We were visiting marco island and unfortunately had car issues the minute we arrived to the island. They were able to get us in right away after we told them our situation. Great service and happy to help!!

Too busy to run scan on my Tahoe for abs issue. "can I come back?"...."no, you have to leave it"..."can I make an appointment" "yes, but you still have to leave it...the scan takes a while and we have to but the car up in the air" Mind you this is for a simple trouble light scan that another shop on Bald Eagle did in 2 minutes, gave me a quote and offered to call later that day for me to bring the car in and wait while they did repair,

Their customer service was exceptional. The guy at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The person who gave me back my car was very professional. Carol Manning....Executive Auto is the absolute best!! David, Ryan and Sean are beyond helpful and courteous, they always go the extra mile to get our cars repaired. We've brought multiple cars here and had great results every time. We would recommend Executive Auto 100% and we're thrilled we discovered them on Marco Island.

Tire pressure was showing low in one tire and I stopped in to have it checked out. Shawn greeted me with a smile and pleasant persona that was very welcoming. He immediately invited me to wait in the waiting room and he proceeded into the shop where it was checked out and a slow leak due to a piece of a nail was discovered. It was patched and I was in and out in a most efficient manner. I recommend Executive Auto and Shawn and his staff for anyone needing service. It s great to have such a reliable service provider on Marco Island.Service: Tires

They were terrible, Promise me a quote on new Wheels, tires, and breakes.I trusted Dave to follow through with what he told mehe would do after waiting 3 1/2 weeks he didn't. After I called a couple of times, I wasdone waiting. THANKS FOR NOTHING, but lost time and faith.

I came in this morning for a flat fix. They took my car in right away. In less than 10 minutes, the mechanic came out and said he didn't find any leak. He even added air to all my tires and balanced the tire pressures. No charge!! These guys are honest!!! Thank you so much!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great repeat visit. Shawn always meets and exceeds my expectations. Was in a pinch this time and he made sure I had a ride to and from as well as keeping me updated on the work on my car. Fair and honest as well as keeping you updated on your requested service. Would definitely recommend to others!

While vacationing in Florida, I ran over a nail. Coming in from a day on the water, 4:45 in the afternoon, my car had a flat tire and I was desperate to find help.Despite being very near closing time, Shawn Jandro took us in. These guys were kind, cheerful, and professional. The tire repair was quick, permanent, and affordable.I thought the day on the water would be the best part of the day, but what I remember most is how well we were treated by Shawn and his guys. Henry & the staff here could not be nicer! My Alamo/Enterprise rental car was having issues starting and I couldn t get an exchange, nor anyone at corporate to help. The island store sent me to Executive Auto Repair & they couldn t have been more helpful. They immediately told me they d check the battery, realized it was toast and are putting in a new one, all with a smile on their face. Every person coming in told me how much they love coming here. If you are in need of auto service on Marco Island, this is the place to come!

As a tourist who discovered a tire problem just before starting a 5-hour drive home, Executive Auto was a life-saver! All the staff were super friendly and they got the problem taken care of quickly. Nothing like the shop a few blocks down that I stopped at first.

Only place we take our personal and company vehicles to. We don't go to dealerships anymore even if they're under warranty. Executive gets it done right the first time without any dealership excuses.

They could not get parts for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler but they bent over backwards to help by getting it towed to Naples JEEP dealer to await parts ! Water pump obviously rare as 1914 penny , great people , I will use them in the future !

Took car there and asked to have the battery cleaned. They said that a terminal might have to be replaced and would cost $160. That seemed pricey to me. Went down the road and got it done for $30 at Christian's Auto Repair. Thank you Christian.

Special THANKS to the Executive Auto Repair TEAM on Elkcam for QUICK & effeciant service. Our tire upon receipt by the JW valet was flat. 1st stop couple of blocks near said NO but not these guys. Flat fixed due to a rim hairline crack got us to the BMW dealership then home. Hope they enjoyed the tip for a pizza.WELL DONE Executive Auto Repair on Elkcam!
