigated us through it all!

Easy set up and maintenance of account in the app. Very reasonable staff in the office as well. All around nice set up for the property. I am also glad there isn't a gate which is highly annoying with trying to get in and out with restrictions. It's 24 hours in a very safe area. Marco Island is known to be very safe.

I rent on Marco island facility!The manager on this property is the best she is very nice very respectful and she know her job !!She need to train lots of manager to be just like her !!Thank you for the great service!

I am moving into an apt while we wait for our new home to be ready. Rich was easy to contact, responsive and very helpful which made the move to both our storage unit and our temporary apt very easy and, dare I say, enjoyable! I am new to the area and moved down from SC and had this place recommended to me. And I am so glad I listened! Rich Howard was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful person with my storage unit. The location of the storage facility is perfectly placed in the center of Marco Island. It is easily accessed from two main roads, with minimal traffic allowing easy in and out.The buildings look new, and the grounds are kept clean.I worked with Rich, and he was a great help and easy to talk to.He even helped guide me with parking my trailer!! (I haven t used it in years)I would definitely consider this location for storage on Marco island!!!
