The service technician who came to do a check up on my new air condoning system was professional and polite. He did a thorough check up on my system both inside and outside my condo as well as checking that the new smart thermostat were all working correctly. I would recommend Accurate Comfort Services.

Accurate Comfort Service called me to schedule my routine 6-mo A/C maintenance that I ve contracted for. The tech promptly arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous and professional and his work was neat and clean. I highly recommend this company.

We ve been customers of Accurate Comfort Systems for the last 8 years - during this period they have maintained our HVAC systems at our condominium on Marco Island. We have always found them to provide exceptional people who are knowledgeable and professional.During Hurricane Ian in September our 5 year old condenser was impacted by flooding salt water and the Accurate team recommended we replace the system after they inspected is and they could not locate a replacement for the condenser.Today, Accurate sent a 2 man team to replace our system - led by JAMES. His work was (is) completely professional and totally clean. Listening to him and seeing the result of his work has left us totally impressed. I m a perfectionist and it s obvious that James is too.If you re living on Marco Island or East Naples we strongly recommend that you consider Accurate Comfort Systems to be your HVAC partner. Accurate is locally owned and the team rates 5 stars.Service: Installation

I've been doing business with Accurate for 14 years. They never disappoint and know many of the folks there. But I'd like to give a shout out to Nunez my service tech. He absolutely is terrific and knows my house better than I do.He is always pleasant, courteous and brings a big smile every time he does our maintenance. He has become family and I always ask for him.He simply is the best and just wanted to acknowledge his great work and attitude!!!Service: A/C system maintenance

We have been a customer of Accurate since 2009, their service hasn't missed a beat with us, recently we had to replace our air conditioner compressor, less than 24 hours we had a new unit installed and we were up and running, we have house pets, so the air is a must for us, the technicians are professional, polite and knowlegable and I can't say enough of James, wish I had him working for my company and Dave Vergo awsome!!!

I would highly recommend Accurate . We needed a new A/C unit in our condo on Marco Island . I was working with them from Chicago and they were awesome ! When I needed an invoice in a certain way for insurance purposes and they did everything I needed . They installed a smart thermostat and when I could not connect to it from Chicago they went right to our condo to check it . James and Dawn were the people I spoke with most and they very helpful !

Kevin arrived at my home Wednesday 9/13 as scheduled and I must give praises about him. He did an outstanding job troubleshooting my A/C system and getting it running again, so I feel he deserves recognition. I also was very impressed that I received such a prompt appointment and how courtious your team is.

In comparison to my past experiences with other A/C companies, ACCURATE has surpassed my expectations for professionalism, and customer service. Installers Gene and Augustine were knowledgeable, did a nice job and kept things clean. Management came over to double check the installation to make sure it met their high standards. The office staff is responsive and easy to work with. What a pleasure to work with a family business that appreciates their customers. The recommended CARRIER unit runs great.Service: Installation

We purchased a high rise condo on Marco in 2017. I noticed soon after that I could not change the air filter on the A/C unit. It was mounted 3" too high to be able to change the filter. That was done in 2010 by a big name A/C company on Marco. I called Accurate and James, our salesman came out the same day. He figured out how to lower the new Carrier A/C unit base by 3". He said that they could replace it that week. He and 2 installers, Jean and Evens, came out to remove and insall the new unit in about 5 hours.The filter now is easily changed and he installed a new Ecobbe thermostat that has multiple temperature sensors for other rooms.Overall, I am extremely happy with the service, James understanding my problem with the filter and his willingness to find a solution. 5 star review!

ACS has been my only A/C company for over 30 years. The service techs are all well trained and I can trust them to do everything the RIGHT way. A family owned business that you can trust to repair, service or replace your A/C system with honest answers to any question you ask. We've been using Accurate for many years and never let anyone else work on our system. Every time I've ever called them they've been responsive and professional. They get in and out and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. We're on the maintenance program which has saved us money in the long run. Big shout out to Accurate Air Marco Island for showing up at 5:00 pm on Friday night to get our air back on we re not even customers of Accurate Air and with one phone call they put me on the schedule and took care of our issue the tech was polite, courteous and even spent 5 minutes showing me how to program my digital thermostat correctly after he fixed the furnace issue. I had another AC company for years, Mostly because they sold me a 7 year service contract, even though I purchased the biggest AC unit available my home never seemed to cool as well as it should. Finally I called Accurate and all my problems were solved! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable (took the time to thoroughly explain my options and even talked me out of purchasing a new unit--saying it was not necessary or in my best interest) and seemed to generally care. What a breath of fresh air to find a truly honest company in today's business world! They will most certainly service all my AC needs from now on.Thanks Accurate!

My wife her mom and sister arrived at our place, Sunday 4/2/17. My wife heard a strange dripping noise and realized there was something wrong with the drain for the AC condensate line. I called Accurate and spoke with Angie. Angie is an employee on call, not part of an answering service. I explained my situation and she suggested setting up a maintenance agreement where they come out twice a year and check the system, replace the filter, etc. She also explained what I needed done would be covered if I signed up which was cheaper than just having a technician come out just this once to fix the clogged drain. I signed up, on a Sunday mind you, and a technician was at my place in about 30 minutes and corrected the problem. Living in the Chicago area and not at my place all the time, this is something I should have done a long time ago anyway. Accurate has a customer for life. Thanks again for the great service.6/12/18-Our air quit working, burned up capacitor. Called Accurate at 5:30pm and my A/C was working by 7. Do yourself a favor and enroll in their maintenance program. Since I was enrolled for the second year in a row I didn t pay after hours labor rates. They did a maintenance check in early April but capacitors go out without warning so no one could have foreseen it burning up. Technician was very nice as well.Thanks again Accurate.

We arrived at our condo on Marco Island this evening. The A/C worked for about 10 minutes and then completely died. I called Accurate at 7:00pm on a Sunday evening, and James was at our place by 8:30pm. He rapidly identified the problem, fixed it, and was on his way in 1/2 hour! James was professional and very courteous. And, since we had a service contract with them, there was no additional charge. Highly recommend. Thanks Accurate!

SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND JUST GO WITH ACCURATE! Overall very satisfied with Accurate Comfort Services. The staff is always warm and inviting on the phone and often take the time to walk you through some steps to get the AC up and running; ALL FOR FREE! I have never had a company tell me how to do some simple things (like restart a breaker) so that I could solve the issue myself for free; so refreshing. If they can't get your system up and running through a few simple fixes they get someone out there the same day. When I became a customer Dave told me that he tries to treat all his customers like family and after my many years of being their customer I truly believe it.
